The store is quite the experience! All of the fun colors made me almost have a manic episode. I do have a recommendations though. Can you please start manufacturing the do good sticker with no D? So it would be DO GOO . If you made the sticker, I would probably live inside your store. THANK YOU!!!!

Very excited to have learned about this brand. Love the mission, originality, sustainable practice. All of the color combos on the products are beautiful and unique, and I can tell they are built well.

OMG! Im sure this is why this place is so popular, but I just made my first purchase (which in a very low-pressure way, turned into two purchases) and it was a fantastic experience! The gal that helped us was just the right amount of friendly + bubbly + energetic and theres a feeling of, glad youre here, even if youre not emptying your bank account! And the products I got were both better than expected!

Was just passing through and saw this Cotopaxi store. I had been interested in their travel packs a few months ago but decided not to get one. I spent probably an hour and a half in the store trying to decide on what to get and asked so many questions to the sales people in the store. They were both incredibly nice and answered every annoying question. I ended up walking out with an Allpa 35L and packing cubes I bundled with it.

Recently when I tried to return an item, I was informed that their return limit is 30 days, not the 60 days that I was told when I bought the item. Apparently they use 60 days during the holidays, so possibly the sales associate misspoke? In any case, I left the store disappointed in their customer service. I even wrote a review describing my disappointment. Not long after I left the store, I received an email from them indicating that they went to the trouble to find my email address from the original purchase and indicating that they would permit me to return the item. I truly appreciate their effort and think this is a wonderful response to the situation. Thank you!

Each individual product has so much heart and (literally) so much vibrance. Every product I’ve seen or used from Cotopaxi has not ever disappointed. The mission of Cotopaxi is also so inspiring. Their environmental awareness, and focus on alleviating poverty, are both things I’m happy to get behind.

Customer service was friendly, the employee who was there offered suggestions and different color options. My purchase came with a free mask!

It was upon & at closing time when I went it & they both were covid conscious, extremely friendly & it was clean & beautiful inside, truth with a capital T yall, thanks again!

Super genius! As a registered nurse I am beyond proud of this company for moving forward and opening business back up by appointment only and virtual shopping of which I utilized today to make sure they had what I was looking for before setting up an in store appointment. As a nurse it is especially difficult for me to go into public places where people aren’t following any medical guidelines anymore and potentially spreadIng infection to me, my family, my co workers and hospital patients. so thank you for making it as safe as possible so that I and everyone else can come in and shop.

Came back to buy the same since I really liked it and they were able to exchange the hat out for a new one. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

I really like the style of their clothing. I would own more of it if it was a little cheaper. I understand quality comes at a cost and it’s quality stuff which I really like. It just means it will take time for me to slowly start owning more of those products. The jacket I bought is amazingly warm and I love it. I am looking forward to my future purchases.

I have been a fan of Cotopaxi for a few years now, both their gear and their mission. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit the new store in Fashion Place and felt compelled to share about my experience. First off, the store is beautiful. The bright colors that make Cotopaxi who they are really draw you in. Despite it being busy on the day of my visit (the morning of the opening), I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. After looking around for a bit, I decided I needed some help choosing between a few different backpack options. I was quickly supported by a bright, knowledgeable young woman who helped me decide on the Luzon 24L bag. At the register, I was assisted by the store manager who was also lovely. Best part? I got a free water bottle with their opening day promotion! I will definitely be back.

Their products look so cool with all the vibrant colors and designs. Hopefully Im rich enough someday to be comfortable with dropping $200 on a windbreaker...

I’ve owned the Allpa 35L for a couple months now and I’m hooked. Headed to Australia with it next week. What I love most is that Cotopaxi stands behind its products with a 61 year warranty. I’ve also appreciated the amazing customer service. Rachael, at the Fashion Place store, spent lots of time educating me on the company, it’s mission and how it gives back and I’m a Cotopaxi guy now. Look forward to buying again soon.

We did the Questival when it was in Boise with our kids and loved it! It was a blast. We got Luzon (I think) backpacks with our entries and they are the best! We take them on all of our trips now. They pack small, fit tons of stuff, are comfortable to wear, and super durable. WAY better than a classic backpack. Highly recommended.

Really cannot say enough about how awesome Cotopaxi is and how much they care for their customers! I asked a couple of family members to go in on the Fuego Down Jacket for my birthday and when the package arrived it had been torn open and the coat had been stolen. After explaining what happened to their customer service representative they did not hesitate to have a new coat shipped out the next day for me!! Thank you again!

Id been watching Cotopaxi since they showed up, pleased with their style and mission statement but waiting until they had an item I both wanted AND needed. Id even corresponded with questions about an item or two and was pleased with they exchanges.Last week they put a sale up and I decided to take the leap. We had a little confusion about the order and the staff was AMAZING in the way they handled it.Great brand and company, it seems. I wish them success!

For the gear conscious. Pricepoint-wise its good value and stylish. If you need life&death equipment, will have to shell out to outfitters with greater R&D budgets. Cotopaxi events are loads of fun. Get out of your comfort zones, and do some good!

I bought a backpack for my son in law and it was the perfect gift...he loved it and I loved the integrity of their business. The saleswoman was exceptional. The products are amazing.

They closed two-hours before they normally do. They were open until 2100, but locked their doors at 1900. Cotopaxi sent flyers with coupons around Sugarhouse, UT, but refused to honor them. When we asked the manager tonight at 1900, she said they boxed everything up early and you shouldve come earlier. We were there two-hours before they closed. Will never buy from them. Patagonia has superior quality and customer service at the same price.

I ordered some stuff online but mistook colors and drove to the store to trade my goods. It was super easy, the store looks great and the people working there were super friendly. Also, their sleeping bags look amazing!

I bought a waterbottle in August and something happened to the lid and it was leaking - I wrote to them and just stopped by the shop and told them my situation and they just gave me another lid! People who work there are super friendly and sweet! I love my waterbottle so much!

I love Cotopaxi. Their products are great quality. We own several backpacks of which all are versitile and stylish. We own some winter coats which keeps us warm in the cold. We backpacked through Europe with their coats and their allpa backpack. Never had a problem with the products. Fits so many items and overall Im so impressed.

Cant get better or more unique outdoor gear. Employees are always awesome. Too bad Im not super rich, because everything is VERY expensive. Arguably too expensive. Environmentally and socially responsible.

One of the great consumer brands of the last 10 years. Their llama icon is synonymous with the spirit adventure and their gear dots the worlds greatest, most remote and even dangerous destinations. Highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVE this company! I bought gear from here and have zero complaints! I went in today tonsee if I could buy a replacement rain cover for my pack that I lost and they simply replaced it, no questions asked.

I’m from Michigan and have been a fan of Cotopaxi for the past few years. That being said, I was VERY excited to stop by the SLC Cotopaxi store while in Utah this Spring. When I walked in, all three workers were texting on their cell phones and could hardly help answer my questions about different packs. I was not asking many questions, but felt I was annoying (?) to the associates. I ended up not making a purchase and my husband was especially irked for me, as he knew how excited I was to stop by. Two stars because I still love the company and products, but get yourself some more customer-friendly associates.

I am giving two stars for customer service. On Saturday I bought a jacket on sale, and when I came home I noticed it had a huge ugly patch on the left front pocket about 1 inch. I bought it at a large sample sale, where none of the other products I bought were defective. The item was not marked as specifically defective, and it should have either been marked or placed downstairs on sale, instead of in the sample sale. When I came to return it today, the sales girl was incredibly snooty and rude about it. Just from this experience I will not be shopping here again. If a new company wants to start up they should either refund, exchange defective items (or at least LABEL its defective) and then not be a brat about it at checkout. There is nothing I hate more than rude customer service. #gonordstrom

Their return page does not recognize me as a buyer and THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! The people In their retail store, right down stairs from the office, tell me that they are indeed up there...ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

I ordered two Del Dia- Im Feeling Lucky Daypacks (which I love how fun and random the colors are), and the day after I ordered my bags they had a promo that if you spent over $75 you would get a free Del Dia Dopp kit. So i emailed the company and asked them if they would honor that and give me the free bag and they didnt even hesitate to say yes! It is so refreshing to see that kind of amazing customer service and kindness!
