Ive been coming in to this store for years. Most of the guys working at the counter ( mainly the bald guy) have been nothing but rude. They only want to give you the best service if youre a big company with lots of employees. For some reason, the number of employees you have means more to them than the amount of tools and accessories you buy... Im 100% buying my hilti pins and guns on eBay from now on. Ive given them too many chances.

One of the representatives was really cool and respectful the other guy with the ball head (wont say the name) Kept interrupting and was very ignorant, Even after I had explained we had a lease program through them to cover the piece of equipment he insisted on charging our company somthing that was clearly Covered by the lease program weve had with them for years. I would recommend only working with Matt! Great guy and does anything he can to help and set the situation right.
