Tom the owner of Dog Face is absolutely awesome. One of my wifes bucket list items was to operate an excavator. I reached to Tom to simply ask if he knew of any companies that would do this as an activity that could be purchased.Tom asked a few questions & then said he /his company would be delighted to help fulfill my wifes bucket list item for her birthday. Tom told me to simply bring her over on her birthday and hed take care of things.We showed up at the appointed date / time and Tom had completely gone above and beyond. He had setup a table with a birthday cake he purchased, some small gifts etc. & had an excavator there where she could learn how to operate it and spend some time digging!After spending some time on the excavator, she also was able to operate a massive compactor. We purchased a Used Kobelco Excavator $65,000 purchase & was told it was ready to run, everything worked ect. Machine have not been recently serviced like we were told, blew a radiator hose the first 10 minutes as it had been rubbing against the fan pulley & six months later we have still not been able to use this Machine or get service out here to fix the Constantly heating problem the machine is unusable. Buyer beware!!!
