When my car was hit by hail this summer, I assumed it would look beat up and ugly forever. I was completely unfamiliar with the process of making an insurance claim. The thought of dealing with the insurance company and the time and energy it would take, along with then having to actually get the repairs done was something I dreaded. I was referred by a friend to T&T just to get an idea of what my damage was and let me say that I had the best experience that I could have hoped for. All I had to do was make one phone call to report the claim and they handled everything from there. They were friendly, helpful, transparent and the atmosphere was so welcoming and not at all what I would expect at a repair shop. Bonus points for the fact that this a woman owned business, with women working for them, who guided me through the process and kept me informed from start to finish. The whole experience was smooth and convenient for me and my car was ready in about 3 days looking brand new. They even took the extra step to take out some parking lot door dings and detailed my car! I felt very special and never expected this process to be so easy. Would highly recommend.

Emily talked to me about T&T services. After she explained how the work would be done, what they would do, and that they would be able to repair the roof that had a large indentation we didnt know existed.. She was able to arrange for my van to be scheduled within a week.Emily made arrangements for a rental car and contacted my insurance company, leaving me able to complete arrangements for our vacation that was coming up. My van was repaired in a week and looked as good as it did when it was new, inside and out. (It was detailed inside at no extra charge) I was very impressed.The friendly and professional service was so appreciated. Amazing people here!! Came here with the check my insurance had cut me for their “ inspection”. Not only was the first quote so far from being wrong but the insurance company was trying to pull some shady business with getting my LEASED car fixed correctly. William took so much stress off my plate by handling it for me. I didn’t have to battle the insurance company myself. He had them make it right and had someone back out their from the insurance company to get covered what I needed. I cannot thank him enough for putting the customer first and getting my car fixed in a week!!! That’s a crazy good turn around time!!! T&T Hail Repair was extremely easy to work with. This was my first experience with hail repair and they took care of everything. All I had to do was contact my insurance for an initial estimate. I then took my car to the shop and they walked me through the steps of the paperwork and set up my rental car for me. They gave me updates during the process and were very kind. I didnt know anything about this company but all of their reviews were really good so I thought I would put them to the test. I went in for paintless dent repair for hail damage sustained earlier this spring. And boy did I ever test them. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the exterior dents, including a door ding that wasnt even part of the hail damage, but they also did an interior detail on my car! My car looked better than the day I bought it! That would be more than enough to WOW me, but the value added services kept going! They paid my deductible! They also provided a loaner car for me to drive while they were fixing mine! And while I am embarrassed to admit that I accidentally locked the keys in the trunk of their loaner car, they also sent a locksmith to rescue me! This company is TOP NOTCH!! Honest and professional and goes above and WAY BEYOND to please the customer! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! Thank you William and T&T team for the AMAZING service!! While I hope to never need PDR again, I will certainly be back without a doubt if I ever am in need. In the meantime, Ill be singing yoir praises!

TNT hail repair did an excellent job fixing my hail damage in a timely fashion that was super easy. They had great communication throughout the whole process and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked very well with my insurance company and I would recommend them to anybody.

Had my new 2020 Kia Forte take some hail dings recently. Ive never had a claim for Hail repair, but since the car was so new, I didnt want to just ignore it. So when insurance said they would cover the repair, I looked around for someone local. Not much luck there. Most of the better known places were booked for over a month with no openings. Some said a few months or were so busy from the recent storm they didnt even bother getting back to me. I was starting to think this was going to be a hassle.After going through a decent selection of others who were too busy or just didnt seem to care for more business I found T&T by a random review that popped up on the Webbernets. There wasnt much about them I could find, but T&T was very close and they responded to my call immediately. Not only did T&T get me in right away, they didnt give me ANY headaches or hassles. They took care of everything and even offered to help me get a rental car (if needed, it fortunately wasnt) and even drove me home after I dropped the car off. You may think this convenience is because they arent the biggest game in town for this work, but no, when I dropped off my car their lot was full of cars being repaired too. They were busy, but STILL got me in like they werent.I asked them if they could have it done in a week, and they said it was no problem. A week later, as promised, it was done and the car is back to looking brand new. All 40+ dings are gone, the paint has no noticeable marring, and the only hassle I experienced was being without a car for a few days. Which I wouldnt have been if I wanted to deal with a rental car, but as I didnt really need it, I didnt bother...A++ guys, I WILL be recommending you to others.
