Coming back here to write a review almost three years later because one of my buddies asked where I bought my car from and I was googling to find their info. Literally have not had a single issue with 2013 Kia Soul I bought from Ali and Hussein. All the other reviews about no pressure is spot on; we walked in and instead of feeling sold to, we walked in and it was like talking to some friends about cars they had been working on. They flipped open their files with before and after pics, receipts, logs of their work (without even us having to ask), and when the AC went out a few months later, we took it back to them to have them see what happened, and they recharged it for us for free. No pressure buying experience = 11/10. Transparency about rebuild repairs = 11/10. Long term satisfaction with vehicle = 20/10. Cant say enough good things and cant wait to take my business back here when we need our next car.

I bought a 2013 rebuilt Hyundai Sonata for my son from here almost 3 years ago with the hope it would get him through college. 3 years out and 1 year of college left and not one issue. I am so happy with this place i am seeking them out and will drive half way across the country (we moved) to buy from here again.

We bought a car from H&A auto about a month ago. Ali (the owner I think) was absolutely great. No pressure whatsoever. We drove the car and he just asked if we liked it. He knows his cars well. The price was incredibly fair. We had a couple of minor issues that he got fixed immediately. I strongly recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again.

Great buying experience. Super kind with no pressure!! They hooked me up with a sweet deal, that had low miles. He was honest and willing to answer questions. He backs up his work and gives you his personal cell number just in case the car has problems so he can make things right. Highly recommend!!👍

I’m usually not a fan of dealerships only because most the time you don’t feel much honesty and a lot of pressure and slick talk but this dealership was definitely different then most I have been to. He took his time with me answering any questions I had and went out of his was to correct small things I found on the vehicle. I left very happy and satisfied with the service I had received and felt he was being honest and true to me the whole time. Would highly recommend anyone to do business here!

I bought a car from them almost two years ago. We are still very pleased with the car. Hussein and Ali were easily the nicest and least pushy people to work with. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Hussain went as far as hand delivering me my plates when there was a problem with the mail. Thank you! 5 stars all around.

I cant say enough about how much I love this dealership! Ive bought two cars from them so far, and both times, theyve told me to let them know if I run into any issues, and to bring it back in if so.I actually stumbled onto this place completely by accident while shopping for a car after totaling my Toyota. Every other place I had gone previously had employees and salesmen who were super pushy, but I felt immediately at ease and not at all pressured here. The guy who runs the place (I believe he used to run it with his son, who is currently in college) is seriously such a genuine, no-pressure, answer-all-your-questions, kind-hearted guy. He even walked us into the garage to show us cars currently being worked on-- where we chose a very nice nearly brand new 2016 Hyundai Accent with super low miles for less than I was finding old, beat up, high-mileage cars for elsewhere. Unfortunately, two weeks later, I was hit by a drunk driver and my car was totaled-- again. Back to H & A I went, where I purchased another Accent, and his son was nice enough to drive clear across the valley in 5 oclock traffic with me to help me drop off my rental car. I went back recently to pick up my plates, and he even took the time out of his day to put them on for me! Seriously. These guys are great. Theyll do right by you.

Both Hussein and Ali are so personable and nice. Never felt pressured! They were willing to work with us to let us take the car to a mechanic after hours, and they were easy to work with. We bought a branded title. Other branded car dealers we shopped out were super vague about what repairs they did, but H&A showed us exactly what was replaced. I love the fact that they give a 3-month warranty! This helped us trust them because we’ve had used cars totally bust on us very soon after driving them off the lot. The car was priced very well, so we didn’t feel like we needed to haggle to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted! Loved our experience here!! Will be reccomending to others!

H&A Auto has some great prices! However the last 2 cars that were posted on KSL that i wanted to look at were sold with in minutes of me getting there. They seem to be very honest and if theres something wrong with a car and they know about it they told me!

We will never buy from anywhere else. We found H&A Auto about a year ago and have since bought 2 more cars from them. Hossain is awesome to work with and will find you what ever car you are looking for.Just bought an X5 BMW a couple weeks ago. Never owned one before and wasnt sure about it at first. Love it!!! Will probably never buy anything else. Such a nice ride.

These guys are super helpful and sell great cars. They answered every question I had and allowed me to take it to a mechanic to get checked out. The owner is super personable.

Called the shop on a bit of a goose chase looking for some info on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra I was looking to buy, the man who said he was the owner of the business that I talked to over the phone gave me a few moments of his time and was very helpful in collaborating the story of the man who was selling the car, and he remembered lots of details that were helpful. I was surprised, especially because I wasnt paying him or anything for the information and he still took the time to help me out, I thought the least I could do was write a good review. If Im ever in Salt Lake and am in need of car service, this is the place I would go!

Best people I buy car from everThey give me 1 year warranty on my car I thought its a random warranty but after 11 months I got scratch on my front bumper And I was looking for some one to fix it for me I want to them just to ask about some body shop they trust and the guy of there he was so nice he remembered me and they take my car fixed it and what I was surprised about they didnt charge me anything ...So I suggest that place hundred percent

Very frustrated. Started with numerous attempts to get parts installed for my daughters car. Was told that I would get a call back and it never happened. Finally got the visor and the safety inspection done only to have to make numerous attempts to get her license plates. After I was told that I would receive a call telling me where her plates are I thought...ok. But yet again I got no phone call and she still has no license plates. I find it frustrating that they were so quick to make that sale but yet so poor in following through with what I was told they were going to so. Living up to the stero typical car salesman.....make a lot of promises but never come through. It’s unfortunate because I was going to use them for my my personal truck purchase and for my younger kids cars. Oh well live and learn.

Good price, good car, honest. Kept his word about the guarantee and fixed an issue we had with the car right away. I will return next time Im in the market for a car.

Most people get scared when reconstructed title gets mentioned about a car, but these guys know how to repair a car and take care of a customer. Ill gladly return to buy from H&A again.

Im not normally one to write reviews but H&A Auto has gone above and beyond with taking care of my car and making sure I am a happy customer. This morning, 11/22/16 at 7:30am. I messaged Housen letting him know I was having an issue with the 2014 Hyundai Sonata I recently purchased. I thought I was going to have to have it towed but instead, Housen brought his mechanic and drove 30 miles to where my car was parked and assured me he would take care of me no matter the problem. Not only did he fix the issue, but then insisted to drive an extra 20 minutes to my house once everything was taken care of.If you need a car, head over to H&A Auto where they will make sure you not only get an amazing deal on a vehicle, but they will make sure you are taken care of.Thank you Housen, Im glad there are people like you who are honest and do their best to please their customers.
