I was in the market for a granite countertop for our ranch. The staff at the showroom was friendly and helpful. *Be sure to ask which natural stone surfaces work best for counters. There were a couple of scheduling issues and a couple of installation issues as well. That said, Manuel (the manager in Abilene) called me as soon as he found out. He said he would make it right. He (and his helper, Julian) absolutely did! They worked around our schedule to come out to the ranch and fix the issues with the counters. Manuel was an absolute artist when it came to matching up the granite and finding the perfect colors of filler that resulted in a flawless job. These guys were courteous, friendly, professional, and KNEW THEIR CRAFT. Thats hard to find these days. Oh yeah, they swept the floor and cleaned up before they left.

The counters turned out amazing. For what we wanted these guys were more affordable and faster than others in town.

They did a very good job on my house! My order was pressed for time and they got my countertops in very very quickly. Other companies would have taken 2 months, they did it 4 weeks from the first measurement to installation. The countertops are BEAUTIFUL! I get so many compliments and everything with smoothly with installation. Would definitely recommend.

Could not get a call back. Tried several times. Reached them a few times but the person I got on the phone always said the shop would call me. Never did. Im sure their work is good but never got the chance to find out.

These folks are top notch! Highly Highly recommend! First off, they answered their phone during business hours and returned calls. I know this may sound strange...but their competition lacked in this aspect. This was one of the main reasons we continued business with them at first. Needless to say, they held up their end of the bargain! Jason and Jerra worked with me and my wife with the up most respect and transparency of the process from day one. Communication was on point and they fulfilled their promise to give us the best experience in the industry! We WILL be using them again when the bathroom counters come due!

San Angelo sales staff was courteous, polite and easy to work with. Counter tops were beautiful once installed and exceeded our expectations.

What great company! We’ve used INcounters for both our bathroom remodels and now our kitchen. I appreciate and value their service from sales, to set-up, to install. The showroom and office folks are so friendly and knowledgeable. We first used them over 5 years ago and they have maintained their high standards and met our high expectations throughout. It’s nice to do business with such a well established and reliable company. They’re professional and prompt. They work with my schedule and are always on time. And everyone is so nice : )

I give this company 5 stars. If you need countertops done these are the people to go to. Jason Jones was awesome at helping us make all this go smoothly. The guys that came out and did the install job were friendly and courteous. The install went quicker than I had expected but after it was said and done my wife and I had a brand new look in our kitchen which is just absolutely awesome. The office staff was also very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs countertops done.

They had a varied selection of granite, quartz and more in the store and said that they could acquire other samples upon request, but they had something that seemed quite suitable for our particular kitchen array on hand. The company was very timely in both coming to the house for measurements, as well as showing up with our new countertops ready for installation in less than a week. The installation crew was professional, affable and efficient, removing the old countertops and properly setting the new ones over the course of an extended afternoon, as well as cleaning up the debris from the labor. Overall, I was quite satisfied with both the quality of the work and the response time, not to mention the reasonable pricing.

We had INcounters install our new Quartz countertops, and they are simply amazing. Jason and the staff helped up pick the best product for our needs, and after all was said and done, the kitchen just looks amazing! The installers were professional, answered all of our questions, and were a joy to talk to. All we have to do now is put in the backsplash. Tile we can do. The countertops, on the other hand, we trusted to the professional at INcounters.
