I have dealt with Nissan and purchased several vehicles from them over the years. I am a loyal customer. I was more than disappointed in them on this visit to NISSAN located in San Angelo, Texas. The service advisor was helpful as she directed me to Discount Tire after she was unable to assist me with my 2017 Nissan Maxima. I puchased vehicles from NISSAN in the following years 2003, 2007, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2018 I bought two cars! I had a blow out on my trip to Big Lake. I sought out NISSAN for assistance and headed to San Angelo. No help other than referring me to Discount Tire. I wanted a factory wheel replacement but, Nope, No, Nada, Zelch, Zeroooo!! No matter my history or relationship with NISSAN or their products. No matter how much money I have spent or their brand. Unfriendly and unhelpful to say the least. Stuck up and too good for you location. Nice facility but staff needs some serious work. I spoke with several family and friends who all said the Same Thing or had the Same Experience here. Thanks Discount Tire!! San Angelo NISSAN needs better management.

Vehicle inspection & tire rotation took only 15 minutes. Service worker very nice & respectful.
