I went to look for a mattress for my dad who has Parkinson’s and severe arthritis. My dad went with me and gets around slowly with his walker. Classic Bait and switch!. Went into purchase a complete Tempurpedic mattress and base. I was given a written quote which I accepted. Sat with the sales rep to complete my order and financing, my credit was ran at this time. After running my credit and approving me for financing I was then told they made a mistake on pricing. My written quote was no longer valid and my purchase would be 500 dollars more expensive. DONT TRUST MATTRES FIRM! CRIMINAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I bought a Sleepys Relaxed Pillow Top Queen size mattress with a stainless steel box frame for about $500. Very simple process, the service man was respectable and didnt lecture or belittle me; he answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Price, service, and quality have been great so far. I would reccomend this location or the one in Alamo Ranch as they were nice as well!

My husband and I have been in search of a new mattress since our current one has started sinking in making for uncomfortable nights. I had thought about buying one of the online mattresses that come in a box. But since my husband and I have different preferences I decided it would be best to go in to a store and try them out so we could chose one we both like. When we walked in we were greeted by Josh. The sales lady sold me a On- Clearance mattress. When I went to the DC to pickup, it turned out to be a USED mattress. Had to mentioned that from the start I would never have swiped my card for the purchase. That was unsatisfactory on her part as an employee. Never shopping here again

We are new to the mattress shopping environment, she took her time to walk us the the endless options and explain and show us all the features. High recommend you all go into the store and take a look at the inventory even if you are early in the shopping process.

Tiffany was incredibly helpful and understanding with my wife and I, We came in one day just to look around and decide on what bed we wanted. When we decided what we wanted we told her that we would come back to buy it (we were still waiting on our refund from another mattress store) and she was very understanding. Upon returning we found that Mattress Firm was running an online sale for the bed that we wanted so we asked if it was in store; she told us that it wasnt but that she would match the price of the online sale. On top of that she also gave us a mattress protector for 50% off and shipped anything that we could fit into my car to the store instead of our house. Overall she saved us about $400 and a lot of headaches. I will definitely be coming back here for any future bedding needs.

Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. We were conned in to the Synchrony Home card from two separate salesmen at this location. We were told if we applied for the card we would get the special financing and also be able to use it at Ashley furniture, rooms to go, etc. since we had just moved in to our first home and had no furniture this sounded like a great idea. We were approved for $9k credit line only to find out that we could NOT use it at the store named by the salesmen. THEN once the mattress gets delivered it’s damaged from their delivery team folding it up like a taco. We called and they did replace it BUT I had to leave work again to get the delivery that was never confirmed. The second bed arrives in good condition BUT we have realized this week it is extremely firm and not the bed we ordered. Terrible experience and we STILL have no furniture a month later.
