Karyn took really great care of my son going above and beyond my expectations. She took the time to get to know him and me which helped us understand my son’s condition. We mistakenly came to our appointment 3 hours early, but they saw us anyway. The wait time is minimal and both Karyn and Faye work really great together. I highly recommend Mountain West Hearing Center!!!

From the first, I was impressed with Karen, y audiologist. Everybody in the practice is friendly and professional, however Karen leads the others. She is detail oriented, and works hard to help new hearing aid users to master the devices.

I was sent to this place of business from the V.A. Wow what an experience, both ladies were very friendly and super professional. They went above and beyond customer service. I was out of town and they shipped my hearing aids and supplies to me so that I would not have to travel back to Salt lake for them. I would recommend this business over and over.

I found this company to be well above average, in fact Superior in terms of customer care and professionalism! What really stood out to me was the fact that they stay current and up to date with the latest technology.They consistently have various manufacturer representatives meeting with them so they are always up with the latest changes and technologies. I trust them implesintly with my hearing needs.Do not settle for hearing aids ADVERTISED on TV. As I see it the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten! !!! Although I have to travel a distance to meet with them it is well worth the ride.Give them a try as I can assure you a first rate experience.

West Hearing Center are the most ethical & responsible with whom Ive had the pleasure of meeting & working.They took care of my aging hearing aids & listened to my description of the issues I had with them & cured them at no cost to me.
