This place feels like HOME the second you walk through the door. Bob and the entire staff created such a warm and friendly environment with such great customer service. They truly care about their customers and go over and beyond to ensure everything is running smoothly. I got some body work done on my vehicle which I believed was going to take a while to fix but they were able to do in less than a week! I was thoroughly impressed. As soon as I saw my car after repairs I was completely satisfied. They did an amazing job as if nothing had ever happened. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone! Great work at a great price with some great people!

Dont waste your time and money. Dont believe the rating. They did not use primer. I Ask if they can repaint it with primer. I waited month and got put to side since I had already paid. Finally got them to schedule me and they were rude about it. When the car was ready the owner told me he can no longer warranty it. THE Repaint trash n u can see they did not use primer AGAIN. So becareful find a company not a mom n pop shop.

This is the best collision store auto repair place I have ever been. The people are so amazing the owners the workers they treat you like family and work with you on everything you need done.

I hit a deer and shattered my passenger side headlight and cracked my bumper. They ordered me a new bumper and headlight, then did the paint work. It was done quickly but when I went to go pick up the car the bumper color was WAY off. It was obvious the second I looked at it, easily 2 shades off. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work and was told they can get it right but it will be an additional $300. I certainly did not want to pay an extra $300 to fix their mistake but there was no way I would leave the bumper looking how it did. So I chunked up more money and they repainted the bumper and blended into the fenders. Well, now the color matches but the quality of the paintwork is terrible. It has orange peel like crazy, there are little drips of paint where they blended, and when you look really close under the clear the base coat has a strange texture. On top of that, they tried to charge me for 0.8 hrs of labor to drill the bumper and install parking sensors that my car doesnt even have. Thankfully I caught that and they took the charge off. It looks like they used my trunk to haul something, the headrest of the back seat has a red rub mark that was not there and my rubber trunk liner (that is less than a year old) has an abrasion in a weird place. Somehow they used a 1/4 tank of gas in the process too. All in all I ended up paying over $1600 and my deductible was $1500. I would suggest taking your car elsewhere unless you just need it quick and dont care about the details.

Bob not only can cook great burgers, but he also has one hell of a repair shop! Had some minor damage to the back quarter panel on my new suburban. Bob was able to get it fixed for me in a timely manner and the the car looks brand new.

Outstanding service, I will definitely come back there anytime I need something fixed on my car. I wrecked the driver side front but when I got it back it looked like new. You cant tell I was ever in an accident. If you need repairs this is definitely the place to go. They also were able to drop my deductible from $500 to $250 and they washed my car before giving it back to me. Thank you so much for the excellent service Bob.

It’s been over a month since I dropped my vehicle off . Before I was even out of the body shop with the paper work, one of the employees was already off to collect to insurance check . I was told by a employee that I would be informed each and everything step of repair, which I wasn’t it has been nearly 8 weeks after being told 3 weeks . I understand getting the funds immediately for repair . I understand it does take time . I also know it doesn’t take long to make a phone call saying it would be another week or 2. (when I contacted the shop he simply laughed saying it would be longer) . But the biggest thing you should consider when going to this shop . After collecting the check the day I dropped the car off . The body informed my insurance company that the would need more funds which was provided, keep in mind the only reason I was informed on the was cause of my insurance. I just find the whole situation really inconvenient and I’m convinced there are better experiences out there when it come to this line of work .. so keep this in mind when your are speaking with these employees, and they insist they are doing all to help you out, I was not provided with a rental and still have to pay a deductible so don’t be surprised if you experience any of the problems .

I went in after a car accident because the whole back door on the passenger side needed to be replaced, thats including the frame and connecting parts. Took a little longer than I expected, but overall they did a very good job, proficient, and it looks really good, almost new.

I highly recommend Collision Specialist Center. Our Lexus SUV was damaged by hail a few years back and we had it repaired by them. It took some time to have it done, but they did an outstanding job of removing all the dents and blending in the paint, where needed. It looks great!Recently, due to the heavy rains, we had a major water leak, which I couldnt find where water was getting in. Water poured into the back end where our battery is located. It being a hybrid, I didnt want to take a chance it got into the hybrid battery system. I took the vehicle back to Collision Specialist Center and they had it for over a week, tearing out the back panels and headliner, water testing it along the way, which took may hours. They found the sources of the leaks and repaired them. Even though the leaks were not caused by any of their body repair work, they went ahead and fixed them and didnt charge me a thing! They also washed and cleaned up our vehicle. Talk about integrity and putting customers first! Many thanks to Mike and body tech, Roger for working so hard to get us back up and running again. To them, its not all about the almighty buck - customer satisfaction really counts here!

We couldnt be more pleased with the results.My wife had an accident in our 2019 Toyota Highlander, and Bob couldnt have been sweeter to her, he saw how upset she was and assured her it would all be fine. Mike Sullivan and team did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. The final result was absolutely exquisite and it seemed as if I came back to a completely brand new vehicle. Mike and his entire staff (thank you Carla, for taking my phone calls and being so nice) are very personable, professional, and just plain nice people. He expertly guided me through the entire process, from insurance estimate (and the usual dealings with insurance companies) to repair. He encouraged me to check on the progress of the repairs as often as needed, and even invited me to stop by and see the repairs in progress, which I took advantage of. When the repairs were done, I was MORE THAN impressed! I have had vehicles repaired at other shops, but this experience, from start to finish, FAR exceeded all the others. And to top it off, the vehicle was completed ahead of schedule; this saved me money on the rental vehicle. My truck got a thorough cleaning, inside and out, which was a very nice touch. Great experience quality results

I needed to get some damage repaired on my Volvo. It has a unique black metallic pain job. I first took the car to a place my insurance recommend. They were rude, expensive and said they couldnt get to the car for a month. Then took the car to Collision Specialist Center and met Mike. He was friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job, charged a reasonable price and had the car done in a week. On top of that I was out of town so Mike picked up my wife so she could get the car. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I recommend this shop to EVERYONE, because of the simple fact that on June 2017 I was involved in a hit in run incident, that cost around $10,000 worth of damage. (I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition)... So I had to get it towed the night of the incident, the tow truck driver recommended this shop, I agree. Next Morning the AMAZING team at (Collision Specialist) helped me out and kept me updated at all times, which not to mention, I was allowed inside the shop to see how the team works, I do got to say thats something no other shop really allows. We waited a couple days for my insurance to complete there part... After that my truck stayed in the shop for about 3weeks which was kind of a long time, but it was not only a good job done, it was the true definition of Perfect. Never have I seen a $10,000 worth of damage converted in to perfection, not one sign of anyone every even considering that my tuck was ever damage. I got to say that team really did put there work and effort to there job, 100%> I did take around 10 day for me to right a review because I had to make sure my truck did not only look incredible, but also made sure my engine worked with no problem. Which after Driving to Austin twice already my truck works great. Way to go guys:) PS. Did I mention when it came to paying my deductibles I was told to pay $500 by my insurance, and the day I had to pick up my truck (Collision Specialist) told me I had to pay $0 :) OMG :) No words to thank them...

Wanting to share my experience with this auto body shop.My mother who is almost 80 yrs old hit some luggage on the highway. Of course Geico wanted her to go to their list of shop providers, (btw you don’t have to do this, so don’t feel obligated) it’s your choice. When I chose this shop for her I was having trouble getting the car there and getting a ride back.( car was still drivable). I dropped it off and the owner of the shop actually took me back to my moms house which I thought was great customer service, in fact any and all questions I had were answered professionally and with a smile.They completed the repairs exactly when they said they would and saved my mother a major portion of her deductible! Which of course mom was thrilled by.When we went to pick up her car not only was it fixed perfectly but it was detailed inside and out. The car was in like new condition.Thanks Mike and team for doing a wonderful job. Customer service goes a long way and it seems a lot of companies forget that.Not this one!I highly recommend this shopAnd will refer others as needed.Thanks again!

Our car was taken here by the city after an accident. I have been extremely cautious about collision places since my accident a few weeks ago. However, I didnt have to worry. The people here were so friendly and helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable and Karla was so nice to my wife and I during our visit. Ultimately, insurance took it to a wreckage yard, but we will definitely be back if we ever need work done!

******CAUTION******* I got rear ended and I took my car to this place since i saw they had great reviews and a high rating. So, they kept my vehicle for 32 days, charge the insurance company double what they estimated, I called a few times only to be brushed off with no return phone call. I had to call the ins co and my attorneys office in order to get a phone call. Then I was told that the ins co put a betterment on my car which it wasnt the ins co at all it was this shop wanting me to pay them an extra $300+, but it was miraculously taken care of???? Please use extreme caution if you are to use this shop dont not let them take advantage of you!UPDATE, Ever since I got my car back Ive had nothing but problems with my car. A tire blew out on my way to work, one of the other tires or more wont hold air pressure. Oh and the work they did wasnt that great, you can see the over spray and its orange peeled, its not the correct paint I have pearl paint which they didnt use. The new bumper has a chip on the edge. They are shisters, dont use them!!!

Mike and the crew at Collision Specialist Center really went above and beyond for me and my 2015 Subaru STi that was rear ended, sustaining just over $15,000 in damages. When the insurance company made the decision not to total my car, I was pretty bummed but Mike assured me they would get the car back to like new condition and boy did they! Great bunch of guys, great service, highly recommend them to anyone!

Work on my car was subpar, bondo glue was not part of the work invoice. It took an additional 2 weeks for repair work. When the work was completed there was a disturbing noise that could be heard that was not there prior. I will never be back. Not recommended 1 Star at Best.

I needed a front end replacement on a Dodge challenger due to a fender bender. Insurance company wanted to send me somewhere that wouldnt be able to get me in for repairs until a month later. I found Collision Specialist while searching online for somwhere else to take my car. I called and Mike answered the phone. Great customer service. He was extremely helpful from the very beginning. He knows all of the insurance adjustors from the different insurance companies, how the claims process works and was able to walk me through my claim process in a more helpful manner than my insurance company was. They were able to take my car that day, made the rental car appointment and gave me a ride to the rental company. He explained everything as the repairs were happening and invited me to come and check on my cars progress at anytime, which I did. They didnt rush, but they didnt prolong the repairs either. They took the exact time necessary to provide quality work. The end result was great. They matched the paint perfectly, made repairs with OEM replacement parts and saved me $100 on my deductible. Insurance company wanted after market parts. My car was cleaned inside and out when I came to pick it up. Great job to Mike and the team and thanks. I would recommend them over all the others.

Guys were not trustworthy. Handled my wrecked car wrecklessly like a toy. Saw them driving through the dirt parking lot with holes on my donut fast thinking I didnt see while parts came off the car because of the wreckless driving. Saw a worker drinking a 16oz bud light while working as I was waiting in their office. Owner or someones kids were walking throughout the shop during hours. They kept talking about how they were gonna help me, but ended up sticking it to me with all these fees. Slick salesman, will really talk you up and play nice. I would avoid them at all costs. High estimate also. I paid them a ridiculous amount of money for them to release the car so I could take it somewhere else. It was worth letting them screw me on fees to take it somewhere else. Avoid avoid avoid.I learned the place got a new owner about 3 years ago and everything went downhill since.
