We came here because of the name when we were in town for a quick visit. Glad we did! We found some yummy new beer and got the bourbon we were looking for. Not only that, I left my CC there and they’re were so nice to mail it back to me to a different city. Definitely, we’ll be stopping by here each time we visit San Antonio. Thank you!!

This is our neighborhood liquor store and I couldnt be happier with it. Solid selection, fair prices and wonderful service all combine to make them one of our best neighbors.

LOVE MY LITTLE PIGGIE!!!!!! I cant believe I havent rave reviewed before now. Anet is so sweet and lovely! Wonderful and welcoming to my darling fur baby, Reilly. The best at providing party supplies or ordering a case of especially yummy wine Ive found while on vacation - I take a pic of the label and she works her magic! There are also quirky/great little non alcohol goodies to add to a gift. Customer for almost 10 years.

Such a cute place and lots to see. A little pricey do to specialty items and volume. A must see. They have items that are consignment also. (Clothing) Fun and trendy. Some items in cooler ready to consume. Helpful staff. Lots of locals go there. No parking structure though. 😬 possibly on side of building but very little.

The absolute best liquor store in King William/Southtown. Always greeted and welcomed in by friendly staff. A wide selection of every type of alcohol you desire including all your mixers and accessories. Locally owned and operated. Excellent!

This gem of Southtown is a boutique liquor store with all the eclectic charm of the neighborhood. The decor twist in area history and art. It has First Friday tastings. It is best visited on a walk. There is street parking but very narrow part of Presa. I suggest park in the King William neighborhood and wall over. Your purchase here supports a way of life in Southtown.

Asked her a few questions and she was just upset from before and put it all on me in a really inappropriate way.Thats not how you run a business!Edit to Annette comment:I couldn’t stop thinking about what happened yesterday.I’m sure I could have chosen my words better, I just really got offended by what I felt was unnecessarily aggressive approach.And I know how stressful running a Buisness can be. especially at the end of the day when suddenly the place become full.And I know there are a lot of wired ppl coming to liqueur store so you need to be careful.Now I am from the Middle East have a short beard and an accent so I can look intimidating (I try to compensate by taking low and be as polite as possible) but I really didn’t say or did anything that made you come at me like that. Yes I wasn’t sure what I wanted to buy and asked maybe too many questions.The only thing I did that might be wrong and I understand it might got you mad is I put my mask on my chin for a min so you can understand me better cause of my accent, I probably shouldn’t have done that, but once you asked me to put it back on I did it right away and didn’t argue. I believe we should wear a mask and it’s super important.Bottom line is that I believe it was a misunderstanding but it could have prevented by being more patient (which I know it’s really hard)I brought the rating up to 3 because I read other reviews and I want to believe it was a one time thing and I don’t want to hurt your business.

I love Pig Liquors!! They have so many great options for beer, wine, and liquor. So many times I find really great brands and bottles that I cant find anywhere (like Seersucker Grapefruit gin or Stillhouse whiskey)! Prices are a little more than Specs on some things but its worth it because youre contributing to a local, small business and the staff is really sweet (Jacquie is amazing!!). This is definitely the type of place you go every Friday or Saturday to get your goods for the weekend and next week. Youre really treated like friends & family when you visit. Also, the owner has a knack for vintage so you can find some cool gift and vintage items which is nice if you have a party you need to go to or just see something original that you want to take home ☺️ Check out Pig Liquors and support local!! Locally owned with a friendly helpful staff.The clerk helped me find an obscure bottle of tequila based upon my description of the sort of flavors I look for in tequila.They stock several locally owned spirits and can help you find something special that you might otherwise pass over for a lesser product with a bigger marketing budget...The clerk was able to help me search for new bottles to try and yet didnt seem like she was influencing my purchase but rather sharing her knowledge in a friendly helpful way

Very convenient downtown liquor store. Reasonably priced. Cool decor and awesome building (it’s in an old house) in the King William/Blue Star area. Walking distance from most hotels downtown. River walk access is close also. The staff was very nice and hospitable.

This is a liquor shop with a lot of personality. If you’re looking for wine there’s also a nice couple local bottles you can get in the back room; great if you want to surprise someone with wine from Texas while also picking up some liquor.

When I want something unique to drink I know can find it here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also have art for sale which is nice while picking out a nice wine.

While it seems like they no longer exist, because they are off the main road, they just move next door into the alley. The lady who is usually there, who I assume is the owner, because I am too lazy to ask, is very knowledgeable. The store has an excellent selection for being a small shop. Go here instead

Great little gem near Lavaca!

Visited this location on a trip to San Antonio for my honeymoon recently, decided to purchase some liquor to enjoy the festive lights on the hotel terrace. The lady at the counter on Monday night was extremely rude, she was pushy and had an attitude that was looking to be slapped. If I hadnt paid uber to take me to the store I wouldve left the items there and took my business elsewhere. I do not understand how this establishment makes money with employees like her. Would not recommend this location.
