I have lived in this town for a decade and never once been able to find a good pair of jeans here. This store has cheaply made jeans that never fit right. They have a whole wall of Levi’s, but don’t worry, they’re all the same style. Not everyone wants to peel off their jeans.

Couldnt get help, once I got someone else to help, they went back looking through everything for the size I needed. I realize COVID has slowed things down, but they had an amazingly pitiful selection of white mens dress shirts and customer service was lacking.

I havent shopped at JCP in a while. I was so surprised at their great prices. Many clothing items were just as inexpensive as other known super centers and the same brands as well. It was quiet and employees were so nice and helpful. It was just great! Ill be back soon.

The selection in the Big & Tall area is dwindled to nearly nothing. The customer service though is Great! I dont know how they are kept up in spirit but it works. Id give the cashier/check out lady 5 stars.

I normally dont shop at JCP, but I had a fantastic experience with not only the Black Friday deals but the customer service from Marilyn at the jewelry counter was phenomenal

I had my hair burned by another Salon, i dont remember who told me to come and see Sarah! She looked at my hair and said it was burned and would need weekly treatment to condition my hair and bring it back to life! I kept with the weekly treatments ! Now i dont want anyone touching my hair! Only Sarah! My perms have been very nicely commented by friends and people who say the curls look natural!

The store was HOT! I thought I was going to faint! I had to wait in line behind 2 other people and they took FOREVER mostly because the cashier wasnt bothered by the growing line. She wasnt in any hurry. There should have been a second cashier! Not happy. Im 71 years old with back and leg issues and I had a hard time standing for at least 15 minutes or more.

Over priced dime store products you can purchase for a fraction of the price on Amazon.

Always good place to shop. The selection is always varied.

In general, seems an ordinary JCP. However, neither cashier, assistant manager, nor store manager was familiar with JCP online price matching policy from their own website that had been in effect since 2016. Ultimately refused to honor the JCP policy, over what would have been just a few dollars difference on some jeans. This is not a good experience, but the feeling of hostility from management regarding the issue was entirely uncalled for.

Have gone here for years.

Went looking for a red shirt for a special purpose found many too choose from. Great place but I usually dont shop there as prices are normally out of my reach.

I love their clothes, shoes,and everything else. Its one of my favorite stores in the mall.

I decided I wanted to smell fancy. I went to the mall to get some man perfume. Jcpenney has a decent selection and the sales woman helped by giving me her perspective.

Place is great . Its vast in comparison to most stores . It also has great employees with an amazing sense of humor .

Selection is poor and prices are high.

THANK YOU to the manager of this store!! It used to be so crowded with clearance racks crammed from east to west, but it now looks like what I think a department store should look like. I wish theyd go back to the old model for the shoe department (not self-serve), but I think that ship has sailed. Good job, tho, on the improvements made since Christmas.

Great value. Friendly staff. The place is under repairs for storm damage and yet they didnt affect the accommodations. Under new ownership and I met the owner . He has made significant positive changes to improve the motel.

Ordered clothes for the entire family. Opened the box all together and had a blast. Bought about $500 worth of clothes and after clearance prices plus online coupon I only paid $150!!! Just went shopping with my mom . There was a sign by the vanity fair underwear. The sign read buy two and get two at 50%. So we got four pairs. The cashier named Brooklyn charged us $8.33. She was rude. The total came out to $36.07. Paid her $40.07. When she was about to give us the change. She didnt have enough ones . So we offered to give her a dollar bill to get a five dollar back. She said they couldnt do that . She didnt even say thank you, come back or even a merry Christmas

Has always been my favorite place to shop for clothes, this location has a very small big and tall section though. I wish they would increase that section.

Its still a good place to shop for clothing with a little better quality but need to lower prices a little more on their sales.maybe they will soon.

The area in which I’d like to shop is continuously a MESS. I had hopes that once the renovation was done things would be better but I guess it’s just not going to improve. I never see employees straightening the area, nor can I tell that any attention has been paid to it.
