Great place to get many items for your vehicle added. We had a grill guard and camper added to our pickup. Very accommodating, honest, flexible and gave us a ride to a cafe to eat while they worked on it.

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, did an amazing job installing both truck bed covers and helping out with tow bar wiring. We are very pleased and definitely would recommend and are going to use for future services!

Ordered hitch receiver to be installed. When it came on i was notified and they installed in about a half hour while I waited. The price was way cheaper than uhaul who would have my vehicle all day. Great staff and a great place for your truck needs.

5 star customer service and performance getting my F150 Rhino lined and bed cover installed. This was our familys first truck, and other places I called or talked to came off as you dont know that as if we are all born with truck accessory knowledge. Not Oriq-Equip. Customer service is great, treated me professionally, answered all my questions politely, and this was after talking with multiple staff members on different days so its clearly a trend. Great job! Secondly, they called to let me know they couldnt get the Rhino liner in since it was too cold and he wanted to make sure the job was done well. Awesome! I always appreciate quality work and was so glad they didnt rush the job or risk it. Very professional and nice on the phone. The final product was completed the next day and was great, and the bed cover is great too. Works exactly as it was explained to me. Lastly, they went above and beyond helping with with the Ford Box link hooks for the bed. I couldnt for the life of me get them installed after having bought them from Jim Bass. Couldnt get in at Jim Bass so took a chance to ask Oriq-Equip even though it wasnt there accessory part. Not only did they do the labor to grind down the lock to fit in the plate, they did it for free since I had to wait a day on the Rhino. Honestly, I think they would have done it anyways just because they are so nice and, as I mentioned, Id prefer they get the Rhino in under better conditions anyways. Ill be back for sure for any further truck needs and if you are looking for a place, stop, youve found it. Appreciate the help and excited about our truck!

Had it built in less than a week. The install was extremely professional. And was able to do what Anderson Iron Works said was impossible. I will be trading with these people again. Top of the line selection, a bit pricy tho. When you can buy the same K.C. lights from an auto parts store for 100 that are marked over 200 here... but nobody carries a top of the line selection like they do here all in one place around here. Id recommend them to anyone just do your homework first.

The experience I had with Orig-Equip today was shockingly poor, and sadly, Im fairly certain I was dealing with the owner or the manager. I walked in at 12:20 and said I would like to order a truck topper for my vehicle. I was not a looky-loo or a window shopper. I was there to give him thousands of dollars.He pulled out a brochure and said the best way to do it was to go to the website for the topper company, build it online then bring in the specs so he could order it. Knowing EXACTLY what I wanted, complete with options, size and color, I asked him if that wasnt something we could do right then and there in the store.Well I can, but not today was his reply. A little taken aback, I asked Why not?He looked up at the clock and said We close in 10 minutes. Thinking he couldnt possibly be serious, I said So, youre willing to lose a $2,000 sale because youre not willing to do 10 minutes worth of work...even though youre still open...Thats just the way weve always done things was his exact, and rather curt, reply.Unbelievable. As he was telling me all reasons I should have come earlier, or came in on another day, I said No, thanks, were good, gathered my children and left the store. There will never be another possible situation that finds me in that store...ever. Additionally, everyone in the 4x4 circles and the military folks I work with will be hearing the story.As a business, if you ever find reasons or excuses to look a customer in the eye and tell them why youre not willing to take their money while youre still open, something in you or your company is fatally flawed. A company whose demographic is hard working folks (military, oilfield workers, blue-collar types) who drive trucks, having a Monday-Friday 8-5:30, Saturday until 12:30, closed Sundays policy is more than a little silly. When you refuse sales because youre lazy on top of that, you deserve to be out of business. I can now guarantee that my $2k will be going to your competition, Vehicle Accessories & Supplies.

Went in to ask if they carried the rubbers that fit in my Ranch Hand rear bumper for the back-up sensors and Michael fixed me up at no charge. They will continue to receive my business in the future

Owner of this company doesnt care about his customers. Spent over 4,000 lights and a bedcover. Came in to follow up on bedcover and the owner picked a fight over a $45 part that should have been installed the first time. I will never do business with this company because of the owner!!! Stay away
