I just got my trusses and had them installed. I am so impressed! They showed up on time, and exactly as ordered. They left long tails so that we could make some decisions on site. Dennis came out twice to make sure everything was right. Krista made payment easy, she replied fast to any email I sent. Great experience.

There was no good space to leave the trusses, but somehow Ben moved some lumber, created a slice of width, moved pvc pipe & metal conduit & created length, & with great finesse backed up, carefully slide trusses off the end, used a pipe for leverage that moved the load over, carefully drove forward & voila, gently down they came. Masterfully done‼️

Came home to the trusses delivered right on the driveway blocking in my car in the garage and the forklift we had rented trapped on the other cement pad, [which we cant move to be able to use to move any lumber now] with plenty of park strip and street room for them to drop.... when we called to ask them to come back and move them [5 different times] the manager and other employee spoken to, told us just hook them to a truck and drag them, our drivers just use their best judgement on where to put them, and theres nothing we can do we are paying $280/day to rent this forklift that we can now not return due to the truss delivery ..... we will never be using them when building again... took 1 phone call to ask, where we wanted the trusses placed, instead they block in my car and force us to pay way more then we wanted to for a rental.

I would give zero stars if I could. By far the worst trusses in Utah. There are no identification tags, their hip sets are a complete joke and never line up. Random layout changes without demensions on the truss layout map. You would be better off stick framing the roof than getting trusses from this place. Total waste of time and money. If you need cheap go to readymade youll be better off.
