By far my favorite shop anywhere near downtown. The staff is so down to Earth and friendly, and they remember you when you return.They open incredibly early for a smoke shop which is extremely handy for someone like me who works at night. Great shop!

They are on a 30 Day ban from selling tobacco products. The Utah health department ends this ban on 10/31/21. I have never heard of a smoke shop that cannot sell tobacco products.

These guys seem to have the best overall process in town. Its out of my way to go here but it seems to be worth the 45 minute overall trip because of this.

Its a good place to purchase tobacco AND tobacco products. Their location is great... JUST get off the train AND there it is! The ONLY reason I good it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it doesnt sell any organic tobacco by the oz.

This is a good store. The staff are awesome! Great personalities, friendly, and professional. Store doesnt have loose tobacco you can buy in miscellaneous quantity but they do have a great walk-in beer cooler, and cigar room(?) Thats pretty cool. Store is kept very clean. They have a tobacco company rep come by every couple weeks that you can get coupon for $2/pack of smokes like Newport and Camel.

Really friendly and helpful staff they have a bit of everything and the prices are good. The one knock on them is they dont have much when it comes to vaping supplies so if thats what you want you should probably go to a different store.

They have some of the best prices on cigarettes and other items like pipe tobacco, candy, soda/drinks, beer, etc. I have been going here to Smoker Friendly for over a year and a half and I enjoy having this smoke shop/convenience store nearby where I live.

I would give them 5 stars if they continued to carry American Spirit loose tobacco. They did carry it at one point and the new manger stopped ordering it. Unfortunate for them as they have lost my business and referrals. Great staff, poor management.

Staff knows nothing about mods or compatibility on coils. No returns even with receipt. As soon as the employee told me no refunds. I asked for a refund without even leaving the counter and the employee refused. Terrible customer treatment the guy working couldn’t care less.

When I visited this place they where the only smoke shop that I could find available on the 4th of July. When I visited this establishment I didnt expect them to have a very big selection of pipe tabacoo as most smoke shops in Utah do not cater to pipes and youd usually have to go to a cigar shop to get any. They offered a bigger selection of name brand pipe tabacoo than Id seen in other smoke shops. Staff was very friendly, quick, and professional.
