Went looking for a new fridge at a big box retailer and everything was back ordered and prices seemed pretty steep for basic units. We came here and they had tons of stuff in stock and all pretty reasonable. Everybody was very nice and the fridge is great with no defects that I can see. On top of that the unit we bought is still covered under the manufacturers warranty so really there was no downside.

We bought our new stove here including an awesome built in skillet (comalito) and i really appreciate the professionalism and politeness of the front office folks and how easy and quick it was to go in, shop, pay and have our stove loaded to our truck. Do not waste your time going in here. As my husband and I were browsing the inventory we saw some really neat appliances. A women walked out from the office and asked if we needed help. We told her we were in the market for a display commercial refrigerator. She responded quickly and stated that she didn’t have anything like that. Then my husband proceeded to ask if the generator sitting near the front door was for sale, she stated it is and paused for a while then stated it was $5,000. The pause made me uncomfortable as if she didn’t feel the need to discuss because she believed we couldn’t afford it. Immediately I got the vibe of the woman in the Selena movie at the mall, in the dress shop before she received her Grammy. As we were leaving because I refuse to even give this place more of my time let alone any of our money, low and behold we see a commercial refrigerator just before walking out. We will take our business some where else as we are in the process of opening a coffee truck and she lost two good customers and gained this review!

As my wife said in an earlier post, I am very picky. Carlos was awesome. The one thing I will tell anyone is that you need to explore the store. Carlos and Kimberly dont always know what is available. Their inventory changes all the time. I promise the savings are well worth the few extra minutes.

Very friendly staff and not pushy or hanging over your shoulder. We got a Hotpoint washer brand new for 499.00 plus tax, but still a deal. Give them a try dont let the area or the outside of the building fool you. Sometimes youll find your diamond in the rough in the least likely of places.

This company is HORRIBLE at scheduling and they blame their independent contractors for their messy work. Then they try and lie to landlords about them trying to come out and fix things when they said there was no availability for a week. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you want someone to actually show up.

We bought a brand new washer that was a scratch and dent. They had the scratch clearly marked, were very helpful, explained all the warranty paperwork and the cost savings was right at $200. Will be back!

Twice I needed an appliance asap for an investment property, I called Appliance Liquidation Outlet and they were able to give me prices over the phone, send me pictures via email, so I could purchase sight-unseen. Both times the appliances were exactly as they described, clean and in great shape, and they were able to deliver as early as the next day! Their prices cannot be beat! I will definitely be buying from ALO the next time I need an appliance at a budget-friendly price!

Great place to buy good used appliances

Went in to buy a washer. Found a scratch and dent one for $299. I asked if they did payments and told them I wanted to do they 90 day plan (a friend of mine referred me there) so I already knew about the 90 day option.Did the paperwork gave money down and thought all was good. The payment plan was &35.71 every two weeks which was an automatic withdrawal. That part was ok and reasonable until after 3.5 months the payment continues to come out. BTW, I forgot to mention they go through a company called ICIMS (something like that) for the financing. Moving forward I look up my account and it stated I owed &600+ still on the washer!That blew my mind! The math didn’t add up and I called and they said that they sent an email for me to choose the 90 days and since I didn’t reply they put it to 1 year!! What the hell is that.!!! Seriously!!!! First of all when I was in the Liquidation store I SPECIFICALLY told the girl closing me out that I would pay out in the 90 days and she said no problem. NEVER said anything about getting an email to CHOOSE the 90 days.Next I go to the store and speak with them and forget that option or attempt! This store completely wash there hands of the whole transaction and tell me I need to talk to ICIMS because they own the appliance now. WTH!!!! Wow, just pass Ali g the BS why don’t you. Bad business!regardless,,, how they can think me owing them over $600 off a $299 washer is right!!’ HUGE RIP OFF!!! Neither the store or the financial company want to take any responsibility on this situation whatsoever. And I NEVER received an email as they stated.If you do business there, unless you pay right out cash, I wouldn’t buy from them!!! Like another review said....SHOP AROUND! This transaction was SO wrong in their customer service and business sense!

This is false advisement on Offer Up. They wrote under description “new” on their tv’s and list their tv’s at an incredible price. Well I walked in there this morning and asked about 3 tv’s they advertised 25 minutes to 45 minutes to me showing up and the guy at the store told me they sold out so I asked about the second advertised tv and the employee shows me all the tv’s on the floor and says “look around to find what you like” and he walked away.

Well lets just say I have three appliances from them and just buying my fourth item.. and Ill go back. Very nice staff . And I tell all my friends about this place . 5 🌟 in my book

I did a little research online before heading to the store. Staff was friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I needed ($200) less than at the big box store. So if youre looking for a new appliance (especially because your original died overnight) this is a great place with good inventory and amazing prices!

1st the delivery was due for 1230pm but called and delivered by 920. The delivery guys took the old dryer and installed the new one by 945. The guys were fast, friendly and very helpful even being quiet with my daughter being online in class. The dryer is right across from her room and it was no noise disturbing her. Where else can you get next day delivery? Will be going there for other appliances when needed.

Its supposed to be a liquidation but its very pricey. I went to Home Depot saw the same electric range stove for 1100 @ they wanted 2240. So what kind of sale is that I will stick to Home Depot👎

Got a great used refrigerator there. Initially they had installed the wrong ice maker but they did come over and take care of it as soon as we let them know.

Good prices on Clothes Dryer. I had a minor issue and they took care of it very politely. I recommend you pay the $40 delivery fee to get full warranty coverage. Ask for the warranty document in writing before you purchase - that way you know the fine print, because there are some details you will want to know before you get home.

Always a good place to find what you need at a fair price

This place was great, staff was friendly, answered all my questions and its very clean, with prices clearly marked. They do offer a warranty on their appliances and will deliver for an additional fee. The reason I gave it 4 stars is when they loaded up the appliance in my SUV, it ended up damaging my back window. That was a bummer, but the scratch isnt major enough to call them out on. So far the appliance works great! Cant complain, especially for the price.

9/30/18. Just bought a heavy duty washer. Only paid $225.00 with my discount...Good selections, clean warehouse and customer service excellent. Got a discount as a senior citizen and Ill get delivery tomorrow. Total with delivery $301.00. They only charge 60.00 delivery for up to 3 purchases. Cant beat that . Other store was going to charge me $100.00 just to deliver one washer. So, go and see their inventory. Its worth a trip and youll save money. Very happy with my purchase and going to go back for the bottom freezer I saw today. This will be my first choice from now on when Ill need appliances.

The representative was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in machines and my cost was under 400 for a good washer with delivery and pick up of old washer. I’m so happy I will go back for my next purchase of a fridge.

Bought a used Samsung dryer here a couple months ago and havent had any problems. Employee were friendly and not pushy which was nice. If you need an appliance and need to save some money, this is the place to go!

We bought our washer and dryer from them about three months ago and both are still running great. The staff were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. They also werent pushy at all, and didnt try and get us to buy something we didnt want. All costs were explained to us, so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Delivery and installation was quick and on-time. I would definitely go back for any more of our appliance needs in the future.

I was with my mother and sister. Entering the building it was dark and an employee was sitting by the door but did not greet us not ask what we were looking for. He was the only one there, but he was not courteous. Not very many stoves to look at.

Very friendly, I dont remember the mans name but I assume he was the owner. My husband and I went to buy a dryer, he didnt push us at all. They have a wide variety to choose from. Great prices! The dryer wouldnt fit with our son and the man let us go home and come back even if we were going to arrive a little after closing. The dryer worked great. Purchased in April.

Ive been shopping here for a number of years now. Every time Ive needed a washing machine or dryer ..I find they have reasonable prices for the appliances they sell. Theyve worked well for a number of years .I use my washing machine daily, doing 6 /10 loads a day, some days more.. The staff and other employees are friendly and helpful. The area is clean in and out of building . Weve always picked up our appliance tho I think they do deliver . Discounts are available for senior and military.. I dont know now but they used to give you about 20. If you brought your old appliance in. I always get a super capacity washing machine so I can wash my comforters and large blankets.. This is a family owned business and they do a great job. Good service, pricing, knowledge. I drove 40 mins to get there and will do it any time I need appliances.Not many places you can buy new Speed Queen washers and dryers in SA, their prices were lower than San Marcos, came with the 5 year warranty. The delivery with install was $60. These are heavy duty professional quality machines designed for home use, and cost about the same as mid line Maytag.1 year later I called to get a copy of my receipt and the lady was helpful and kind, found my record and emailed it to me.When I went in 9/2017 they only sold 1 model of dishwasher new (white or black Amana), I was surprised by the lack of options but the price was right and its been excellent. They do not offer dishwasher install, and now I understand why, because there are a lot of variables and it often requires a plumber.

Very friendly service...This place has been in the same location for 18 years.....Bought a nice GE Profile Dryer and it works great....Warranty included.......Saved myself probably 600.00 bucks....my last dryer I bought for 75 bucks used and it lasted me 4 years....Before that I bought a brand new dryer from Lowes 600 bucks and it only last long enough for the warranty to expire a little over a year and the motor went out..So I will always buy used.......This will be my go to place for all used appliances...they do have some new items as well....

Our fridge went out a few months back and we had resorted to using our beer fridge. We finally were able to put some money to the side and went to Appliance Liquidation with the intent on purchasing a used, fridge. On the day I went I found a white whirlpool with an ice maker which was my wifes only request in purchasing a fridge. When I went to the counter to pay the Owner asked if I was interested in anything else and after thinking about it, it dawned on me that we needed a dryer also, but was unsure my wife would like what I picked. The owner suggested I bring her by on the weekend so she could take a look and if we decided to go with 2 appliances he would only charge me one delivery fee. I thought this was a good gesture/sales point as he could have easily taken my $ and then charged me a second delivery fee, if we opted to purchase a dryer. When I brought my wife by the store a few days later the fridge I had intended to purchased had been sold which I figured was likely to get me a snirk from the wife. Much to my chagrin she found a New fridge (all the internal parts were wrapped and not assembled) and while it was a few hundred more than we initially intended to spend, it was to good of a deal to pass up. What got me was that while it was advertised as a scratch and dent model the only imperfection was a small (2 to 3 inch) divit at the bottom of the fridge which isnt noticeable at all. As we proceeded to the counter my wife saw a glass top stove which was also NEw stove which was a fraction of the cost of what it would have been in a typical appliance store. What truly made the sale happen was that NEVER did we feel pressured or bothered about purchasing any particular appliance and most of all the entire staff was friendly and helpful. When the gentleman delivered the two appliances, they brought them into the house making sure not to scratch any walls or bang any corners, despite most of our walls having small imperfections already (thats another honey-do-project coming soon) and they set up (unwrapping all the internal parts) the appliance which I felt they they surely didnt need to do as God gave me, my wife, and our kids (much to their chagrin) hands to di these sort of things. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could as they were very friendly, customer service oriented, and knowledgeable of their products. When we are in need we will definitely be headed back.
