The best auto mechanics I have ever used. They will tell you their HONEST assessment, how much any repairs will cost, and when your vehicle will be fixed. They do not add on stuff that does not actually need to be repaired. I highly recommend!

As a woman when I go to a mechanic shop I expect to be offered a whole list of things my car “needs”. NOT HERE! Daniel is straight with me. He tells me what is recommended by the manufacturer but also what he thinks is worthwhile from a cost value analysis point of view. Their work isn’t dirt cheap but it comes with a two year guarantee so I can drive away with confidence.

A friend recommended G&G to me, and Im so glad she did. They do great work and give you the kind of advice a dealership service shop often doesnt volunteer - for instance, whether a repair is critical or if it can be addressed at a later date without causing damage; if there are other affordable solutions to solve a problem; if they see a potential problem in the near future that could be addressed now. I feel that theyre more thorough than a dealership service shop has ever been, and their prices are more affordable. Im very happy with their service!

The recommended A LOT of work to be done on my car .. I was nervous about them having to keep my car longer than I had my rental for... But they had it in and out a day earlier !! Pretty awesome shop ! Very nice.

This place has been around forever, but don’t let that fool you. They are no different than a pitiful used car lot. They fix your car just enough so you need to bring it back over and over. Don’t let them take advantage of you like they did me. Never again.

Excellent service

Took my car to these folks for misc problems, including transmission. Due to complications with parts, the repair ended up taking much longer than planned.Despite all the extra work on their end, G&G was dedicated to keeping labor costs to our original agreement, and I got my car back fully repaired and very much on-budget. Seriously a repair shop that will work WITH its clients!

If the worst issue you have with an auto repair is accidentally leaving your invoice on the counter, its a good day. :)They worked with my extended warranty, got them to approve replacing a second sensor as a preventative measure, and had me back on the road in 24 hours. My coworker recommended them, and I would GLADLY recommend them after my experience.

These guys are crooks. I took my car in for a simple tune up and now it wont drive. True my transmission could have been going out but i find it too much of a coincidence that right after I got my car out from their shop that my check engine light came on and my transmission blew and he was quick to tell me that one of his buddies works next door and specializes on transmissions. I will never make the mistake of going back to g&g auto

My daughters attend college in San Angelo and have been very happy with the work and prices. G & G actually fixed a small problem at no charge. Imagine that. They both drive college junkers and thank you G & G for helping us on a budget. I will use them from now on as well.

They guys here are so friendly, and honest! While waiting for my car to be worked on I saw multiple long time customers come in that a good connection with the company. Thats not something you see everyday.

G&G saved me hundreds of dollars, and were very courteous. I can see why so many peers recommend them so highly.

I went in without an appointment with warning lights on afraid it was going to be expensive. They called me in about two hours and said the truck was ready. When I arrived he explained there is a problem that is going to be costly but they were able to clear the codes for me. I could drive the truck but will eventually have to fix the problem. Most places would have just said the problem needed to be fixed right now and taken my money. I was back on the road in no time.

G&G is the only place in town Ill take my car for repairs! Theyve always been incredibly kind to me and every time I take my car there they get it fixed in half the time they said it might take. Before I found G&G, I went to another shop in town where they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for repairs that werent necessary, and lied to me about the safety of my car to scare me into paying for unnecessary repairs. At G&G, they always outline the costs for me and explain why the amount is what it is, and its really nice to know that Im not going to be taken advantage of there.
