I don’t normally leave reviews but I had the opportunity to work with Savanah Patrick at Crossville she helped me not only come up with an entire design for my bathroom but was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process, very patient and kind with me and my indecisiveness. Will be coming back to crossville for my next project for the big selection, specifically will be returning to Savanah for any specifics/design needs! Keep up the great work!!

This place is a den of thieves. We recently purchased 5 boxes of some fairly expensive tile for a kitchen backsplash. We were told that we could return tile as long as it was a full box. So, we ordered the tile, paid up front. Then, when I went to pick up the tile, they charged me $100 freight fee. This was not disclosed in the quote they provided, or when we paid for the tile. But, they had my $700 for the tile, so I was kind of stuck, so I begrudgingly paid the freight fee, just so we could finish our project. Once the tile was installed, we had one full box left over, so we tried to return it. Yes, I COULD return it, but there would be a 33% restocking fee AND I would have to pay $75 to ship it back. So, for the box of tile that cost me ~$130, Id have gotten ten bucks back.So, if you do shop here and find something you must have, make SURE you get full disclosure of ALL of the terms and conditions regarding shipping, returns, etc. But, the better move is to go to Floor and Decor where they dont treat their customers like their next victim.

Beautiful tiles, incredible customer service, great vibe, seamless ordering and pick up process. I wish I knew about this place earlier.

Great time picking out tile. Very helpful employees that gave good advice. Showed me patterns that would look nice and colors that would look good. Store was well stocked with sample ideas and updated ideas. Store was COVID-19 safe with precautions taken. I felt safe on my visit. All items were in stock.

We were in the process of building a home and the contractor sent us to Contempo Tile to look for bathroom tile. We walked into the showroom and I felt very overwhelmed with all of the choices. We approached Brad and he asked us about our likes and dislikes, what would make our home comfortable for us. Once he had gathered info of our likes he brought out four different colors but all within the same color family in different forms, e.g., mosaic, herring bone etc.He was very professional, he listened and thought through and then produced the perfect tile for us. We actually went back to him to get his 2 cents on our kitchen project too.Nice job, Brad!

Went to the showroom Saturday morning, ready to buy tile for a kitchen backsplash and three bathrooms. I was the only customer in the store, but clearly the staff was to busy talking about what they did on Friday night to help me. Left and went across the street to Modern Tile.

Mixed Service Experience. Maryn was GREAT and helpful. Wouldn’t return boxed unused tile even though it was stocked. Found them to be over priced and poor on their process. Lacked respect for customer time. Drive down 3 separate times waited for over 2 hours only to be told I’d have to come back to determine if I could return an item. Come back the 3rd time and was told tough luck. Unfortunate experience.

Contempo sales has gone down hill dramatically in the last couple years. Starting with showroom hours which are different depending on slab, porcelain, and marble—good luck figuring that out as it is not well explained anywhere. I recently ordered tile, paid for the tile, then received a call that they aren’t going to stock the tile any more and want me to pay double to special order it. This is after they told me they could get it and after I paid for it! I went to bedrosians and European and had a far far better experience.

Customer service is the best and so is their products and prices. I would recommend this stone/tile company to anyone whos out looking for the best! Cheers.

My family and I want to thank Brad for such awesome amazing service. We came in a Saturday before xmas. Not only was he really helpful and knowledgeable he listened to my wife and our girls on what they were wanting to do with our kitchen and bathroom floor and walls. Brad is who we will be buying our tile from. He never push us to any bulk buy tile or sale tile or end off the run tiles. He just asked intelligent questions and listened to our responses. His observational abilities are on point he knew when we did not like a certain tile quickly. We visited four other tile companies that same day none engaged us or listened to what we were looking for like Brad did. Thank you Brad

Im blown away that this place has good reviews. I have been waiting 2 weeks for tile and literally every time I call Im told something different. My project keeps getting put off because the employees at Contempo are incapable of telling the truth or doing their job properly. My intial order wasnt even placed correctly which contributed to this entire ordeal . I would never recommend this business to anyone remodeling.

Great selection, friendly people, samples available, floor tiles actually put on the floor which it makes it much easier to visualize. Highly recommend this place.

Delivering here sucks. Fork lift driver has such an attitude. Seemed so upset that i showed upto deliver his stuff.

Best tile shop in town, staff is helpful and friendly. Yearly tile yard sale is chance to find great deals.

Couldnt match the tile I needed but they were quick to get me what they had available. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lady at counter obviously did not want to deal with us. Needed everything for new build house and will take my $$$ elsewhere.
