I have too little experience to give them five stars but they were easy to find, looked like they had everything you would need and the very busy person still took time to help me even when there would be no immediate sale.

This company will only create the illusion that they care for you and your family while you sacrifice your time and energy trying to get work done with underpaid employees working on your truck. Truly, they only care about the family they formed within themselves and of course a profit. They underpaid me and many others for months until I finally stood up against them and made a valid argument which resulted in everybody getting a raise after giving my two week notice. They werent ready to fork out any extra money so make sure you stand your ground, know your worth and record the bonuses/raises they say youll receive. Also, make sure you keep track of your own hours for they try to run their company on the integrity of one supervisor supposedly taking accurate working hours of each and every employee under operations.(Which is pretty much impossible without actually recording the times into a system) The amount of money I lost due to this is ridiculous. If this doesnt sound like a con company enough, just wait.. If you want to excel at this job, stay actively involved in talking down on others in their office. The main thing I noticed when working there is how much gossip there is and bad mouthing someone within the company. Super unprofessional. Speaking of unprofessional, Co Owner Ron P. is a hot head with a childish temper. Trust me, I know first hand. This man fired me after thinking he could just yell directly into my face about a simple training issue and as if I wouldnt match his tone. Once I took things into my own hands after contacting the department of labor for unpaid time, harassment and unpaid PTO he then backtracked and actually said I, abandoned my job and denied our confrontation when there were several witnesses there. This wasnt in his office, this was on the floor, in front of everyone in operations. Talk about a lack of integrity from a family man. This company was built for those close to the family to thrive off of and no one else, so if youre even thinking of applying, you are much better off at any other Roofing Supply that Utah has to offer. Hope this was helpful and I hope this information can help anyone from making a BAD decision to work under this establishment. Still in the process of receiving my hard earned funds in which they are now wanting to mediate and settle for. Absolutely disgraceful.

They have been the most accommodating, respectful and friendliest firm I have had dealings with.
