Great place, work is great

I have used this business for several machine processes for engines in the past. I recently sent an engine block to them and specifically instructed them to sleeve each cylinder to OE specs. When we picked it up they put 1 sleeve in the block and over sized it to match the other cylinders they honed out. When I miced the cylinders they were .200 over spec. They also charged me to resurface the head but didnt actully resurface the head. We sent the head and block back and they surfaced the head and did not charge again. However they did charge to re-sleeve the cylinder they already sleeved that was wrong. When I questioned them about charging this they refused to refund the cost of the additional sleeve that they did incorrectly.Keep in mind this all took almost a month. So I had a customers machine down for 1 month while I waited on them to redo thier work and recharge me. I will never use them again and I strongly recommend others to look else where. They used to be good and stand by their work, not anymore.
