Amazing. Love their selections and customer service! When I first started looking around for an engagement ring, I called several places in the local area and unfortunately, not only were they rude, they did not have a very good supply or stock of anything I was looking for, however, Kay Jewelers did right off the bat, they were very friendly to talk to and deal with, not only over the phone, but in person as well. Bought and Will buy again!!!

The staff are knowledgeable and are willing to help you with the jewelry needs. When I had a problem combining the jewelry for my wife one rep helped me fir at least 45 minutes resolving the matter.

I went into the store to find a gift for a friend and they were busy which is fine but I noticed one of the employees was talking to an obvious friend because they were speaking about how they should keep in touch more often and when the sales associate was done talking to her I thought she would help me but she immediately disappeared into the back. I had to wait for another associate to help me and when she did she was quick about it. I even felt at one point like she didnt even want to help! I felt rushed and like she didnt even care that I needed help. This place has poor customer service! Regardless of what price range I was looking at she should have treated me fair. Will never shop there.

I purchase from Kay Jewelers often and have never had less than a perfect experience. The whole team is amazing. The manager, Adan, is very knowledgeable about anything and can help with whatever you need!!! You guys have a customer for life!!!

Stopped at our store here, and a gentleman asked what i was looking for. I showed him my ring and asked if he had anything in that style. He responded back and said no, that it looked like a mans ring. I asked him if he had anything in my ring style or close to it. He said no. He did not try to show me anything for me to view. I left the store and went to a competitor store and they got my sale. Im really strongly on just cutting up my card, which i have never used.

Really great visit! Awesome customer service, Sales associate worked with our budget, and was very friendly and helpful. Mall stores often get a bad rap and I was worried about visiting Kays to pick out my engagement ring, but we loved the whole experience after being snubbed by one of the private jewelers in town. Definitely recommend!

Not very happy at all!!!!So I got engaged in November 2018 had my ring 2 weeks had to take it in to get resized.. they said it would take 2 weeks and didn’t get it back till 3 weeks later. Okay fine whatever went to go pick it up it was STILL to big!!!!!!! So I decided to keep it and just waiting till I got married fast forward 6 months got married brought BOTH the ring and wedding band in to get resized and SOLDER together told me it would be 2 weeks blah blah blah 2 weeks later I get a call and she tells me your rings are in! So I get so excited came to get them what do you know they are NOT solder together they are resized but not solder so at this point I’m so annoyed I talk to Adam he is very nice and has great customer service he reinsure me that if I want to send them back AGAIN he would make sure and “take care of it” so I decided to try it with out them being solder and see if I liked it since they were resized... Had them for 2 days and decided nope I was them solder came back to drop it off and Mary help me.... she was not friendly at all and acted like she had no idea what she was doing... in the process she said she couldn’t find my file so she made me give her ALL my information yet again every time iv been in there they have to “Update my profile” THAT HAS ALL THE SAME INFO!!!!! So at this I just want my rings back and no have to deal with them I was going to get my husband to get me a necklace from there but I will not spend another dime at that place!!!!!!!

Kay Jewelers is by far the worst company Ive ever had the displeasure to work with. Had a diamond fall out of my band (if that tells you about the quality) and decided since I had to ship it off for two weeks to have it repaired, I might as well get it soldered. First off they didnt honor their military clause for me because we had to drive to a different state to get the ring inspected. Someone failed to tell me or my husband in the three years Ive had it you can get another jeweler to inspect it in place. We were told it had to be Kay. So the repairs were out of pocket. The employee we dealt with was new and training so the manager was helping him fill out the form. I saw the form, she saw the form, my husband saw the form. It was written on it to solder it and was written in the computer. When my ring came back, it wasnt soldered. Their excuse? The employee didnt write legible enough. So why wouldnt they call to verify the request? Why didnt the manager catch it? Why wouldnt they look in the computer. It sounds to me they were lazy and incompetent. They send it BACK off to solder it and when I go to pick it up the second time, guess what? Its not there! Why? The incompetent jeweler knocked another stone out of my ring. Why werent all the diamonds checked for their security the first shipment out? They cant follow simple directions, they damage my jewelry, and on top of that, they cancel credit cards with them without warning too. Sure its written in fine print but a curtesy notice would be amazing before they close a line of credit and make your credit score drop 40 points. I couldnt be more disgusted and disappointed this is the company I have my wedding ring with and have to do business with as long as I have my ring. It would be amazing if you could somehow switch jewels like you switch auto insurance. At this point Im so upset with the company, Id be okay if they lost it in the mail, paid the cost of the ring and I could just go buy another ring with a company that knew how to take care of their customers. Its sad when a bride it okay with that. I hope this reaches someone and deters them from the same headaches this company has given me over the years.

Horrible customer service. Just left the store after arriving with the intention of purchasing a diamond band but had to ask for service. The gal didnt ask any questions about what I was looking for and only sat behind the counter with a rude disposition. Spend your money elsewhere.

Im posting this on behalf of my friend who is too nice and gets taken advantage of for being decent. Easter weekend (April)- she was proposed to. Ring was too big, had to get it resized. A week later, went to Kay jewelers to get it resized. They didnt have a ring small enough so they had to send it to the company (Levian, CA). They said it would take 2 months. Early June, she gets it back...effing thing is still too big. So she goes back AGAIN to have it resized. Got it back, STILL TOO BIG. Just to clarify this is now the 3rd time they have effed up. Not only that but a stone falls out! She goes back to the store to get it fixed and they say they have to get the thing back to Levian b/c the stone fell out. At this point, my friend asked for a refund. After hearing this, they say, Oh, youve passed the 90 days for a refund.All you can do now is to let us fix it. That will take a week.So, she did. She had no other choice. Shes upset and feels like shes been taken advantage of.My friend has been engaged for 3 months. Her fiance proposed right before he was deployed. Shes had the ring in her possession for a week during that time. So, you tell me, Kay Jewelers, Does every kiss begin with Kay? Because if so, you can kiss my ass.
