I have shopped at this journeys for years now. The people who work here are nice and helpful. I like wearing the shoes I buy here. Socks are over priced but are fun and colorful.

This store is so great. Every time I go in the store manager Gabby is super helpful and always makes my shoe shopping experience the best. The entire staff makes sure I get attended too! Definitely recommend buying shoes from this store! You won’t only look cool and you’ll feel so much better about spending your hard earned money! Everyone that works there should get a pay raise!!!! Love this store!

It has went down hill in the last few months. Worst customer service. Back when the bearded manager or the kid from Hawaii worked there, we were always greeted, got to try on shoes, and bought lots of stuff. Now when we go in, there are 3 women working there and they dont even greet my wife and I. Theyll greet the old ladies who come in after us. We looked at some shoes and pick some up, but cant get any service. I dont know what changed. This has happened 3 times already. We went across the isle and dropped a few hundred dollars at the Buckle instead of Journeys. They will not get my business. Bring back the bearded manager and the Hawaii kid who now works at American Eagle and pay them more. The company is now loosing service. Im not the only one who thinks this way.

Went to this store to buy shoes for my son at 830pm on a Wednesday, when it says they stay open until 9pm and they told me they couldn’t do anything because they had already pulled there cash register drawers highly unsatisfied with this location in San Angelo, Texas!
