Stay away. I bought a $2000 miele dishwasher. When it came time for servicing, I called three times. I spoke to three different people. I wasted my time. They lied to me and did everything to avoid coming to my house to service a very expensive appliance. I will also be contacting Miele USA to voice my dissatisfaction.

Went in to buy a Miele vacuum cleaner and was advised Miele had just increased the prices by a couple hundred dollars. Somehow this also applied to the stock on hand. So we went down to our friendly Bed, Bath & Beyond and purchased the Miele vacuum that we almost bought at HomeWerks, without the price increase and with a 20% discount.

Our experience with HomeWerks has been nothing but pleasant! Denise and Gilbert are professional, friendly people and keep you posted on everything as your project progresses. In addition, their employees working on our project have shown the same professionalism. Building a home at times can be very frustrating, and they made it as smooth as they possibly could for us. I have obtained a quote on a viking outdoor grill from this company. The set up for the evaluation was swift and the crew (Javier and colleague) arrived promptly. They assessed the problem and said I would get a quote from their office. I did receive the quote which was incomplete according to what the technicians had recommended. I had to call twice before the email was resent with the correction. I promptly responded by email that i wanted to schedule the repair. I waited a week and nothing. I then called twice and I left my number for Ms Sanchez to call me. I was informed she was the only person that could order any parts and oh, shes the general manager so I really couldnt speak to anyone else. They also told me she was out ill but no one else could set things up but her. Needless to say, Super Bowl came and went And my grill has not been fixed. Im confident that with the right central office support, these technicians would have completed the job. Im off to find someone else that will take my money.

Excellent store for the high end kitchen, we focused on a set of miele appliances including a 6 burner dual fuel range, a wall microwave and stacked steam oven, and a really quiet dishwasher with a fine wine glass setting. Complimented this with a galley sink that has those without them green with envy. Sales expert Denise knows her stuff about the appliances they offer, and installation team placed the units with expert care. Personal service is a lost art in some centers. Not this one.

I recommend Homewerks for all of your home needs. I purchased all of my kitchen appliances from them 13 years ago. In this time, have only had a couple of items that needed to be addresses through wear and tear and they have always been accommodating to have someone come to the house immediately. From sales to service after the sale, they are a great team!

We have nothing but the highest praise for Denise and the rest of the Homewerks team.They are knowledgeable, patient and willing to go the extra mile. We made multiple trips to their store when deciding upon new kitchen appliances. After making our decision, they began to work with our contractor. They even visited the house to help ensure that the gas and electrical hookups were correct.Our contractor was over three months behind schedule. Denise was more than patient working with us. At one point the contractors made errors with the electrical. Denise provided even more guidance working with the contractors. The installation was impressive with a team that knew each other and the products.We are thrilled with our appliances and in awe of Homewerks!

HomeWerks installed the central vac system in our home in The Dominion five years ago. They did a great job and the service after the sale has been outstanding. These folks know what theyre doing. Always very helpful.

Recommended by my builder. 3 years later 90% of what I bought still isnt working. I now have to pay thousands to another firm to fix / replace everything. I wish I would have asked for a reference list first as I doubt my experience is unique.

I absolutely love this place! I purchased my 48 bluestar range, bluestar fridge, and miele washer/dryer from here and the process couldnt have been easier! Randy and Denise are the best. We even attend their monthly cooking demos just to learn more about our range. Denise helped make this process so easy, love ya to death!

Very disappointed in their customer service. I paid a tech to come to my office to troubleshoot the DVR for my surveillance system. He was very helpful and was even available on his personal phone when I had additional issues. He told me if the problem persisted I would need to replace my DVR. I asked him to send me a quote for a new system. When I called back a week later he stated the person that handles the quotes had been on vacation and would send it within a few days. It has been a month and 3 follow phone calls and still no quote. I would have loved to do business with them, but I am not going to chase someone and beg them to take my business.

Never- NEVER buy a Northland refrig or freezer. I have had nothing but trouble with my freezer. Until now Homewerks has been great trying to repair this freezer until now. I truly believe this freezer is LEMON !! It has not worked for 3 days, it is keeping the inside cold enough for the frozen items not to thaw out yet, but ice cream and those sort of things are melting and have to be tossed out. I intend to speak with the Northland Co and if they dont solve the problem and/or replace this bad motor then I will contact the Attorney General Office and find out who/how/where to go to solve the problem of non repair of a LEMON APPLIANCE.
