Emerson the female that helped me is super chill and had plenty of patience with me while picking out a gift. As a matter of fact, I came in the morning when she was their and bomb barded her with a million questions and left without buying anything (I’m a very indecisive person), and came back to buy their because I appreciated her customer service and advice. The Lil 16 year old stud in their is a cool kid too I appreciate his hard work and the way he holds himself. Thank you for your your great customer service!!!

Shopping can be an anxious time for many people, myself included. But the employees at this establishment gave me such an easy-going and anxiety-free shopping experience! Christian saw what I was looking for and offered some help without being too overbearing. He was an exemplary employee and very helpful in getting me just what I needed, as well as a young lady with him.I was in and out with a smile on my face, impressed by their customer service. 10/10 would shop again. Great experience!! I see that theres quite a bit of bad reviews regarding customer service, but I personally had a very friendly and positive visit!! The employee helping me was very helpful!! All the employees there seemed to be very positive! The service felt like they wanted to help you a lot, but not in an overbearing way at all! Definitely recommend!!

I wasn’t greeted when entered the store. Wasn’t asked if I need any help. The girl with the green / blue hair seem like she didn’t want anyone in the store... sad to have people like this work in this Industry

Unsatisfying when I came in everything was okay but when I started asking the girl for sizes of shoes I wanted to try she seemed bothered! I ended up buying some boots that were $79.99 and she ended up charging me the double of that ! Plus I never received my receipt through my email when I handed it out to her

I went in simply to buy a certain pair of shoes. Instead I dealt with Nate, an extremely aggressive salesman who is also a manager of the store. He argued with me as an attempt to get me to buy a protective spray for my new shoes. Even after I refused three times, he said, So that means you want your shoes to get dirty, bro? Why do you not want to buy the spray? I refused again for the fourth time and left the store after paying for the shoes. I went back within 20 minutes to return the shoes I had bought, because I refuse to be bullied into buying something I do not want. I strongly recommend that people do not go to Journeys.

Went in tonight and the employees were rude and uninviting. The girl employee with short blonde hair that was wearing a beanie seemed completely unhappy that I went into the store, both employees (her and a guy) looked put out. When I asked if they had a specific shoe that I had been looking for in my size, she very hurriedly responded “we don’t have any sizes except that size.” As she pointed to the one I showed her on display. And though it isn’t impossible that there weren’t other sizes, I just wonder if she was too lazy to go to the back to check because she didn’t feel like “dealing” with another customer. The store was completely empty and I was the only person there with them so I don’t know why they couldn’t have been a little bit friendlier. At other Journey’s locations, when I couldn’t find a shoe in my size they always offered to order it online for me and a handful of options but the only thing that she said all night was “we don’t have any other sizes except for that one” and then continued right back to the conversation with her male coworker like I was the one who interrupted her in the first place. I Left the store quickly because I felt very unwelcome and told them both to have a good night and they both looked at me completely ignored me and kept going on with their conversations. Please sit down and talk with the girl who was scheduled on Monday October 28th at 7:30 PM because she needs to learn a little something about customer service, at least smile at customers who walk in! I have always shopped at your store but will not find myself returning, or at least not to the city creek location.
