This has been the worst experience. Waiting over 2.5 hours so far and still waiting for our crates. Everyone else has gotten their boxes/crates and we continue to wait. They are the absolute worst. Dont use them. I would have given them a zero if it was an option. But I guess the rigging crew was good, and Mary Ann from the desk is nice. But here we are 3.5 hours after the show closed and we still do not have our crates. Totally ridiculous
