Love Love Love the customer service, the prices, deals, are amazing. Can get what you want and need.

This place is good with prices and merchandise wise but not all the employees are great. We usually work with Mike. Nice person, makes sure you get the best deals and is up front. There is another person by the name of FRANCISCO that works there that is R U D E. We called for information and Francisco hung up the phone because we couldnt understand the numbers be was saying because he was speaking too fast and refused to repeat the number. His attitude in general is horrible. Ask for mike if you ever do business at this famsa.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Sales teams was attentive and helpful on day 1probably just trying to make their quota and making the sale. Fast forward Over a month later my table has yet to come in, staff is rude, and I recieve the run around and same excuse, from customer service support and physical location . Jorge whomever I spoke to on the phone was rude and obnoxious refused to answer any questions or provide any help. Do not buy from here.

Alexander Arana is an amazing sales person he explains everything in detail so their wont be no misunderstanding with nothing.. also didnt have no issues with the delivery guys their amazing as well

Very disappointed on the customer service at the warehouse. I was told by the guy who loaded my truck to hurry up. He needed to pick up his kids. I was not impressed with him at all. I asked for his manger and he said that he was the supervisor. His manger was gone for the day. If I would give no stars. I could go on and on, their is no point.

My mother purchase a 17.5 CF top freezer for 729. When all said and done it came out to be 1,326.97. She got scammed into buying it and cannot return it. Lowes has the exact same one but a 18 CF top freezer for 449. Please everyone go to Lowes were it is way cheaper and shipping is under 100.

Twenty years ago I bought my first dinning table with them at the military location. Then I purchased other household items like my washer and dryer, bedroom set, living room set anyway here I am again needing a dryer. This time at the commerce location and I want to say thank yall for the great service!!

I was upset with the sales person. He tried to add all the extras onto our account without asking us. When I looked at the monthly payment, we were going to be paying an extra $60 in unnecessary things that werent even discussed. We were also never called back in the days time frame given to us. Also, our personal information was incorrectly recorded which caused US some complications. Not just the address but the phone # as well. The only plus was the customer service was really nice in handling our situation.

My Mom bought a sofa from here not satisfied with this place at all. We had a pick up time never happened because Daniel our salesperson didnt notify us about inventory. Went back to th store with a delivery time on Saturday never came. Theres no communication with th staff should have never recommended this place to my Mom
