So before I was pregnant I had the worst luck finding bras that fit. There was only 1 store with 1 type of bra that worked for me. Then being pregnant I realized I needed to branch out. Lactation station was recommended to me by my mom’s coworker and she had nothing but amazing things to say. Well I’m here to say she was right! Not only was she willing to answer my questions, she helped me find the right sizing, explain to me how each style worked, but for the first time in 2 months I was comfortable and supported! Carrie was absolutely fabulous! The drive to her place in Murray area was worth it! She even found an extra cami for me and messaged me right away so I can get another one! Carrie you’ve helped me so much and I think people would be crazy not to go to you for shopping! If Covid wasn’t a thing I would’ve given her the biggest hug! Seriously you need nursing bras call her up!

My experience here was awesome. I ended up having to exclusively pump for my third baby. Ive always struggled with producing enough milk and had to supplement with formula with my first two babies. With this baby I ended up with mastitis when she was three weeks old and out of desperation to try to unplug a duct I decided to rent a hospital grade pump. I called all the other medical supply places and they said they didnt carry hospital grade pumps, let alone rent them. So when I found this place I drove there right away. The lady there was so sweet and helpful. She helped with so many aspects of not just pumping, but breastfeeding as well. I was able to boost my milk supply so much that two months later (when I head to go back to work) I had 350 bags of frozen milk in our freezer. So grateful for the help I received here.

I called late evening on a Saturday, Carrie was extremely helpful, gave me a quick consultation and help me set realistic expectations as to what I should expect in my attempt to produce more milk for my baby girl. I went a few years ago and got a bra that lasted through two babies. When it was time to get a new one I had moved out of state. I called and was guided to the online store and how to measure. She even helped me remember the type of bra I had purchased a few years ago. It came today and fits great!!! They are very nice and willing to help you find what you need!!!

After months of successful breast feeding, I started getting plugged duct after plugged duct. My frustrations brought me here and Carrie was helpful in her suggestions in resolution as well as prevention, she also recommended I try their Liquid Gold Standard Pump. Ill admit, I was skeptical at first but was at the point that I was willing to try anything. Ive had a couple of very minor occurrences since, but it is a drastic improvement from before where I was getting multiple plugged ducts a week.The pump made a world of difference for me. Im sure Ill be back for the next baby!

Was calling around to get quotes for a short term pump rental. Spoke to a rude holier than thou man who belittled our pump choice (was still en route when premie was born) and was just difficult to work with.I ended up hanging up on the guy. I dont think Ive ever hung up on anyone that outside of telemarketers.Maybe I was being hypersensitive or he was having a bad day but I wont go back to find out.EdIt in response to owners response below: I was about to take this review down at the polite request of a different owner (who I hear is very nice). Then I saw your response. Way to blame the customer. I see from another review that Im not the only one who finds you to be abrasive. Maybe you should work on your people skills rather than blaming potential customers for being unreasonable. I wish you all the best.

The most helpful, wonderful folks!! I have been here about 5 times now for different things. They are so helpful. She answered so many questions, helped me with breastfeeding, nursing bras, the husband was on-call at night when I rented a pump and answered at midnight when I needed troubleshooting. He was so nice and answered all my questions. I felt bad for calling so late but he reassured me not to worry. They are locally owned which is nice too.

When my baby was born 3 months early, the Warburtons at The Lactation Station helped me with the right breast pump, bra, and accessories I needed to pump milk for her until and after she came home. They know what theyre talking about and are very helpful. I called to talk with Carrie and Steve a couple times after renting the pump as well and greatly benefited from their guidance. Id definitely recommend this store to anyone with a new baby!

I went for a breastfeeding consultation and got a lot more than that. The consultant was a nurse and very knowledgeable, plus she was very nice--kind of like having my mom give me advice...except this lady has a ton more experience because shes been doing this for 25 years! I feel more confident now in feeding my baby, and I also got great tips on support pillows and even bought a wrap baby carrier after I got to try one out in the store and my baby was so comfortable she went right to sleep. I expected that a specialty shop like this would have high prices and I wouldnt want to buy anything, but some of their prices were actually better than other stores and Amazon. Wish Id known that before I paid more on Amazon Prime for my Undercover Mama nursing tank! This is a very customer-service-oriented shop, so if you prefer to browse and try things on without help you probably wont enjoy it much, but if you have questions or want advice like I did, youll love it!

I highly recommend Lactation Station. As a first time mom, but also a medical professional, I was having some difficulty nursing and had already tried some different strategies but they weren’t working. the lactation consultant (Carrie) was very knowledgeable. She was able to problem solve with me the strategies that I had already tried and assist me in coming up with a great solution. She went above and beyond, also proactively suggesting a better flange size for my breast pump and even teaching me how to use it. Thank you! I will definitely return here and recommend to others.

Love, love, love The Lactation Station! I have rented their hospital grade pump through two kiddos and absolutely love it and their customer service. They even mailed me extra tubing when I called and said I wouldnt be able to make it in.

Very informative group of doctors or at least breastfeeding specialist. Great selection of good products, at a decent price. The best thing is they rent pumps.

Such a cool place for breast feeding moms, prices on items seem a bit high, but there professional breast pump rental is great and a good monthly price. Staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Very nice lacation store with a large variety of options for pumps, bras and other accessories. The guy helping me was nice and informative, the couple seem to know their stuff.

I knew I wanted to rent a hospital grade pump after a great experience using one with my first son and since we had moved I looked up a store nearby that may rent one and discovered Lactation Station.The woman helping me was wonderful and kind and walked me through everything. While I was signing the contract an older man who was also working kept talking over the woman and giving strange instructions for the care of the machine. It was uncomfortable enough to mention it to my husband but I had the pump and didnt give it much after though until...Six months later after continuing to renew the pump rental at 11PM we get a knock on our door and this man is asking for the breast pump back. My credit card had been stolen so my payment did not go through and since it was Christmas the woman and I had a hard time connecting. The last interaction was me asking via text if she was still at the store so I could give a different card and then I didnt hear back for two weeks. She reached out and I was traveling so had just gotten back in town the night he showed up demanding the pump. I was mortified he would take such extreme measures when I had been a paying customer whom had always renewed on time and mearly hadnt responded because it was the week of Christmas.He went on to yell and argue and said he wouldnt apologize for it being so late and saying bizzare things like tons of people are out partying at this time ... they rent breast pumps! Its a high chance their clientele is not out partying at 11PM. His argument woke up my four year old and my six month old and then once I gave him the pump and told him Id find another place to rent from he demanded I give him the money and wouldnt leave until I closed the door- which he pushed open again! Thank goodness my husband was home to tell him to leave once and for all. I am mortified! His poor wife that has to work under him and any woman who has to interact with him. I would never go back or send any woman here! Especially one with a newborn child.

I got a nursing bra here that feels wonderful. They are kinda expensive but its worth it for the great feeling bra!

This place was a life saver when I lost my only nipple shield. Prices are a little high but it’s nice to buy local and the lady working was so helpful!

Stopped in to this business to rent a pump for my wife, and was immediately met with resistance. The man that works here is rude, abrupt, and pretty much everything that came out of his mouth, whether to me or the nice old lady employee, was condescending and even controlling at times. I ended up walking out and taking my business to Lactation Plus, who is not only FAR more friendly, but is far less for pump rentals. I would never send my wife here, or anyone else.

Its nice to have some place like this in town.
