If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The owner Virginia Donnelly has displayed unprofessional behavior during my experience. I recently purchased a fridge from the location. While looking around I noticed a fridge that had just been repaired, but needed to be cleaned. The owner assured me the fridge would be cleaned, and be ready for delivery by 5-6p that evening. After leaving the location one of her employees contacted me stating they would not be able to deliver the fridge due to shortage in staff. I stated to her the only reason I purchaed the fridge was because I needed one ASAP and she assured me that I would get it the same day after paying $50 for delivery. I was then contacted at exactly 600pm by the same employee as she stated to me that they would not be delivering the fridge because they close at 6pm and the drivers were still out in the field. After waiting for my delivery, and attempting to have the owner work with me on a deal since she did not follow through on her end as a business owner she would not work with me and stated I would either have to wait the next day or go get my money back. Of course at this time it only left me with one choice and I had to wait the next day. I received a message from the employee stating that I could have the delivery at 11am. Then messaging me at 945a stating the driver would be on his way 30 mins from then if possible and that I would now be charged $60 for delivery according to the owner instead of $50. When returning home from work to inspect the fridge it was full of dead and LIVE maggots throughout the fridge. I had to literally take shelves, and light covers apart and bleach the whole fridge. It was also still very dirty as if they had just rinsed it off and not really cleaned or sanitized it. Ive also now experienced an error code just having after one day delivered to my residence. I am now reading the reviews about how their 90 warranty is usually never honored. I always research and review places beforehand and the one place I failed to do so placed me in a bad experience, but also allowing me to warn others and know myself NEVER to return to this business ever again! The female owner in charge is very unprofessional and needs to stop taking advantage of people, but in due time pay back will return on her. This place is a scam. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY!!!

I highly recommend ACE APPLIANCES!!I needed a washer dyer and fridge and they gave me bundle package deal with a good price and they were delivered to my house!! I looked everywhere and could not find a good deal like ACE APPLIANCES gave me!! The sales people are very nice and informative. The delivery guys are respectful and very professional at their work!! 5 STAR rating from me.

Went to this place and its the worst, I understand the fix and sell use items. But alot off there items are rusty, dirty and not even clean. No customer service, no one ask if we need help or anything.

STAY AWAY—Extremely disappointed with the service. After purchasing a washing machine and immediately after installation, the appliance did not work.The sales pitch that “all that would be required would be the receipt to get an appliance fixed” is a false promise.No machine- no resolution- out lots of money

Do not buy a washer or dryer here!! Please save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. I went in August to get a washer and dryer after seeing someone on OfferUp post a ton of options. When I arrived it was 499 with tax. The lady did not want to give me my $1 change and rounded it up. I desperately needed these two appliances so I let it slide. She told me it had a warranty, and if I had any issue someone will come to me and fix it free of charge as long as it’s within a two week time frame. During the weekend I attempt to set up my dryer and it’s completely messed up. I call the lady and ask if someone can come to fix it and a man talks to me and basically says how I broke the dryer, insults me and said it was my fault? He then says that I have to come to drop it off to their location? Do not and I mean do not purchase anything from here. Your warranty isn’t really a warranty, you are still charged a service fee which makes no sense because it is a broken product.

These guys are great. I bought a fridge, washer, and dryer from them for a great price. The dryer later had a problem and so they sent someone to fix it free of charge. All my interactions with them have been great and they have gone up and beyond to help me out.

Although selection on used washers and dryers was very limited they do offer a 1 year warranty which is extremely hard to find on used appliances.

The people there are real courteous and helpful and understanding I wish I had other patients biggest races were like that I want a Thanksgiving people appreciate their business can you looking for a good appliances you might want to go there and visit

The owner is unprofessional and not an honest business owner. My dryer stopped working a week before the warranty Ended. No where on my warranty paper did it say I had to return the dryer to the business for a repair, however he stated that is what I needed to do. After speaking to him that this was impossible for me to do He agreed to send someone for a fee I was left with no choice so I agreed even though I was warranted? I then asked for a time and he said now. Hours passed no one came I called back and he yelled saying “you are pressuring me you bring it yourself!!” (knowing this was not possible) hung up and never answered again. I went to the business and his wife said it was not a good time to talk to him as he was angry (nothing to do with me) she said another day might be better. She attempted to make me feel like she was doing me a favor and offered me another dryer for the same price and no delivery fee (when my dryer was under warranty) It was a scam as she said we will take your old one and you will get another one. Why this was even a suggestion is ridiculous my dryer WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY... and what they take my dryer back fix it and sell it again . They are not military affiliated which is the reason we went here to begin with. He is a dishonest business man who used his position to refuse a warranty that was still valid.

Purchase a used washer and dryer with a 1year warranty included. Friendly family owned business. We received A-Plus service at a low reasonable price. Im now a permanent customer telling family and friends about this great place.

After a week both washer and dryer messed up they picked up to “repair” and after a few weeks washer started shaking and making loud noises again. I was given a so-called warranty but was told I had to take washer to shop myself. I’m a women without a truck & no help and that’s exactly why I had them delivered in the place. Warranty seems useless if they won’t even pick up and repair the appliances they sold me that they knew weren’t working properly. Do not recommend especially since I am only 10-15 minutes from the location and they can’t come repair. I am having to hire someone else to fix the messed up appliances they sold me.

They had dirty appliances that had blood from meat and mold in them on the showroom floor. We left as soon as we opened the first refrigerator. Unbelievable

Over priced used appliances. They charge a minimum service charge of 120.00 to even begin fixing a washer! Plus charge you for what it needs! Might as well buy a new one!

Went there after speaking to someone for a specific item only to get there and be told it was just sold when they had not been open more than 30mins. They literally Googled an item and seemed to give an arbitrary price based on prices online rather than value of items present. Not to mention, if you have animal allergies, there are way too many animals/dogs running around (no shots or at least no rabies).

They have a variety of appliances. I went for a fridge and got a good deal on a like new, top of the line, Samsung fridge. Im going back for my washer and dryer ☺

I have rental properties, so I am a frequent customer.I am very satisfied with their service and recommend anyone with a budget to check them out.

Got a great deal on my refrigerator but they simple ignore me when it comes to the 90 warrenty. I called and text them for a month and nothing. It is a simple freezer door fix, but I got no response and no call back. Once they have your money they are done with you. They should stop offering the warrenty if they dont want to honor it, in my option.

Very bad service. Not professional at all. I do not recommend this place. Brought my washer to fix. I was told that it would be ready in a couple of days. I didnt hear from them. Got tired of waiting and decided to just go pick up my washer. They gave me the washer back with screws missing. They were very rude and didnt help load it up in my truck.

This location is not only an appliance store .... its a hidden surprise. Was out looking for a bed on a very low budget and my fiance drove us to an undisclosed area kinda firmiliar but havent been . Beds, stoves, refrigerators and I even saw a maxhanic on site. Quick simple buy in and out very grateful on the budget . They do not deliver and the canines laying around are harmless. Happy with our buy and I will go back and look for a nice stove next time. Oh .... I think all they speak is Spanish so be prepared and I guess only women on the bed and appliance area . Bought a used kenmore washer last month. The washer made a very loud scrapping noise whenever I used it. The third time I turned it on it shaked violently, like about to pull the fittings out of the wall if I hadn’t immediately turned it off. I called the number on the receipt, being that I was told there was a 1 year warranty. The guy who answered told me I would have to bring it to the shop myself. I informed him I have no way of doing that. He then told me I broke the machine and it’s my problem. He then said he didn’t understand what I was saying because he doesn’t speak English, hung up and blocked me. I guess I should have expected this seeing the establishment but my frugalness got the best of me.

1st takes a month before you get any action done 1yr warranty, they finally came out service, but couldnt fix,and said customer must take to thier shop to honor warranty and let them know theres no where on receipt that states those words(warranty honor in our shop)is what it means,i said that incorrect, and we fight this CIVIL MATTER IN COURT,cuz its very inconvenience and misleading, NOW THEY ARE RUDE, ACT IF THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH NOW,AND HAVENT BEEN CALLED BACK/REPLYED BACK,SINCE I DROP APPLIANCE (WARNING TO OTHERS)STAY AWAY FR:3533 PITLUK

I bought a washer and dryer from there and in less than 6 months my dryer stopped working, they supposedly fixed it and its still doing the same thing. I has spoken with Francisco and the guy that was supposed to have fixed it, said that if he come to my house I have to pay him. All the while my washer and dryer is still under warranty. If you want to get scammed and ignored thats the place to go!!!!

This is already our 3rd time replacing the washer and dryer that we bought from them and it still doesn’t work. Do not buy from them.

Ive had a horrid time with these people do not purchase from them.I found them on Craigs list. I bought a washer and drier from them they offered to take my old still working washer and non heatin drier for a discount. The first washer and drier did not work well on the second day they replaced it with another washer and drier. That washer they gave me flooded my entire kitchen floor!! When I asked for a refund they refused stating they said no refunds. However by federal law you are entitled to a refund for purchases of over 25 $ and 7 days if the product is no good. I reminded them of this law and then they decided to refund me however when I asked for my washer and dryer the man said they had scrapped it. They just kept my stuff!! Im legally entitled to a full return wich they did not do. Im a single mom with 3 kids 1 is special needs child and these people took the little bit I had... before atleast I had a working washer that I could wash with. Now I have nothing. Ive already gone to the police and I have all the text messeges. I will be building up a case against these people and suing them. We are all hard working people, how are you going to take whats mine?R&R ApplianceAppliances
