Great Service and communication from business. Keith was easy to contact, returned calls quickly if missed, explained process. Price was competitive, and less expensive than big chains. Dealer recommended them for my rear window repair and I understand why they use L&M exclusively.

Best service ever! My car got broken into and my rear windshield was shattered so my week hasnt been the best, but Keith was so nice and easy to work with. I felt awful because there was no where to plug in the vacuum and he cleaned out the glass by hand. He was super helpful and friendly and chatted with me while he finished up my car. 10/10 recommend.

My windshield was cracked by a pebble from one of those stone haulers on the Texas roads. Stay waaaay behind them. Anyways, I went to Autoworx in Seguin, Tx. L& M Autoglass contracts for them. Took only a day for work to be done. VERY AFFORDABLE. If you have insurance that doesnt cover windshields, this will cost less than paying that $500 deductible. I was pleased with the work. A month later though my rear view mirror started jiggling a lot. Then a day later I walk out to car and found rear view mirror fell off overnight. I brought it back to Autoworx and they called Kieth in, and he was there that morning within an hour. He explained why it may have happened but he will fix it. He placed the mirror holder on the windshield and said it let it take hold for 24 hours and if he cant come by your house tomorrow he will Friday (it was Wednesday). Next day Kieth gave me a call saying he is in Seguin and came over to the house and put mirror back on and said if anything happens again just call him directly. Kieth goes above and beyond and is everything you want in a Window Replacement person/company.

Called on a Tuesday around 9am, they offered to come to me same day at no charge but it was going to be 100 degrees so I went to the shop. Booking the appt was easy, finding the location wasnt bad, the shop was nice (TV, magazines, clean and offered cold bottled water). The guys were very friendly and most importantly my windshield was fixed with no problems. Took them about 40 minutes from me arriving to me leaving. I saved their number in my phone and now I have a glass guy I can depend on.
