Not sure why this store has anything less than 5 star reviews. Ive been to this store a 1/2 a dozen times and they have helped me with finding the things I need everytime! Whether its a Rudy Gobert Jersey or a great pair of tickets the staff here have exceeded my expectations nearly everytime. Every person Ive dealt with along the way has been an absolute joy. Its easy to find and parking wasnt an issue. Their selection of hats, jerseys, t shirts, socks and everything in between is huge. I highly recommend visiting this store when you get a chance.

Im a Utah Jazz fan from Mexico and I had a Convention in Salt Palace, I was very excited to go to the store and checked out at Google maps if it was open, it said it was, but when I arrived it was closed 😣

Great quality. Id say shipping/processing is lacking though.. received my order after a 2 ish week delay in shipping (which, whatever) but only to find 1/2 of my items where there.. went online to chat with customer support. They say theyll ship a new one 🤞🏻 so well see

Received my custom jersey and they spelt my name wrong. Sent it back, they re-sent out a new one and forgot the add on patch. Paid extra for shipping thru the whole ordeal.

Ordered a jersey weeks ago. Clicked the link and it still hasnt even been fulfilled AKA packaged to be shipped... tried to call and guess what? The phone number is disconnected. Tried to call the Smiths store and surprise surprise... I was told by the Smiths rep that they purposely disconnected their phone at that location. These people are happy to take your money and never deliver. I cannot get anyone to respond. Avoid at all costs.

Had problems with an online order, so we went to directly to the Jazz Store on a week day afternoon to make a return and buy more gear.Upon entry to the area, I was required to leave my small purse sitting out on a table at the entrance, reassured that the employee would watch it.While we have had good experiences here on game nights, this management honestly has no idea how run a retail store, respect customers, process returns, manage online purchasing, or even communicate hours of operation and answer the phone.We wont be back.

Visited the Arena Team Shop while visiting Salt Lake City, The Shop had a large selection of Utah Jazz items from jerseys to hats to basketballs. I couldnt find the size jersey I wanted but the sale assistant, maybe Tommy, walked to the other shop on the other side of the arena to find one. Total committment to customer service. Very polite staff and organized store.

Bought a t-shirt for a great cause. It showed up exactly as advertised & went to a great charity. We are all in this together...like the shirt says.

This will be the last time I ever purchase something from the Utah Jazz Team Store. I ordered my Gobert Dark Mode jersey on March 4. Advertisements to pre-order the jerseys inundated the television broadcasts during each Jazz game from the beginning of the year through the end of March stating that orders would be shipping in April. I have messaged the team store asking when I would get the jersey that I ordered. I asked on April 13 about when the order would ship-We are expecting to get all of the Gobert Dark Mode jerseys shipped out by the end of next week. Please let me know if you have any questions!. Then, on April 22 the response to my query was We apologize for the delay. The Gobert jerseys should be shipped out in the next day or so. Please let us know if you have any questions! The status of my order hasnt changed since the day I ordered it. Why, if you knew how many jerseys to make due to pre-orders, are you finding it impossible to meet the demand and the promise made? Will we get to wear these jerseys as we cheer on our team only if they make it to the Finals or do we have to wait until next year? When are we getting our jerseys??

Why does your store not have a phone number???? Why is there no way to get ahold of your store. I have a purchase that was mailed to me and there’s no way to even get ahold of the store. This is ridiculous!

The store hours they list online aren’t accurate. When they close early for “watch parties” they don’t post it anywhere or adjust the online hours. We drove up from Springville only to find out they closed at 5pm. We wouldn’t have made the trip if they’d answered any of our 7 calls.

Pre-ordered 3 Jazz jerseys at Christmas time. Suppose to have received them by now. They won’t reply to my emails and their phone number has been disconnected. I’m beyond angry at this point.

Not sure why I am not able to speak with someone at the store during business hours. I call the phone number provided and it just tells me to fill out the form online, so I did and I am going on week number three of no response. In all reality, probably would have been a 30 second phone call. This place has great merchandise, but I dont know what is going on with this situation

I have ordered the same hoodie twice and gotten 2 different zip up jackets both times. I have written the store a message both times and have gotten no response. The SKU numbers and prices are totally different, not sure how they keep screwing this up. :(

You better be sure you like the item you order because returning anything is a huge issue, no one to call, etc. We returned a jacket in person and even they couldnt give us a refund, they said they had to send in a refund request to some person somewhere. Its been a week and still no refund has been issued and there isnt anyone to talk to about it.

The Utah Jazz Team store keeps emailing me to write a review. I have been notified 3 times. I have yet to receive the item. I wouldnt say anything negative, but they keep asking for a review. It has been a week, I have not received Jersey. Thanks.

Horrible customer service options for online ordering. Merchandise order is acknowledged and credit card charged, but its a black hole afterward. I was asked a week after the order was made to review the merchandise; however, the item was never delivered. Only contact options are via the website and Facebook Messenger. Not even a customer service email. If you like hanging in limbo, then go ahead and order online but dont expect the websites promise to please allow our staff a couple of days to process, pick, and package your order nor the websites contact form that says give them some time to respond.

Dont buy gift cards from the team store, they can only be used in store and they only have a store in the arena or one east of Salt Lake if that is even still open. You cannot use the gift cards online, even during a pandemic.

My experience was awful, came all the way out here from Denver wanted to get a Mitchell jersey every jersey in the stores men’s small total waste of time I have nothing that will fit a normal person.

You guys need to respond to the form submissions and/or get a working phone number. This is not the way to run an online business.

I came from Memphis to visit here and y’all did NOT disappoint. Plethora of merch to choose. Got my son a 45 ball and got myself a throwback hat to match my shirt.

This is the number one please, in all of Utah to get the best and the most exclusive Utah Jazz Gear! They have everything that you won’t find online or anywhere else. It’s a great place to visit if you’re a tourist and new to Utah. You can get all sorts of souvenirs and the store is not like your average mall store. The staff is friendly and it’s such a cool atmosphere. They even have their own exclusive Nike store located inside the arena. Don’t go anywhere else!!!!

The store has so much to choose from. Everytime I walk in the store they have new product that I want!! Go Jazz

They have a very wide selection of jazz clothes. Some of the stuff can be expensive but that’s just what fan stuff costs. I always love stopping by to browse and see what they have new.

We took an Uber from Park City to this shop to purchase gear. The website said open and closes at 6. We arrived at the store at 4pm and the guards informed us the store closed at 3 today.That would have been great to know BEFORE we drove 28 min one way to purchase something in store.Booooooooo Jazz!!!!!!!Not a fan.

I wasnt allowed into the store because I had a normal size purse. They said I could leave it in the car! Ill never leave my purse in car. Too bad for them because I wanted to buy a ton of merchandise for my kids, while we were here from out of town.

I ordered online and got a receipt and everything. Three days later I get another email saying I did not complete my purchase. I called the bank and they had charged me for my purchase. Smh

Don’t order from their online store, they don’t offer free shipping, so I paid $9 to get my package close to me and I had to pick it at a FedEx store after finally locating the package 2 weeks later. Never again.

I’ve tried to visit this store multiple times and they have never been open. They close for odd hours on game days and we’re closed for all star break, save yourself the trouble and order online.
