Understaffed due to covid but the staff that was there were extremely courteous and professional. I arrived before my appointment but they still took me in and completed maintenance quickly.

Very poor service. Asked for the estimated time when arrived and was told 20-30 minutes. After patiently waiting for 45 minutes when I inquired, I was told we just got car in and will take 30 more minutes. After 25 min they said some other work needs to be done and gave me price and said it will take 5 additional minutes. It’s almost close to hour and 40 minutes and still no words and apparently the service specialist has disappeared to avoid giving answers. I was very clear about the time since I had patients scheduled but seems like they don’t care about other people’s time. Absolutely worst service I have ever received and very pathetic behavior from the staff.
