Wurth Louis is mostly great but when theyre not, its terrible! The crew in store is great but the customer service line is very hit (Tim was awesome!) or miss. My complaint is with Ali. I called for tip out trays, got a complete dismissal (I have no idea what youre referring to) then complete attitude (we have a lot of product that I guess Ill just have to search through) even though I specified 11, either white or almond then got put on perma-hold without warning, never came back on and disconnected after 15 minutes. In the mean time, while on hold, called Tim, said I needed 11 tip out trays, asked if I wanted white or almond and placed the order in under 2 minutes. Thanks Tim, youre awesome, Ali needs to get a new job; literally everyone else Ive dealt with has been super helpful (even referring me to other people if they couldnt help or didnt understand what I needed) either on-site or by phone. I was ready to ask for a supervisor when Ali came back on but she hung up on me without ever saying another word.

Terrible staff and costumer service, the cashier be throwing my supplies as if it was cheap... Not recommend. The other location have a better staff and they are way more helpful than here!

So I had went into the store trying to purchase Adhesive sandpaper. They were running low so I grabbed what I could at the store and placed an order for the rest. The gentleman behind the counter assured me I was buying the right product. When I arrived at home and went to use the product It was the wrong sandpaper. I called to verify they weren’t shipping the wrong sandpaper and they were. So I called to correct the problem and got nothing but attitude made it out like it was my mistake not theirs. Hung up on me had to call back to make sure I was being billed the correct amount and they were shipping it to the right address. Again got nothing but attitude. They are quick to cop an attitude with you when you call them out for their mistakes and lack of communication between one another. So I suggest double and triple checking to make sure these people do their job correctly. You can probably count on being hung up on. Won’t ever use them again

Seems like a nice place, recommended by the people I bought replacement kitchen drawers for. Seems like its mainly for people in the trade, but they do sell to us people without an account (obviously higher priced than for contractors, but still seemed pretty reasonable). I bought one of their less expensive glides, pro 100 not soft close - seems to be holding up well a year later. Went back to order some more today, theyre on backorder for that particular product - not sure how often that is a problem. But not a big deal since Im still waiting for my kitchen drawers to be made! They obviously had a more expensive branded equivalent product on hand, but I think Ill wait.

Great store to purchase commercial cabinet fixtures which I have done so several times over the counter. Unfortunately this last visit I purchased a standard 8 U shaped closet rod which I discovered I would not need.They would not let me return it Or even exchange it for something I could use of a similar value!! SINCE I DID NOT HAVE A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and Consumer unfriendly business attitude.

Didnt have what we wanted in stock and didnt have prices available. Shouldnt have to wait couple days just for the prices. Other than that they were friendly

Very helpful and friendly staff at this location. If you need something they dont have in stock here, its würth waiting a day or two to have it sent over, instead of going out to their West Jordan warehouse.
