While the company as a whole is excellent, each individual department is very helpful and prompt with their responses. Pallet racking projects have a way of making unexpected changes, but Certified was working with us from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend them to every warehouse facility!

Certified does great work and has a huge selection of new and used material handling equipment. Its local, family owned and operated and has been for many years. Curt really is an expert in designing a great warehouse. If you need a few pallet rack beams or a whole warehouse design Certified handling will take care of you!

I called in to ask about pallet racking for my new warehouse. A lady answered the phone. She seemed to insist on playing games with my questions. At first I thought she was being sarcastic, but it went on for the whole conversation. I would ask different questions about how the standard systems work for pallet racking with connections, beam strength, etc..., and it seemed like she was on a mission to be vague in her answers. I really felt like I was annoying her and was wasting her time. So I thought, maybe this isnt her forte. I politely asked if there was a sales rep I could talk to. She responded, nobody is here. I said, well, could I call them on a cell? No, we dont give those out... what am I not answering to your questions? I said, I feel like my questions are silly to you by the way youre answering them. She laughed in an insulting manner and said, Well, how about you try rephrasing the question cause Im not sure how Im being unclear At this point, I was speechless. It caught me off guard how she would be so insulting to a customer trying to spend thousands of dollars. I asked if anybody else was there, she said no. I said, theres no owner? manager? She said no. I then asked for her name. She said she doesnt feel comfortable giving that out since Im asking such odd, personal questions. I just wanted to get information on pallet racking, and it felt like swimming up a waterfall. I dont know who gave her the phone. I ended up calling other suppliers that answered my questions like Id expect. To top it off, I asked her to give my number to the sales rep. Never received a call after a week now. Congrats for giving me a reason to go somewhere else. I had a recording on my dash cam, but it got written over before I remembered to download it.

Doesn’t pay their bills for services they received, then expects you to be able to provide another service (without being paid for the first) within less than 36 hours.Not related to whatever it is that they do, but definitely a bad experience dealing with Rick Huber.
