Ive gotten a lift and sway bar installed on my pick up and the price was the best in all of San Angelo. Also with it being a 1 ton they have the equipment to work on heavy duty trucks which I love. Super friendly and trust worthy.

As a small business owner myself. I understand reviews are always great to receive! This one is well deserved as the product showed up quickly, everything was there and worked exactly as advertised. When talking to the rep (sorry dont remember his name) he was polite, patient and I could tell he knew his product. The fit and finish of my hydro assist steering is excellent and my steering now works like a dream! I would definitely recommend this company and there products to anyone. Save yourself a few bucks here with this company rather than the more expensive steering kits (PSC) out there. Youll be glad you did! Called Justin a few weeks ago after having issues with my steering he kindly mention wait until you replace your steering component that was bent to get a proper lock to lock measurement. I called him last week on Thursday he gave me the run down about 1.5 and 1.75 ram and told me running a 38in tire Im border line for the two mentioned Maybe in the future Ill go 40s he told me 1.75x6 is the way hed go... Highly recommend and super fast shipping thanks

Killer costumer service, I spoke with Justin 3 times with various questions I had from an old setup. He was able to not only pull my 6 year old order up but set me up with the proper measurements to make sure my system would be rock solid. Couldnt ask a better person to deal with.

Top notch customer service! I fought the steering in my dodge for over a year. Contacted Justin and he got me all sorted out and my truck drives 10x better than it ever has. They have earned my business for sure.

I’ve seen some ugly reviews on here and I can say honestly I have no ties or friendships with anyone at this shop, but I have had my Sierra in here for a lift and had absolutely no problems. The fella at the counter was straight forward and helpful. I didn’t hang out in the shop bothering the employees and trying to micro manage the job... they would either do a good job or wouldn’t and when I got my truck it was fine and has been the last year. I will be back in soon guys plan on going a little higher got new tires and they are rubbing.

This team did an amazing job with my jeep! I had already taken it to two very reputable shops and still could not drive it safely over 40 mph! After I picked it up from West Texas 4 Wheel and Offroad it was ready for the highway! Thank you all!!!

Took my truck in to have some brackets welded on and they took care of it fast. Mark was friendly and the price was fair, I highly recommend them.

Took my 4x4 AMC Eagle in to price out a job and after waiting 30 minutes the guy in charge only too 5 seconds to hold the door and tell me to go buy a jeep instead apparently a axle swap was to challenging for this 4x4 fabrication shop if i knew i would be treated the way i was i wouldn’t have set foot in this establishment(on a side note) the employees that where up front taking care of me while i waited i have nothing but good things to say

Just got a 7.5 inch lift done here and the truck rides like a dream. These guys got me in the shop within 2 weeks and got me hooked up in just over a day. Great quality work

These guys are awesome, knowledgeable, friendly professionals! They know their 4x4 and off road equipment. They also have the tools to help recover a stuck off road vehicle! They sure saved my bacon!

Awful customer service. It seems as if you dont pull up in a truck that can be lifted you wont get a welcome. Granted i understand this is an off-road shop, some of the products that they carry can be applied to other custom projects. Twice ive attempted to do business with the shop for some custom mods and gotten greetings such as i dont deal in car parts if its not a truck i cant help you and if you dont have business here you should leave. I didnt enjoy how quickly the staff was to ignorantly argue fitment over something the same size i just asked in the metric format instead of standard. Someone should be able to walk into a business and request to purchase something thats sold at the location regardless of what they plan to use it on. Obviously i have no opinion on there quality of work but there customer service is extremely lacking, not a very good way to do business regardless of what your shops target market is.

Got an estimate but when I was going to bring it in they jacked up the price for the same work. Then they declined to work on my truck claiming I was a no show. A lot of drama and they still didnt know what was wrong with my 4x4. Not impressed.

Love all the employees here and trust their work 100%. Ive only been doing business with them for about 5 months, but theyve already shown that theyll put as much effort as it takes to make it right, and give you more than a fair deal. All the mechanics know their stuff and have gone out of their way for my custom jeep, and I know Matt and Mark have been very patient with my many customizations and tweeks. First rate work, they rebuilt my steering gearbox off my 71 Bronco and also made it a quick turn. Very happy with the results.

Ordered my hydro steering ram and everything works great. Great people to deal with and very easy to work with as well.

I love these people!!! Its tough to find people that are so helpful for a do-it yourselfer. I had trouble rebuilding a durango steering box and messed up a teflon seal, they mailed me two more free of charge. I had a small issue torquing down the ball guide retainer and they quickly gave me some input on how tight to torque them to. I wish they had another shop closer to me, Ill continue to recommend them due to their helpful nature!

Great work by Mark and the crew there. They trouble shooted an issue with their Redneck Ram on my JKU (installed by me and a friend at his shop).They took care of it after lunch before closing. Highly recommend their ram and shop for installation.

Awesome Place and service from Matt and his guys ...The work they have done for me is supper work and they have taken my little jku to new lvls of wheeling experience....some of the mods theyve installed are awesome.....( supercharger, rubicrawler, and the red neck ram)..They will always have my business ........Thank u jeep crawls awesomeRicky

This is one of the worst shops ever been to the customer service sucks ass and the parts are priced out the roof and one of my friends had a lift put on his truck and can you believe it they put the shocks on his F-150 on backwards and then acting like they werent going to fix it I wouldnt recommend you take your truck over here for nothing
