Chantel Lauren is the REAL DEAL with the kindest heart. I first met her 7 years ago when my seamstress (top rated with 20+ years experience) said my fully beaded gown couldn’t be altered to work the way I needed. Chantel said, “I can do it!” And she did. Extremely intricate sewing and bead work and it was perfection. Fast forward to opening her own company with gorgeously crafted unique gowns, she recently custom made a top for a friend of mine for her wedding day. She listens, and she makes wedding dress dreams come true. The only thing her and her team’s sewing skills are exceeded by is her/their kindness. Can’t imagine a better person to work with amid all the crazy that is planning a wedding. Can’t recommend them enough!

I fell in love with my perfect dress at Chantel Lauren Bridal. The dresses are so gorgeous and unique, there are none like them in the Salt Lake Valley. Chantel is so helpful and insightful as a sales clerk, and so incredibly talented as a designer. You just have to love her! She makes you feel comfortable during your appointment and beautiful in your dress. I never saw myself as a bride, but now I do, because I found my perfect dress!

We worked with Chantel herself and she was so accommodating, gave great ideas and input, listened to what I was interested in & looking for, made me feel so comfortable, and was just extremely sweet! Could not have imagined finding a dress at my first appointment, and I actually had a hard time deciding because there were multiple dresses that I loved! I visited the showroom here in SLC with my wife and was greeted by a stylish dude in a hat, wearing some nice turquoise jewelry: along side his beautiful wife.They were nice enough to show us around, as well as allowing us to check it the gowns that they had finished.100% would re-visit, and use for special occasions!

Chantel Lauren is awesome, the customer service is so great! Leah was wonderful with me, very very helpful with helping me pick out a dress for my wedding. She was so sweet and helped me out with all the questions I had, taught me all about the dress, I picked out and got me all fitted, and most of all, made me feel very welcome. This was the first place I went to look for a wedding dress and the first one I put on was the one. However, I did go look else where and nothing conspaired to the first dress I put on at Chantel Lauren so I went back and got the dress.

Chantel and the Chantel Lauren team is phenomenal. Chantel was the first dress fitting that was fun and got me excited to wear a wedding dress. Chantel was real, helpful and so patient. I think I tried every gown on in her shop and Chantel and Leah never rushed me, and instead they gave helpful tips, and made me feel confident and comfortable. My dress was perfect. Perfect fit, length, color (Tylers handpainting is beautiful), and I couldnt have had anything I wanted without this talented team. Chantel uses only high quality material, the lace and tulle specifically on the Mae was perfect, and so light. Honestly cant say enough good things about Chantel Lauren. The dresses are all exquisite and they have a wide variety of styles that can fit any body type. Ive been able to wear a few CL dresses for extended periods of time and they are always so comfortable! Ive had so many experiences where I wear a gown that looks great but is impossible to walk in or breathe in. This isnt the case with these gowns, I could run around in them all day without any complaints. Love, love, love Chantel Lauren!

I got my wedding dress from Chantel Lauren, her dresses are so unique and personal, you never see anything like them. I and worked with Chantel and Leah personally and every time I left a fitting I felt like part of their family. Not only are they an amazing business and get work done fast, but they are friendly and make you feel like a bridal princess. That’s a HUGE plus in my book.

Although Chantel didnt make my dress, she altered my wedding dress. She was amazing and offered recommendations to make my dress even better. My dress had a lot of bead work on it, and Chantel said that even with the alterations the bead work wouldnt change. She is phenomenal! Her work is trustworthy. My dress had a train, and she recommend we put ribbon hidden in the skirt to hold up the train while dancing. Seriously the best idea ever!! I wouldve been tripping over my dress if it wasnt for her and her recommendation. Chantel is a work of art! She truly is amazing and caring.

When my daughter saw blue Mae wedding dress online no other dress would do. The dress was shipped by the team all the way to Scotland UK with no problems at all and just blew us away. So beautiful, so expertly and uniquely made were still peeking at it and smiling a year after the wedding. Cant recommend Chantel and her team highly enough. If you worry about shipping your dress long distances please dont it is done so professionally and with lots of communication.

Chantel is the BEST. She altered my wedding dress and it was the best experience. First of all, Chantel is so kind and feels like a best friend throughout the whole process! You can tell she truly cares about her brides and wants to make them as happy as possible. Second, she works extremely hard and is so good at what she does.
