Employees invade personal space to clean even when told its fine. They do not listen.

If you have to go to a Walmart, this is the one to go to. Well stocked, quick checkout, mostly clean, customers not too terrible (IYKYK)Note: I only shop her in late evening hours, so your mileage may vary. But I drive pass a different Walmart to go to this one.

Like any walmart in the state of Utah, rarely more then 3 registers open. It was a little bit more clean then other locations. Not very crowded or busy in the mornings. Well stocked shelves.

Clean organized store. Didn’t interact with staff other than the greeters as we left. They were nice. Other than that can’t speak to how the staff are. I didn’t find exactly what I wanted but found an alternative that works. I didn’t have a bad experience at all. I will be back.

I like this location better than the Hope Ave location. Cleaner, workers are nicer, dont have to deal with the panhandling folks. Only issue is the self checkout has issues accepting cash. My grandson tried numerous times to pay. The worker ended up having to take him to a different register in order for him to pay for his items.

Great service from staff members although cashing a check might take some time, usually times Ive been for that have had only one employee to assist dozen of customers.

Clean well organized not a very impressive toy area tho. I was able to find the game my son wanted so all in all im happy.

This place was sooo clean and well stocked I thought I was in a museum! didnt even want to touch anything much less put things out of place. Five stars FOR SURE!

I went to Walmart to pick up a feminine product for my daughter. They didnt have the specific product, although they carried the brand. Seems like inventory is spotty for a lot of stores these days. I purchased a different size than our first choice

It was a walmart. It was clean and good. Im from Las Vegas and liked the motion sensor lights. However when I ask a employee where the alcohol was they told me they didnt sell it saying I would have to go to a liquor store which wasnt true.

This store isnt the best among Walmart stores around salt lake city area, but its location is great (hope the construction around it ends soon, also I hope they reopen the upper parking lot.

This is one of the cleanest Walmart that I have found in Utah. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Clean place in/out and very nice staff too. Has a wide range of products.Truckers cant park overnight though and idling is not allowed.

ConsAs far as WalMarts go, this one is the worst.No deli. No bakery. Fruit is never fresh.If you need help with something, you can expect that the employees will be openly annoyed and finish chatting about bitcoin with each other before coming to your aide.I called in to see how much propane costs here once. The guy said they had an exchange program, and when I asked him to find out how much it costs he decided it was better to just hang up.It basically just feels like your day gets worse when you go there...Pro:There is a nice lady who greets you at the front of the store. Ive been there a lot, and she seems to remember my name. Shes always very kind.Summary:Go to the Maceys down the street.Its much cleaner. The food is fresh.And in general, it seems like the employees there dont live in some kind of hellscape.

They dont have any parking that has shade. And there was one employee that was down right rude. It was super hot that day I was in my vehicle with my children, my husband and my dogs. My dogs were super hot and I asked an employee that was in the pick up area if I could pull into a pick up stall so I could get shade for my family. And he straight up was rude and mean and said NO ITS FOR PICK UP ONLY YOU WILL NEED TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PARK.

My wifes car window was broken into and the thief then used her credit card to try and purchase merchandise at Parleys Way Walmart. The thief through her purse in the garbage can and Good Samaritan called us to retrieve. I called the store manager to see if the Good Samaritan could leave the stolen purse at the customer service. I was told no. Horrible customer service Walmart and shame on you.

Great place to shop if you like to get interrogated every time you leave. Tip to management, it is obnoxious after I stand in line and pay for things to again make me stand in a line, assume I stole things, and dig through what are now my belongings. No other store I shop at does this. Maybe rethink the door guards. Totally annoying. Also, maybe post a huge sign saying do not throw away your receipt as you will be searched upon leaving. Putting a trash can at check out seems like a pretty normal place for people to toss receipts. Terrible experience, glad my kids weren’t with me.

Literally the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Service is TERRIBLE. We never got emailed about our pickup time so we went inside to ask an employee (the greeter of all people who you think would be nice) since they had changed their app today and it wasn’t updating on their app. The rudest old lady spoke to us and literally should be out of a job for how rude she spoke. I mean, it’s Walmart but as a human being she had literally the sassiest attitude ever. Hire some cute grandma to replace that crotchety one and maybe you’ll have some happy customers.

Printing photo insta print. 0.29$ for insta print but I was mistaken by thinking it would be fast rather then wait an hour. IT WAS NOT. I still had to wait an hour for 200 photos. I asked if it could be changed to 0.06$ For each photo since I still had to wait over an hour but was denied they need to make a note somewhere at the photo Kiosk that it will take about 20-30sec for each photo(4x6) to print. STUPIDUpdate: waited 1hour and 40min for photos and ended up leaving. At the end of printing my last photos the machine failed and wasn’t printing no more. Told the employee just to keep my photos I’m no longer waiting. I was not rude to the employee because it was not his fault, just could’ve been a little more helpful. Walmart customer support wasn’t no help either.

Great variety of food and sporting goods. Made our fishing trip easier. Location was perfect! On your way out of town for those last minute items.

Picked up a few quick items. LED outdoor lights a couple of dollars cheaper than the home repair store.

Hard to find things at times. Employees not available or not able to help locate items. Not too bad though.

This is the only Walmart to shop. Its actually clean and well stocked.

Got lunch from the hot case and went to look at the sporting goods. This particular Walmart has very little sporting goods. Not a lot of parking at this Walmart.

Great selection of just about anything you could need

The employees here always seem inconvenienced when I ask them any question. I asked an employee where water toys are at and he looked very confused and said uhhh, probably in the toys section, I think. I also asked another employee about a baby item and if it was in stock, since it wasnt on the shelf. This employee looked upset that I took her away from her conversation with another employee and said, I guess if it isnt on the shelf, then we must not have it. Then she turned and kept talking to her friend. I guess the employees are as quality as the items you can buy here.

One on level, its, well, a Walmart. You know what to expect (including long lines and not enough cashiers) so you compare it to other Walmarts. Its head and shoulders above the one on 9th East, much cleaner, feels safer, better parking and more. I find this store to be well-organized, making it easy to find what you want. The sales people are generally pleasant when you can find one (common to all their stores). Being clean and well-lit makes it a positive atmosphere and I usually enjoy shopping there.

I sat in the parking lot in a hot car waiting for my wife to come out. It was so hot and took so long that I almost passed out from heat stroke. She said that there was only one cashier. She said they had to cash out at self serve registers but she hasnt been trained to do that and still needed a employee to cash her out at that register. It took even longer wait time than if she had waited in the long line.

Walmart has become less welcoming, their shelves are not well stocked and the quality of their cheap Chinese imports continues to decline. It is also very obvious that they are not interested in hiring, training and paying top-notch employees. The difference between Customer Service at Target and Smiths on the one hand and Walmart on the other is very noticeable.

Great store. The disabled carts standing bye with out of service signs posted. I cant walk. Both legacy are gone. I made it. Your maintenance people need some education.

I live a few blocks away from this Walmart. One time, my wife said that she wanted to walk up to Walmart instead of go to the gym, and I was like “huh?” and she was like yeah because it’s an uphill walk from our place to “the wal” as we call it. And so it goes.This Walmart is just about what you would expect from a Walmart. It is not very clean, and it does not make you feel very special, but as walmarts go, it is perfect. It is open 24 hours!!! Which is nice. One time I was building an IKEA dresser well into the night, and my screw driver was having trouble (I was trying to put a screw in the bottom dresser drawer, but in the very back of the bottom of the drawer, and there is not a lot of space to move around there, and the screwdriver I was using is one I got as part of a junior toolbox kit, and the kit has a red plastic cover in the shape of a car, but the screwdriver, although it is metal, is not very strong, and the end of the screwdriver started to get worn off as I kept trying to get this screw to go farther in, so bottom line, I needed a new screwdriver, and it was 2am. The only place I could think that would have a screwdriver for me at this time of night was the wal) so I drove there (like 2min drive), bought it, went home, and finished the dresser. It turned out that the screw never went in properly, so you have to push the drawer slightly to the left when you close it, otherwise, it doesn’t close all the way.Although I don’t enjoy shopping at Walmart (“the wal”), it does have its place in society, and I encourage you to consider going there if there is nowhere else open, like at 2am.

Regardless of the stigma, I think there getting better, at least here anyway

Last month I had a delivery that was 2 hours late. They said they would send me a nice gift card to make up for the inconvenience and I have yet to receive anything from them. Last week I was given rotten apples (someone had to hand pick them and CHOSE nasty ones.) Then yesterday in my delivery I received yogurts that were all busted open with soggy packaging and as I was looking through them I noticed the expiration date...which was over 2 weeks ago. I also received rotten pears and a carton of eggs that was missing an egg. I’ve been trying to call them but of course, no one answers. They claim to be super busy but this is the least busy Walmart I’ve ever been to, they are usually super slow. Overall super disappointed in the products and the lack of customer service. I will not be returning to this Walmart or probably any other Walmart. Low quality products and service, no thanks.

CLEAN & plenty of employees on the floor to help me out with finding what I need (which is a BIG deal ! ).I was pleasantly surprised to see a much better selection of clothing! And the best for last,a difference in prices. For the better !If you are going to shop at Walmart. I definitely suggest you do it at the Parleys Way Walmart...

The store is pretty nice, the customers come in all different types of personalities and attitudes. Occasionally you might see a customer causing a scene. I can usually find what I need here at an affordable price. I usually prefer to come at less busy times.

Very cute workers especially the young handsome Latino with glasses. I think he said his name was Bryant or Bryan but he was adorable. Please give him a raise, he is the face of the store! Would highly recommend this Walmart just for this single worker. If you see him ask him about his day and hand him a candy bar

The two stars off is for the really bad parking lot design. The entry to the store lines up with a one way parking lot street that people always go the wrong way in! I was almost hit twice today because they dont read signs. Please pay attention to what you are doing and drive in the directions of the arrows and read the signs that say do not enter. Ive only lived here a short time and Ive figured it out. *facepalms*

This is one of my favorite locations. Everyone I asked all helped me find what I was looking for quick, and the stores set up was so nice and organized!

The prices are good the service could be better but its always so busy and crowded so if you dont mind that its great

Walmart is Walmart

I’ve been to this Walmart several times in the last two years because it is the closest to me. Almost all employees struggle doing any WIC transaction. If you need to do WIC, do NOT come here. Grocery pick up is hit and miss too. I’ve been in line for grocery pick up for up to an hour a few different times, so don’t do grocery pick up here either. Store is clean though and had good self check out services.

This location has partially stoppedsubstituting grocery items for pickup. They did not substitute. ANYTHING for sweet potatoes or collard greens though there were 5 acceptable alternatives for each. This is now coming at this location. From now on I will refuse to pickup any orders where they dont even try. Dont worry, you arent charged of you dont pick it up. Go into the order and hit the All all to cart and pick a different location. Ridiculous.

Always a.life saver store... saves me every time

Came by a week ago. they were fully stocked of TVs and other products. came back tonight and they were cleaned out. asked an associate for help and they try saying they been out of TVs for months when called them out they changed the story to Stimulus. yeah full of liars.

None of this content covers the in-store shopping experience at this Formerly Kmart Wal.they have the stalls for the pick up in front of the store but they are in a line that goes from the front of the parking lot to the very back so you could be parked 300feet from where they even come out of the building. When I got there all the parking stalls were filled most of them with cars without drivers in them. YOU MUST BE IN AN DESIGNATED STALL BEFORE YOU CALL TO REPORT ARRIVAL. There was about a 10 minute wait for that and then I waited another 20 minutes for the groceries to come out. An associate came out with a lot of groceries to a car that did not have a driver in it and when he called the contact number for the driver she said she was in the store and wouldn’t be out for another hour so we had to haul the groceries back in. this is not the way I’ve seen at work at other Walmarts so I am hoping they will effort a change in their methods because this one is not great in fact it’s THE WORST for both customers and associates.

Seems Walmart is starting to not care anymore. Usually out of stock and if you look for assistance you wont find any associates anymore and the ones you find are only concerned about stocking. Produce quality is bad. Almost always find moldy food or expired products on the floor.

Favorite Walmart in Salt Lake & Davis Counties. Always clean and well stocked.

The only drawback is that it is not that accesible with public transport.

Just ok thats about all I can say about this establishment and there pharmacy talk about incompetent bunch their if you can go anywhere else go there run from this store!

Very hit or miss with employees but their generally helpful maybe a little short but not rude. My problem comes with the employees I have seen multiple times pulling their masks up and down to talk or not wearing one at all. I have witnessed this multiple times and usually just steer clear but it is uncomfortable considering you will get accosted by an employee for not having one on then their coworkers don’t even bother wearing them.

It is mid January and freezing outside. Oh WAIT! Im NOT outside; Im inside a Walmart. Every single person in the store, employees & customers alike, completely bundled up trying to stay warm!

Extremely slow and unresponsive in their curbside pickup. We were waiting for over an hour after checking in on the app and nobody picked up the phone after multiple calls.

The docks are a b@#*! to get into. Cars come from all 3 directions and its always a blindside back for me. Also, I enter & exit from Maywood Drive. The crew inside is awesome tho! Kelsier has hustle and great music to listen to while he unloaded my trailer.

This Wal-Mart is an absolute joke. I was in there about 15 minutes ago. The associates and management had absolutely disgusting attitude towards me. Not a single one would help me. My son and I both needed a specific type of glucose tablets and no one would help us. I have now had to take my son over to the ER because of this. I have sent in an application to this store but I will be pulling it tonight. If this is the way Wal-Mart runs this store it will not be around for very long. They will forever lose my business and the business of my family who make up a good amout of their sales. I will be contacting Corporate about this.
