The first time I ever visited this piercing shop was when I got my nostril pierced, the lady who pierced me was sweet and did a great job on my piercing. The second time around I went to get my septum and the guy was very rude and sarcastic with me which then discouraged me from getting the piercing, I asked if they do refunds and he said no even though he didnt even pierce me. However, I called and told them about my experience about 3 weeks later and found out that the guy was fired a couple days prior to calling. The manager Joseph was super professional and sweet, he made sure to make it up to me by giving me a refund and a free ear piercing while sincerely apologizing for my experience. I definitely feel better about going back now and it makes me feel good as a customer knowing that they have our best interest in mind. I just wanna thank the manager, Joseph, again for making me feel safe both while he pierced me and while explaining my situation. I felt like he was a family member looking out for me, and I dont think customer service can get any better than that!

They were very professional. The gentleman did an excellent job with my daughters septum. It didnt even hurt her! My other daughter got a nose stud and it didnt hurt her either. Definitely good place to go to.

If youre interested in a piercing here good freaking luck. Dude at the counter has no customer service skills, walked in I said hello no response, asked if they were doing piercings and was told not today okay well how about you try bringing business in an letting me know when piercings are available again instead of short ended answers like Im the inconvenience to you. The owner should try hiring people who want to bring in money for them. Havent been here since 2016 when i got my first tattoos done by Miguel and it was a lot better, but now its not even worth walking in.

I had a fabulous encounter with the piercer John, He went above & beyond to make sure I felt safe & I could trust him with the type of piercing I requested. The atmosphere is nice & relaxing! Definitely 5 star service!!!

The long hair guy William is so polite and funny cant wait to go back and see him!!!And get my septum done I wish he would do itLive the store!!!

The woman there pierced my daith and it was pain free and sterile. Her customer service was amazing also. Tony is an amazing tattoo artist who will be working with my fiance on an awesome cover up. Great place!

The lady checked my bellybutton piercing turns out the place I got it from did it too high and so she took it out for me and showed me the original place it’s supposed to be. And then took it out for me pain free. And then I got my clicker taken out pain free and safety they made sure to clean and make it easy as much as they can. And stayed patient with me, and answered any question my question and my boyfriends and gave us great advice, I would recommend 100%

Its was easy and an overall good place the person piercing my tongue was so nice and i highly recommend for first time piercers.

I went in want a industrial bar and the girl that was there recommended not getting it because of how my ear is shaped and instead suggested a cartilage piercing instead and I decided to do the piercing and I absolutely love it so thank you guys!!!

I asked for two studs instead of a bar for my industrial piercing. The piercer did them so crooked I will never be able to get a bar in and will have to take them out and get it redone. I was never warned against using two studs when as a piercer they should know the risk of migration/it being crooked is high with two studs. Would not recommend them to anyone.

David did 2 small tattoos for my husband and I today. He worked quickly, isnt heavy-handed and was very personable. Mason also pierced my cartilage. Like David, he was very friendly and good at what he does. I have 9 piercings and 9 tattoos, and these were the least painful of them all. Ive been inked and pierced at 5 or more shops and would recommend Xtreme if youre at Ingram Park and in the mood for new ink or a piercing.

Had a great experience. Took my daughter on her birthday to get her belly and nose pierced.John took time to explain everything to her and helped her to select the jewelry she wanted. Got a navel piercing and was really happy with the experience! The staff was awesome, helpful, friendly, and really helped take away the nerves of getting pierced which was great considering this was my first major piercing somewhere other than my earlobe. Do not book john, he begs for a tip & says the piercings only hurt when people dont tip him. we tipped him, and when he looked at the receipt he rolled his eyes, and gave us attitude the entire time, & even sprayed disinfectant in my friends eye. the other guy there is really cool & nice, you should DEFINITELY book him.

I went for the Friday the 13th tattoo special and they were able to let me come back another day to get the tattoo, I definitely reccomend Dani, Ill be coming back soon for sure!

Recently visited this store and the salesman wasnt very knowledgeable about the jewelry in the store. He didnt mention there was no return on the jewelry and we had found better prices in the many other options in the mall.When we came back to return our purchase he was laid back with his legs on the counter. He was kinda rude when we tried to return the jewelry and kinda made fun of the fact that we couldnt return.Overall I would not recommend this store for jewelry or customer service of any kind.

Went in at 3:30 to ask about getting an indistrial done for my wife. The door was ajar and the sign said Come in, were OPEN so we went in. No one was in the entire store. Again the doors were open and No one around. We left without talking to a soul.
