So full disclosure... These cars are a tad out of my price range. And by tad...I mean I could buy 23 of my current car for the same price as one of these.I visited here on a weeknight while my 9-year-old son and I had some time to kill.He is currently in a car kick and we thought this would be fun.I didnt catch the guys name, but the salesman working was super cool. He took his time and answered every one of my sons questions. He took him us the back room to show us the design Center and never seemed bothered that we were there.Well I will never be able to afford one of these, it was nice to be treated as though I could... And it was even nicer to make my sons day and tell him all about these cars.

This Ferrari location is inspiring. Yes the cars are beautiful but for this location its the people that really make it an experience. I visit often to talk with and be inspired by Nico who youll probably have the pleasure of talking with if you ever are fortunate enough to visit. He helps you learn what Ferrari is all about and helps you feel welcome. Ive been visiting long enough I felt like I had to get on here and leave a review. This is a special location and theyve earned my loyalty and support for all my future business.

We love coming here! My young son is obsessed with cars and loves to come here just to look around. Nico has been here every time we’ve come and he is so great with my son and so kind and friendly to us! We always feel welcome and comfortable!

Ok I seriously dont know where to start, first of all I am a 16 year old boy, I go in and the first thing u see is the employees they are all smiling and welcoming you, then they ask you in what way can they help well ofcourse I am a teenager and I cant buy car yet and I told them I was looking at the cars and taking some pictures they were totally fine with me doing that they showed me around and then they said we will just be around take look take your time and let us know if you have any questions. And I just started taking pictures they give me my space and they werent ever worried about me they are seriously the nicest people ever ( at one point I thought I owned that store because of how nice and welcoming they were) and finally after an hour and half when I was leaving the manager came and told me that one I can buy cars like that and he gave me a lesson that basically said study hard and one day you will achieve your dreams as long as you make goals. I appreciate their service they are the best. And that was me not buying a car so if I were to be buying a car I cant imagine how great the service would. And they are really great check them out.

Nico and the team are awesome! Every time I have been there I’ve been treated great. When I can afford a Ferrari, they are the first place I’m going.

Convenient location with easy access, parking is limited but right out front.Inside they have a Classy and elegant showroom floor, filled with a wide variety of high-end luxury cars. A lot of the cars are sold, awaiting pick-up or not for sale.The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly, helpful with just about anything related to ferrari or other cars they sell.

Literally had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Came in to look at the 488 and no one was around to talk to me. Then when salesman shows up he’s on he’s phone and tells me not to touch anything. He super rude I was trying to ask questions about the car and he didn’t really want to answer. He also told me I didn’t listen very well. the worst experience I’ve had an exotic car shopping. They lost my business.

Always a great experience at Ferrari of SLC. Nico, Tim, Sean, and Dan have all been amazing to work with. Every time I go in, Nico comes around the corner of his office to greet me with a smile, with no agenda or pressure, but to just to assist in the buying process. Sure, these guys wanna sell cars, but they also wanna sell cars to people that wanna buy them. If you are looking to purchase a Ferrari, look these guys up, they’ll take good care of you.

Worse customer service ever!!! You will get a better Customer service in a Kia Dealership then this place. Too many issues to mention, Bought a Ferrari here one year ago, still waiting for the floormats, nothing but excuses and I am sorry. You take the car to the service and they will return it to you twice as dirty as you left it!! I have dealt with any Ferrari Dealers nation wide, This place has Zero Customer Service.

What a disappointing experience at Ferrari. Rude and condescending staff that looked like they wanted to lock the doors as we walked up because we had our children with us. Upon arrival, the staff asked our family group to separate due to COVID concerns. We complied with their request however, were told a second time that my wife and I needed to separate further from our children ages 5, 8 and 10. We asked the sales man to clarify what he meant by separating further and if he really intended for us to leave our children next to Ferraris without an adult beside them. He said he was concerned about officials driving by and closing down their business because our family congregated. When we tried to respond, he told us to do whatever I wanted and then turned on a vehicle and revved it up so I could not be heard. This bogus excuse was really meant to get our family out of their high-end dealership and a truly terrible example of customer service. When were ready to buy our fourth vehicle, it wont be here. I would never support this business after our experience today.

We went in with my son who loves super cars and were expecting to be asked to leave since we clearly weren’t in a place to buy a Ferrari. Instead Nico the employee was very friendly and let us look at the cars and answered our questions and treated us as good as his best customer. I will always have a good view on Ferrari as a company for the rest of my life because of the kindness Nico showed us!

Serviced my F430 spider here by appointment. The oil and fluid service was performed no problem.Only concern was while the car was getting serviced I received a phone call recommending a $10000 service in ball joints and control arm. It seemed a little funny where I’ve put less then 400 Miles in 3 years and have never tracked my car that it’s recommended.

Excellent vehicle purchasing experience at Ferrari of Salt Lake. All staff members (especially Tim B.) were very friendly and outgoing and the entire process was streamlined. Looking forward to dealing with them again in the future.

The cars were awesome, and the area where you first walk in let us take as many pictures as we wanted. However, the back section with more cars (Rolls Royce, Porsche, Ford GT, etc.) were not near as friendly. I walked back with a camera, and was immediately stopped by an associate saying we needed to ASK to take pictures of the cars. He said they had sold a few this morning (11/29/19) and were not allowed to take pictures of them due to something about customers not wanting their cars photographed. So explain something to me, I can walk into Makes and Models, Porsche, Specialized, or ANY other car dealership and take as many pictures as I like. But I walk into Ferrari with exotic cars, rarely seen on the streets of Utah, and cant take pictures of them, even though they will be on the road in a few days. What is the difference? This is the 3rd time I have visited a Ferrari dealership and been treated like this. Newport Beach, Vegas, and now SLC. I dont normally write reviews like this but Ferrari needs to work on their customer service.

I’m 18 and I was visiting Salt Lake for College. I wondered what a Ferrari dealership would be like so I showed up with my Father. I was absolutely impressed in the fact that they let you look at the cars even though you have no interest in buying them. If I buy a Ferrari, it will be at this dealership!

I think that the Ferrari and Maserati Dealership of Salt Lake City is great. I am only twelve but I love to go there and look at the Ferraris and Maseratis. Mr. Allan James is very nice to talk to and ask questions about the cars and when some are coming in. Overall, I think that the Ferrari and Maserati Dealership is a great place to to buy a Ferrari and/or a Maserati because they usually have a good selection of Ferraris and Maseratis to choose from.

Top notch customer service, had my car serviced twice in the past couple years and Im taking it in soon again. You feel like family at work they take the time to explain and show you what needs to Be done and what has been done, most importantly they respect your car no matter the tag is big or small.

Having been a fan of exotics for years I remember being thrilled to see Garff bring Ferrari to Salt Lake City. The only downfall was not personally being able to own one, and 2nd my own internal feelings of not feeling welcomed into the Ferrari store. The last two years or so Ive peaked from the outside countless times, but Saturday I finally decided to go in. The next part was completely unexpected and to my surprise Nico approached me, greated me professionaly, educated me on some of the vehicles, and welcomed me to explore the dealership. I was beyond estatic and immediately called my wife just to let her know what had happened. I appreciate the hospitality Nico. Thanks for being so awesome and really making my weekend. Im not one to write reviews but this was such a bad experience that I have to share, I called last week and spoke to Nico about a 1996 Porsche turbo,We went back-and-forth on the price and when I wouldnt agree to his offer the car he had sitting for 6 months was suddenly sold, I called the next day and told him I would pay his price and now all of the sudden the car was again available.I am an out-of-state buyer and asked him to send me a quick video of the car before I send payment and he made it out to be a huge inconvenience, I reached out to him four more times on the same day because I really wanted the car and I felt like I was literally begging, later on in the day he tells me that the car is in need of very expensive repair and when I asked him if they would fix it he said no sold as is.Very shady, sketchy old-school salesman tactics

I just brought two white Maserati here. I highly recommend Tim, who is a really good friend for me. He did an excellent work on my cars purchased. Could not thank him enough.

I love the Ferraris on display they look really good we keeping them really nice but I was hoping to see a Maserati or two or maybe even a Lambo you cant have everything. You have a great store.

Poor customer service in the service department on Monday, and was told I would get something Monday. No call, nothing from them. Call Tuesday and get told Tuesday or Wednesday. Again no call nothing from them. Call Thursday and talked with another employee who said they would check with them and get back to me that day. Nothing again. Albert could have been more helpful by just say saying that he couldnt do it. Very disappointing, with what should be a 5 min job to be put off for days and make me look bad, hopefully another dealer can find the time.

Absolutely thrilled with my Ferrari service. Treated to top customer service and Nick is a top notch Ferrari mechanic. Showed and explained all work that was done and why. Also, amazing for shopping for a car. They had 33 Ferraris for sale. Amazing selection. Something for all. Plus they have an excellent selection of Masarati vehicles. And a decent group of other branded unique used vehicles. Some of the rarest Ferraris in the world on the showroom floor. Was very surprised to see that in Salt Lake. Service is expensive but immaculate. As one would expect. Top notch. They have a shuttle if you need one. And they offer service on Rolls, Bentley, Lotus and many other brands where service is difficult in Salt Lake. If you are considering Ferrari service or purchase this is the place. Sean Harris is the best in the game with Ferrari. Been in the game for 25 years. Very amazing place to visit and dream even had a Miami Vice style Testarossa for sale. I wanted a white suit and some black Raybans if only for a moment. If you care about the most awe inspiring, fully race bred prancing horse cars you have to stop and take a look. Easy to find. Look for the Ferrari 488s on the sidewalk on Main. Thats your place! Nice waiting lounge and some Ferrari gear to check out if you are called upon to wait. There is just something about the story of Enzo Ferrari conquering all the big names and hand building his cars for decades and they are moulded into timeless shapes that define sexy race cars. What an amazing place for any gearhead or car lover.

I Have just purchased a ferrari from them. i live in sf bay area. found their listing oon autotrader, talked to sales person and then manager and struck the deal in less then 10 minutes. nice and easy. next ferrari will be purchased from them also.

I have 2 Porsches and asked if they would appraise one that is rare. The salesman went to the back for 10-15 min and when he came back handed me a card for another salesman and told me to call him. After calling twice I got the feeling that place didnt want my business (i would pay a fee for appraisal). They are not a Porsche shop but they do sell them and are an authority on sports cars in the intermountain west, but they dont need your business they have Ferraris so dont give them your business unless you have a briefcase with money in it to validate your worth up front!

I went in as a poor teenager back in late 1991. I saw a white Ferrari as I was driving down the street. Turn around and entered the showroom. Now mind you, I dressed appropriately as I was on my way to work at a local business (one of 3 jobs I had at the time). I didnt get within 3 feet of the car that caught my eye before being intercepted and shown the door. You need a credit check and an appointment son! Years, and many exotics later, I saw a neat vintage Testarossa online. I had a mechanic perform a PPI, then bought it sight unseen. While going over the records, I find out it was the same car sold at SHI back in 91. I am looking to add to the stable of horses I currently own. SHI has a nice car that is well within my specs. I will gladly pay over asking price to another dealer or PP. Moral of the story, todays lookers are tomorrows customers.

The salespeople must hate their jobs.Ive been in to drool on three occasions, and three separate salesmen did their very best to ignore my existence. I echo the sentiment of jill when I say that if youre in the market for a ferrari or maserati, vegas is probably worth the trip.

Go there, if you want to get a battery that is not for your car. The battery I am talking about goes along with assault! The salesman (Mike) kicked and missed then grabbed my arm with one hand and pushed on my back with his other hand then forcefully pushed me out of the building.After I showed him a letter I had received from General Motors.I need a lawyer...
