Bought an older high mileage BMW that was in really good shape. Was skeptical about the mileage and future reliability but a year later and I can say I am happy that I bought from these guys. This is a very great family owned dealership, they are super friendly, and do not make you feel obligated to buy from their lot. They offer to give rides if you need one and will even take you to another dealership if you arent satisfied with what they have. Lance and Sam, the son and father, helped my husband and I pick a nice car for a nice price within our budget. They do everything for you, including a license plate and title transfers. Great service and pretty darn good prices compared to other stuff I saw online. These guys bent over backwards to help me get the truck I wanted up to my standards as they had not had it long so needed some things fixed. Sam was extremely helpful in helping me get the perfect car. He stayed late just for me to look at the car and gave me all the information I needed to get the keys in my hand. Very professional business, but buyer beware. The vehicles arent as well maintained as the owner will suggest. I bought a 2010 Prius that I thought was in decent condition. But the mechanic I took it to noted a number of maintenance issues and tires that wouldnt even pass a state inspection. I was already shaky about the purchase because the website and Facebook posted a bunch of erroneous information about the features included, but having to put in a grand extra to get it ready for a long drive is unacceptable.They will treat you like family, and dont pressure you to purchase. But they dont take care of the vehicles as much as they claim.

A great dealer, this was my first car buy and Sam took care of me. Even came and picked me up from my place to drive me to the shop. Was a great experience all in all. Had some issues with the car a month down the road but Sam sent his mechanic within about 10 minutes got me to the shop and had me up and running again at a price that you cant beat and I might add this was a SATURDAY. Youll be in good hands with Sam.

They sold me a GTO that had previously been wrecked and attempted to hide it. After test driving the car, it seemed like it had issues so I brought it back. Lance told me he would fix the car and throw in a free warranty. After I bought the car, Lance failed to come through with the warranty knowing that I was in the military in Kentucky and could not come back to confront him. He lied to my face and told me he would throw in a warranty just so I would go through with the deal with no intention of following through. Now he will not respond to my calls. This place is NOT military friendly and will lie to your face. Definition of a shady used car lot.

Sam was great, he sold me a 2005 Mustang, The car was priced great at 42500 miles, and he went out of his way to not only point out the pros of the car, but also a few modifications (That I never would have caught!) made to the car because of a minor fender bender. He also paid to have a new gauge cluster put in because the one in the car was malfunctioning. Overall a great and honest dealer, Ive had no issues with the car at all, very happy with my purchase.10/10 definitely recommend!!

I’m still trying to wrap my brain on how I’m even going to write this review. Sam & Lance went over and beyond helping my son and helped give me, a worried mother (who is 1600 miles away) piece of mind. My son was in a accident while traveling out of state into Texas, he totaled his car, he was found in his car unconscious. He was transported to a hospital and then was air lifted to San Angelo. It would have taken us a 7 hour flight and then a few hours drive to get to our son. My son ended up not having any serious injuries and we couldn’t have been more thankful. Meanwhile Everything he owned was in the wrecked totaled car which was more than an hour away in the opposite direction of where he was headed to. My son didn’t qualify to rent a rental car because he was only 23 and we are on a tight budget. He suggested a haul. But I told my son I didn’t want to waste money for a temporary fix of a uhaul. He needed a permanent plan! A reliable safe car that would help him continue with his travel and something he can use in the future. So from California I started to search Craigslist in San Angelo, Texas for a good car at a low price. As I was scrolling I kept passing by AbeRides. I emailed a few different people but needed someone to speak to immediately. We are in a urgent need of a car. AbeRides kept coming up and there was a phone number so I then I called them. I spoke with a man named Sam. I explained to him that what happened to my son, where we were, how I couldn’t get there to him to help and that he needed a safe car. Without a hesitation Sam said I will call my son to see what we can do because here in Texas we help or Servicemen. My next phone call Sam says is your son a tall good looking young man, I said yes! That is him! SAM WAS ALREADY AT THE HOSPITAL! He went to the hospital to meet my son and picked up him up, a total stranger! As I typed this I have tears running down my face. I’m so thankful for his kindness. He treated our son like his son. He picked him up from the hospital like a loving parent would do. He Helped him to make a wise choice in getting a reliable car. He not only took my son under his wings but he and his family also fed my son and helped him with a place to sleep for the night. For me his mom to get this nightmare of a phone call regarding his accident and then be told he needs to be airlifted to another hospital and feeling helpless, this family came to the rescue! They showed him God’s Grace and intervened when we couldn’t. My son now has a reliable safe car, we paid a fair price and most of all these Angels gave us piece of mind! They were a blessing to me, my son and our entire family. We are so thankful and have been truly blessed by this entire family! Our new family from San Angelo Texas! Wish I could give them a BILLION stars!

Bought a Mazda 6 with 130k miles on it over a year ago. The price wasnt bad and they were very honest and friendly.

First off, Ive never had a better car buying experience. I found ABE through USAAs Buyers Portal. That was my first tipoff that ABE was probably a reputable dealership. From that point forward, both Lance and Sammy handled the entire deal, from start to finish. They were always transparent about any issues with the car, and even let me know that it was currently in the shop for repairs, as they werent comfortable selling it in its current condition. They also gave me an extremely fair trade-in offer for my current vehicle, and did not try to low-ball me out of the value of that car. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, both of them were very upfront with any issues that the car had, as well as anything that might possibly be an issue further down the road. Neither of them ever tried to label the car as perfect, which was fine with me. Its reasonable to assume that a used car will have some issues that the dealer simply cannot sink a ton of money into to fix. But, ensuring the buyer knows those issues is the responsibility of the dealer, and is one that ABE handled with professionalism and ease. The purchasing process went smoothly, and no one tried to get me to take up financing that I didnt want. Once I got the car back home, the battery died on me. However, Lance and Sammy took responsibility for it, and called up the nearest AutoZone and purchased a new battery for me. Along with that, there had been some weatherstripping that they had meant to replace, but hadnt had a chance to do so before I picked up the car. They sent this along in the same packaging as the license plates and registration, something that they didnt have to do, but took up the initiative to take care of their customer. I would definitely do business with Auto Brokers Express again, and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.TL;DR: This is a fantastic dealership that is honest and fair, a rare find in todays car-selling culture. If youre looking for a new/used car, go to this dealership!
