If youre going the rent to own route I highly recommend specifically this location. Ive been a customer here for a couple years. The staff here are great. Down to earth. They will work with you if you have any situations that life throws at you. Great Team. Also, My credit rating went from 480 to 650 just for paying my bill. They actually DO report your payments. I began to see a jump in my credit after about 1 month.

Ha! This place is a joke at least this store, delivery drivers have lack of communication dont even give a 30 minute call before heading out to location. Delivery driver claims he was knocking on apartment 2231 but yet was at building 2 not 22 which is common sense. Communication from the beginning lacked from all parties but somehow the customer was to blame. Then get a call from Frank that account had got cancelled, pretty much called to say he cancelled our account for many reasons. Ill be showing up for my refund soon and Ill be asking for pictures that they claim the delivery driver took. Because having facts speaks the truth not peoples words. Overall customer service for delivery was horrible in all aspects. Everyone knows working in customer service #1 key customer is always right!

Ex husband rented from them. Got sick and has been in hospital for awhile. Harrassed my kids after school while they waited for me to pick them up. I am not even on the contract!!! Constant phone calls. Dont give references sat the furniture out and they claim they never got it. Again dont be a referal for someone!

Worst rental places ever. They change due dates. I gave them the stove to fix and they gave me mine back with bugs. Theyre delivery/collection people are rude and have given out personal information to people ive had house sit for me. They also managed to get my roommates name and number without me or her giving it out. Its creepy and over all too many illegal collections and privacy practices.
