These are some real good folks there at the Utah Valley Goodyear in downtown Salt Lake. They did what I thought would be a several thousand dollar job and they did a really good job at what they did to you has my car driving right now thank you for being trustworthy honest mechanics you guys are great!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They just lost them selves business from a national account and could’ve cared less. They would not look up the national account number only tried looking through a printed book of account numbers from 1992. I went to another Good Year location 7 miles away... will not be back here.

So happy I went here! Ive been there twice since moving up to salt lake. I loved that they talked me through the options, and didnt push me into the most expensive option. They listened to what I was looking for and gave me a recommendation based on that.

I borrowed my car out to a cousin of mine in trouble and the next day they shredded a tire. Thankfully Utah Valley Tire was across the street. With a few phone calls they were back on their way pretty quick. They recommended I only needed to replace the one tire and Im very happy with these guys. Im from Spanish Fork and if I need tires in Salt Lake again Ill look for these guys.

Great experience. I had rebuilt a front drive shaft joint and just needed it installed as I couldnt do it myself. They were more than happy to do the labor and install the piece I had reassembled. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Left Arizona on July 29th on long trailer trip, and the skid plate was on, and a never heard it fall off. Got my oil changed on August 11th, and wasnt told it was missing. Had oil changed on September 13th, and skid place was missing. Talked to owner and no offer to make it right was made. So $80/90 for oil change plus $307 for new skid plate, plus labor. VERY expensive oil change!

Tried to push a full set of tires I didnt need only needed a small patch and they said the tire was too worn, but the tire was fine

Went their to swap out the tires on my two different set of rear wheels. Asked for 19 inch extra charge. 10 $ each. Never heard of that before at any other places but I was in a hurry so ok. 75$ in total and for the same job I got it done for 30$ in the morning at big o tires. Then my friend picked the wheel up and brought it home. Checked the wheels and my chrome set were all scratched up and lost one stem and one stem cap. Didn’t even try to go back and ask for it cuz I knew it was long gone. Worst place ever been. I wish google could come up with a negative star rating system so I could rate them negative 5 stars.

I have been taking all of my cars to Dan and his team for the past 5-years. They are honest, fast, friendly and above all really care about making sure I get what I need and not more. They have actually talked me out of some things I thought were needed and would have been a waste of money. Too bad all businesses dont operate like this.

We have sent a commercial van to be serviced here regularly. A month ago we complained to them about how sluggish the acceleration had become. They serviced the vehicle and returned it. Well a few weeks later the turbo exploded! When we towed it back to them they said that there was no way that they could know that would happen even though it was clear just a few weeks before that it was having issues. Also there was no oil in the vehicle and they claimed that the vehicle dumped the oil when the turbo came apart. Well we bit our tongues and paid to have a new turbo brought in and installed. Well, it didnt even make it out of the shop! When the turbo came apart it threw pieces throughout the engine and when they put the new turbo on they never checked the engine! Now they are telling us that we are responsible for a new engine! They dont take any responsibility whatsoever. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible ownership. Terrible management. Terrible service.

Dont let the downtown location or building scare you away. Friendly staff and honest work. They couldve offered more work but provided the right fix for the problem I had.

They did the job, but through in extra costs. If Im paying for parts and labor, why charge an additional miscellaneous shop supplies, and why not mention it when I specifically ask for pricing on everything? There are supplies that go along with running a business, and they should not be forced onto the customer. Overall the job got done, but I will never use them again. The quotes I was given would have had me pay $160... instead I paid $200.

I had one rear flat tire. They tried to scare me into replacing ALL of my brakes and rotors. Also, they replaced the other rear tire even though I told them that I didnt want it done. Clearly, these mechanics like to take advantage of women who go into their shop. Go somewhere else!

I called these folks to get a tire patch and was told it would take 30 mins to get it fixed, but when I show up they tell me itll take 2 hours or more. What a waste of time, wont be back.
