Stopped by this morning to get my bike looked at and to get some ski boots. The entire staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I found the boots I needed (plus more winter gear) and walked out with my biked fixed. I will definitely recommend it and will stop by next summer when I come back to UT!

Wish this was local to me, but Ill have to settle for a great online experience. Good response time on questions, and great prices on used gear. Used MTB shoes were lightly worn as described but a great deal, and glad to keep them out of the landfill.Appreciate what you are doing to facilitate reuse of some great outdoor equipment.

We came to Lone Pine to get some skis after having a lackluster customer service experience down the road at Level Nine. Zach crushed the customer service - he was super knowledgeable, super friendly, and we walked out with two pairs of skis at a great price. We’ll definitely be back.

As the family was loading up this morning, I noticed that my skis were gone - stolen our of our garage at some point. Everyone else headed up to the resort and I (after a bit of pouting) went to Lone Pine. It was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Zach was so helpful and got me outfitted and in my car in less than 30 minutes for several hundred less than I anticipated paying. I will never shop for gear anywhere else. They made my day!

Lone Pine has the can-do attitude every time I come in. Consignment is efficient, but be mindful of the resale percentages. Shop in-store and they add 10% to your consignment total. Another cool thing to note is the sportswear/outdoor clothing repair shop. They’ll repair most outdoor clothing that most tailors won’t touch. Reasonable prices.

Lone Pine Gear Exchange has a great selection of new and used outdoor equipment/clothing, especially ski gear. I was able to buy a pair of sandles and gortex hiking boots in great condition for under $100 total. Staff were delightfully welcoming and helpful, answering all my questions on clothing repair. Ill certainly be back, and will have to try out the coffee shop and bulk cleaning products!

Ben (I think he’s the owner) was absolutely amazing!! My husband passed away in August and we had planned on skiing. I was so overwhelmed thinking I had do put all the kids ski stuff together all by myself. I brought all my ski equipment to him .. boots and skis and we sorted through everything and got all my kids set up with proper equipment for the ski season. I needed to trust someone with all my ski needs and they exceeded expectations!!

Will check here FIRST every time! I am a true believer in lightly used/second hand gear as the best bang for your buck you can possibly get, and Lone Pine Gear Exchanges online store is my new favorite place to shop for that. I am located on the east coast so unfortunately cannot go to the store in person, but came across them after seeing some of their stuff that was listed on Geartrade. Ive gotten truly astonishing deals on NWT to well-loved ski/hiking apparel from top brands like Mammut/NILS/Armada/etc that I would not be able to afford otherwise. Everything is high quality and as described, and they offer frequent sales that reduce the already very reasonable prices. Highly recommend, and wish I could meet these people in person!

I don’t often leave reviews, but the experience I had here was simply amazing. I came in during their ski and swap sale and I was treated with great customer service and a great selection of ski’s, ski boots and other accessories. The customer service representatives that I worked with made the experience of picking out new ski’s and ski boots a breeze. If you’re reading this review, go here without hesitation.

This shop is the new style of cool for ski shops. Everything you need in one place. Fill up on soaps, grab some coffee, get my skis waxed, and gear repaired...all in one place. This new age ski shop is great. The adoption of reduce, reuse, and recycle is something that turned me on to them. Awesome staff with a plethora of knowledge about gear and a great place to take my gear for consignment. My new regular shop to share powder day stories over a cup of their rad coffee. CHECK THEM OUT!!!

What an awesome shop!! They have the best prices on top notch gear, and a great atmosphere. I was so excited to stumble upon Lone Pine after visiting 6 others shops in the area. It’s just a calmer atmosphere with lots of choices. The owner helped me find a pair of ski boots and was very friendly, helpful and relaxed. They had a sweet new coffee shop, gear repair, ski shop and refill station for shampoo and such on the lower level. I highly recommend coming here, even if just to check it out!

Really appeciate that and am going to make this my go-to for used gear and tune ups

I really liked this place for getting affordable gear. I was turned off when I took my skis in one day to have my bindings adjusted to my new boots. My skis are hand me down from my aunt so they are skinnier than what is in style or preferred right now. The guys took one look at my skis and told me they couldn’t help me and that I would have to adjust the bindings on my own bc they were outside of manufacturers warranty. Confused bc my skis aren’t that old, I left. I took my skis to REI and told them what happened. REI took the time to look up my skis- turns out I have a few years left on the warranty and it was no problem for them to work on the bindings. After thinking about the situation, it seems that my skis were assumed to be old from the get go because of the style and thus I was denied the service I requested which left me embarrassed. If the Lone Pine guys had taken the time to look up my skis, they would’ve found them to be no problem to work on.Having said all this, I will give them another shot because the guy who helped me find my ski boots took a lot of time with me, and I’m loving my boots. The pair of gloves I purchased from them are super warm and have held up nicely. I just probably won’t get my skis serviced with them.
