I told this shop I was from out of town driving thru and needed an alignment due too a hard pull to the right. They stole my reg/inspection sticker!The alignment was fine.

I took my car here to get aligned and they told me it would be 1300 dollars for new lower a arm ball joints and one steering rod was bent and he recommended replacing both arms and said it would drive funny took it for a second opinion and they said the left tire was a little out of whack Nothing was wrong with any of the ball joints or bushings got it done for 80 dollars. I wonder how many other people this place is ripping it off! Is it because I was a woman and they thought they could get away with it. Dont think so but nice try!To your reply the name is under Marshall Van Zant or deric I brought my car in yesterday, no record of it, thats crazy and definitely wasnt worn out, and no where near 1300 dollars worth of damage.Have a nice day.

Idk how I feel honestly the lady in the office is very nice. It’s just her husbands lack of interest in his customers that I had a problem with, I’ve been in retail for over 10 years and never seen anything quite like it. Overall I’d still recommend since it’s a family owned business and I will continue to send work that way. However, this man will probably never change but a simple “hello” or maybe even a “have a nice day” would go a long way. Talking to this guy is the equivalent to trying to have a conversation with a brick wall.

Asked for a quote on installing aftermarket lowering springs and a panhard bar.Was told I would get a quote in 30 minutes. Had to call back two days later to try and receive my quote.Receptionist then tried to tell me I asked for something that had nothing to do with the part installation when she started referring to it as something completely different, and I didnt want to correct her. She the very unprofessionally told me that there was no reason to argue, when its obvious she wrote down something completely different, or what she thought she heard, and I tried to correct her.Ridiculous, and just horrible service. No one should have to deal with attitude when Im trying to pay you to provide me a service.

Great service made an appointment after the dealership recommended them to me as I would’ve had to wait 2 weeks to get my truck in. Called and got my truck in 3 days later at a great price. They pulled my truck in right when I arrived for my appointment. Staff in office was great and mechanic showed me exactly what he was doing. I appreciated that he took extra time and did multiple test drives to get it just right.

Definitely wouldnt recommend.These so called experts used the wrong sway bar bushings on my 2000 f350 4x4 DRW. makes me wonder what else they did wrong....

Been here twice. The alignment took only a couple of hours both times. But they went above and beyond letting us know the control arms were about to go out on the truck. They replaced them with fair pricing and had us the truck back the next day. Great people!

Took my car in to fix a baring. I was assured that wasnt the issue after I took car back several time. Told it was safe to drive just needed rotor turned and breaks. After several weeks sound got worse and never did they fix sound, took somewhere who said rotors were not done right. So back to caddo again. Told the rotors had been done but, did I know I had a baring out that caused rotors to go bad again. Yes I did I tried to get that fixed before I spent a few hundred dallors here. Now my car has more damage than started with and I found out I could have lost my life if I was driving and that tire came off. So its being fixed right across town for hundreds of more dallor because this caused more parts to go out.

I had my alignment corrected on my car, it was done correctly, in the time frame they said and at a reasonable price.

Be warned they try to sell you parts you dont need for your vehicle. I waited in waiting room over 30 mins and no one asked if they could help me when I had an appointment, I was told my car needed 4 new struts it took them like 5 minutes to diagnose that lol. I didnt want them to put all 4 struts on my car well over 2k$i just wanted to have it align but would not do it because I didnt have them put unnecessary parts on it . I am a mechanic and know it didnt need new struts, made me wait to get car back because the mechanic was on break so had to wait another 15-20 minutes BAD PLACE STAY AWAY!! this was my second time there didnt do a good job on my f150 had to take back, steering wheel was off gave me hard time about adjusting it but told me before alignment it was part of it, I hear lots of the same things from people all over town AVOID!

In June of 2013, I was involved in a hit & run, thanks to another drivers stupidity.Buskers Body Shop came highly recommend to me by my insurance company USAA. So I trusted them, USAA has always taken care of me. I had a rough 6 months, surrounding this time & all I wanted was my Rav4 back in my possession.I didnt tell them right away, but when I got my Rav4 back it had scuff marks. It was annoying but I just wanted to drive it & not want to fight with it or deal with it. So I didnt at first... but I had my tires balanced & rotated at Walmart just a month before the accident. After it was fixed at Buskers Body Shop, a few weeks later I took it to get a rotation & balance, again, like usualy, my back tires had rubbed unevenly, & were both bowed inward. Turned out Buskers had only ordered a front-end alignment from Caddo Alignment. What I have since learned from USAA that if you do one alignment without the other it will throw off the other, they MUST be completed at the same time.Which, Caddo or Buskers both should have caught, or they didnt care & wanted my car to break, so I could give them both more business.... I had previously had what I felt were issues with Caddo Alignment, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but that confirmed my previous suspicions. So requested my car be taken to Angelo Alignment, they found that the misalignment had also caused a broken bolt, which, I was stuck paying for, as well as a new set of tires.I had receipts to prove everything which was the only reason why Buskers Body Shop did ANYTHING to no really make it right. They drug their feet the WHOLE way.I remember the owner being complete jerky, until I could back what I said & then he straightened up a bit.I was 23 years old at the time & my daddy wasnt in town because they are Missionaries & I was so depressed & angry, because I was dealing with these awful men, after the hit & run involving two men, & I had no one to take care of me or love me.Previously, I was exhausted & had regrettably made a habit of sleeping at the wheel, not smart, but I was 19 & not thinking straight from exhaustion. I would use the vibrators on the side of the road to wake me up, but on this particular road after Bronte, TX there is not any there or was not. Anyways, by the grace of God I was fine & alive, & my vehicle was mostly fine. My parents got me & took my RAV4 home on a trailer, & gave me another vehicle to finish up my USA Today newspaper route pickup from Abilene to deliver in San Angelo.They fixed one thing when they fixed it, but then a few months later another thing broke from the accident, I added up that that was NOT normal, they were overlooking stuff to keep me coming back or to break my car & put it out of commission for me.So, I took it to Angelo Alignment to see what else they had OVERLOOKED it ended up being over $500 total, but done, completely this time.Caddo charges $90 per full alignment, they were BANKING by doing one thing every few months, if I caught it before it ruined my car each time.Angelo Alignment charges $60 per full alignment & they dont overlook anything, that can & will cause major problems later on down the road if not addressed. Which, I MOST appropriate. I would rather pay a bit extra & be taken care of now, save a little & in some cases save a Lot down the road later & be safe & good to go. I used to drive my 1996 RAV4 rough, so I needed it to stand up to whatever off-roading or speeding or crazy thing I got into while driving. Maintenance was extra important, plus, it gets you & your vehicle from point A to point B successfully. :-)Thank you Julio (Premier Automotive), Daniel Ortiz Automotive, Angelo Alignment & Toms Tire World for taking care of my vehicles & I!!!! :-)
