It took about 1 week for them to send me a markup to review. I approved it and they squeezed me in. I dropped the van off and next day it was done. But the proof is in the pudding.. Am a graphic designer who works with a pretty high-profile international race team. Our print shop is down so I called in about getting two vinyl decals for a car which is due for an event soon, whoever answered the phone was extremely short with a pretty disrespectful tone and hung up with a Okay BuhBye before I could get all my questions answered.This was supposed to be the bridge to assess future business but our crew chief heard it all and they definitely wont be getting the business that we had planned for our SCORE Class 1 Trophy, our 7, Stock Mini, and our fleet of support vehicles.Super disappointing since I heard good things about them but customer service and first impressions are pretty important regardless of the quality of their craftsmanship.

I really enjoyed my experience here! I got my 2020 charger hood, trunk and roof wrapped. It looks great! When I arrived for the estimate they helped me right away and gave me a great price. It was done later that next week it only took just one day.

INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO GET AN IDEA ON COST. APPARENTLY THEY DONT USE A PRICE/SQFT FORMULA EVEN THO THE SELLERS OF THE PRODUCT DO... AND RATHER DRAW STRAWS. ILL BE FINDING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND MY MONEY.

Took a car in for a wrap removal, was quoted $650 by Georgia and the total rose to $1,450. Once the car was dropped off and they begun removing the wrap, Georgia told us that the wrap was under all the hardware and that it would need to go to a bodyshop to successfully remove all of the wrap, and that the porsche stickers on the car may or may not need to be replaced. Nothing was mentioned when the car was brought in for a quote, only after it was too late not to proceed. Georgia said shed discount, she did not. The owner Harley Griffith was involved and did nothing, wouldnt take my call or honor his employees agreement to discount. As you can see from the screenshot below, she again tried charging more then originally agreed upon, insinuating I had things wrong. When the car was picked up there was still wrap on the insides of the door handles. I wouldnt trust them with your car or their word. ***And again, here in their comment below proves how dishonest and shady they are...they say we didnt proceed with the body work...WE DID, we completed the job with them and the body shop...they didnt even check what job this was before commenting.

Where do I start....? I previously had had a decent experience with this company. This time around, not so much. Took my car to get a small wrap job done on my car. After the first wrap of the hood and bumper, within weeks it started coming off. I took it in, and they were nice enough to fix the wrap. At this time, I decided to have the roof and the trunk lid wrapped while they were fixing the front end. That was my first mistake. After getting the car back, I noticed that there were multiple scratches in the paint. Trying to remain calm and collected I let them know, and again, they were nice enough to look at it and accepted responsibility for the scratches and tried to fix them. One of the areas of scratches were deep enough to require repainting of a large panel on the vehicle. After I received quotes of around $3000 for the repair, they deferred to their insurance company that took their sweet time to present me with an offer of not even half enough of the cost of the repair. I paid $45,000 for my beautiful car, and it was permanently ruined in less than a day. Not to mention their install team does not know how to wrap personal vehicles. For businesses, maybe. Definitely not a high end wrap shop, at all.

Excellent service! I am a first time car wrapper…we wrapped our Nothing Bundt Cakes- Taylorsville delivery van. Queen of Wraps was on time (in fact ahead of schedule), thorough, reasonably priced compared to other bids that I received, and the van looks fantastic! Thank you!

Two experiences here. First time there was no communication about when my van was going to get wrapped. I had to call at least 5 times to get an answer. The person working on my job was always gone or unavailable. Then they lost my measurements. Our company has had 15+ of the same style van get wrapped so Im not sure why the exact measurements were so important. My wrap was delayed over a week. Second experience ( I was hoping would be better). It was worse. They miss measured, and instead of it taking one day, Ill be without my truck for three days. They never followed up, again, I had to keep calling them. I was told it would be done by 5pm Friday. When I suggested picking up the keys and coming back for the truck (because I was working late and didnt have a ride right then) the girl says no you cant do that. Then they called my office, instead of me after I gave them my phone number 3 different times waiting for an update. Then they saidi it was not going to get done by 5 pm at about 4:30 pm. Thanks for the last minute communication and delay. Unprofessional both times.

From start to finish the experience was pretty good. We had a few hiccups in the beginning of the design, however Dallin took my feedback with a grain of salt and designed it the way that I wanted.When my wife picked up the trailer, she felt like the person would not help her with the loading it on the truck, guiding her back in any way. She was very frustrated...On her way home she noticed that the spelling was incorrect on affordable. I reached out to Jeff to resolve the issue. It was a surprise that this company makes the customer pay for their own mistakes. However I agreed to pay half although I shouldnt have had to pay for your mistakes.The installation looks amazing. 100% satisfaction for the install crew... thank you.When my wife came to pick up the trailer for the second time Roger was very attentive in helping my wife get the trailer backed up and on the truck. She was very thankful for this. Bottom line. I understand that mistakes happen and nobody caught the miss spelled word. However I do feel like it was an error on the company. Not the consumer see as the spelling was correct in my email to Dallin/Jeff.

I was hesitant to have my car wrapped with them because of what was going on around me. A salesman and designer were quite polite and helpful, even though I had quite a few questions, but an older gentleman who seemed like a manager was berating one of those helping me while I was trying to talk to the other. It got a bit heated and hard to talk over him, and it made me wonder what I could expect in the future. I didn’t feel valued and honestly gave me a bit of anxiety. I’ve heard such good things about the company and I feel bad for the nice guys who were helping me, but I can’t do business with a company if there’s going to be that kind of drama around.
