Im a completely happy customer! I was looking for a new short block for my 09 WRX and found they had exactly what I was looking for at a respectable price. Contacted the customer support rep to confirm the price and make sure shipping wasnt an issue (just presumed it would be shipped freight).I did try creating an account and ordering online but it just wouldnt work. After a bit of back and forth they said the website is having some issues but IT was working on it. I asked if I could just go old school and give them my credit card number over the phone and they said no problem.42 hours after making the call, I have a new short block sitting at my garage door! Hopefully the website issues will be resolved soon just for convenience but theyve guaranteed Ill be a return customer.

First order went fine. Second order went unpleasantly. Third order has been a month now processing. No customer service or updates. None nothing they never answer nor want to cancel and refund as per my recent request. For sure will never repeat this experience. And yes I’m 100% sure their website was labeling every item (in stock ships with 24 hours) and after 3 weeks they informed me one of the items is out of stock and I asked them to cancel it and ship the rest which they did a week ago and still processing I wonder what is holding the shipping back now maybe they missed (ship the rest ASAP) Funny in the saddest way. Not to mention their notice that if you send another e-mail you will fall back in the queue 😂 I mean come on guys we make you survive and support you to keep going in the business. I wish I went through others reviews before I placed my orders. Now the waiting game starts you don’t know if you will get what you paid for or you shall go and purchase it from another vendor and you will end up with 2 of each item and I’m sure they will not honor return easily. So if you are planing to place an order BE AWARE is a matter of GAMBLING you may be lucky and hit the jackpot as I did in first order or you will draw like the second order and mostly you will be in awkward situation like my third order. It’s your call2 weeks later and they didn’t refund nor answer any emails. STAY AWAY unless you like to take legal action against this company.

1st few orders went good. Had an issue with 1 now they refuse to do a rma and I ordered another boost controller and no updates or anything. Im assuming they refused my last order. Got an order number and after that ghosted me.

By far the most difficult company I’ve worked with. They make it so difficult to do business with them and could care less about it. Examples. Trying to get a hold of anyone. Whether it be when you have a will call order you’re trying to pick up ( you’ll wait at least 30 min or more) or just have a question. It literally took them months to respond to emails and was only responded to when they were “cleaning up their inbox”Returning something you picked up at one warehouse? NOPE! You need to ship it back to KY. I’ve never interacted with a company who so blatantly shows their disregard for customers up front. I am convinced the only reason their Utah location is still open is because no one else in utah stocks aftermarket parts. When I’m able to ship in from other companies I do so and I’d recommend everyone else do the same.

Bought these LP3 wheels and they came marked up, the shop informed me prior to installation one rim already came marked (like shown) and had been previously installed with counter weights on it. They dont pick up the phone anymore, whether you have an order or not, they dont care to pick up either way. They say 24 hours to get it shipped out of their warehouse, been 3 days I just want to call to confirm I can come pick it up via will call, but nobody answers the phone. Guess I have to go in and pray someone will care in the slightest about my parts.. I was on hold for 23 minutes before I stopped.

I bought a throw out bearing for my car. It came in no protective packaging, so I had nothing to open or unseal. I grabbed it out of the box and held it up to my input shaft. It didnt fit because I have an oversize about repair kit on my trans. I sent back this bearing and they would not refund my money for an uninstalled part, then still havent returned it to me after refusing a refund. So I am out 60 dollars plus shipping with no part. Thanks guys!

Put in order on Sunday according to their own policy they ship some day so it should if shipped Monday right? Bought a turbo inlet and air filter from them. Since I am local, I chose the will call pick up. Arrived and there was no indication as to where to pick stuff up. Finally got my stuff, but customer service was absolutely awful. Definitely do no lt recommend. Wouldnt even lend me a SINGLE SCREWDRIVER to check if the filter fit on properly. Just got upset and told me to leave lol. Im 16, I shouldnt have to write a review like a Karen.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for the past 2 weeks via phone,live chat and email to no avail. I bought a hood that not only took almost to months to be in my possession I had to go pick it up from the company the chose to ship it with because they kept rescheduling but it came in damaged. I just want either my money back or a not damaged hood. Just bad experience overall.

Bought a downpipe from them. Was told it would ship same day, I paid over $120 for next day air to gaurentee it to me by the next business day or my money back showed up 5 days later. I call usps because thats who they shipped with. Usps told me to reach out to them. This is going on 60+ days now. I have heard nothing, I CANNOT get anybody on the phone, I CANNOT get an email response, no live chat! No nothing! This is unacceptable for a business of any kind, and to see no responses here, no efforts to change or fix anything. Be sure to file complaints with the BBB as well. Thats the only way things actually get done. I hope these guys can change and be better. For anybody in utah there are PLENTY of smaller performance shops that will GLADLY sit on the phone figuring things out, and they will gladly welcome you into there shop!

Absolutely awful customer service. Received an email saying “call us because we have questions about your order”. After 2 weeks of “no one is available to take your call, goodbye” finally got a guy on the phone just to tell me the parts not in stock anymore. Cool no worries, I told him to cancel the order. A few days pass and I’m charged for the part that was apparently missing. Didn’t receive it either. Now, I have to try to call for who knows how long to try to figure out why I’m being charged $300 for a part that’s “not in stock”. I will absolutely NEVER order from rallysportdirect.com ever again.

Buying process was super easy and quick. My payment was declined and I was immediately reached out to in order to fix. 3 days after recieving the part, I submitted it for return. After almost a month, I have not receved an RMA number to return the item and email customer service yields no reply. Ive also tried calling their phone number and the automated response is please send us an email.

Stopped by to visit from Texas while I was in town for a conference. I spend a lot of money on their website so I thought Id swing by and chat with the staff while I checked out the show room. Had some good conversation. The warehouse looked huge! I asked for a tour but they respectfully declined.

I order my parts 3weeks ago going on a month. I try calling multiple times and never got anyone. I tried canceling my order and couldn’t. The ship date was supposed to be a week out of my order day. I’m highly disappointed with them and will never order anything from them. I Recommend taking your business elsewhere especially if you need the parts as soon as possible. Made a purchase 24MAR2021. Emailed for update 12APR2021. Received an auto reply that it takes them 3-4 business days to reply. Received an email 18APR2021 asking to review my purchase that still has not even shipped. Called their “local” number 20APR2021that says they are not accepting phone calls and you can only email or “chat” online.21APR2021: still no online “chat” available; called their “toll free” number and was on hold for 1 hour before it timed out and hung up on me.

No response to email sent a week ago, ordered a couple items on 14 day back order. They said they would ship on the 14th day. What happened to Rallysportdirects customer service? I owned a performance shop and bought from rallysportdirect years ago. never had a problem with customer service, until recently. I ordered a fuel pump. it came loose in the box, no packaging, none of the installation pieces that usually come with it. just a pump. which is fine, but its not what i need for this application, when I decided to return the pump, I have been unable to get in contact with them for the last 3 days. not by phone, email or live chat. Excuse my language but this is absolutely bull****. Purchased coil overs back on March 6th.... over 6 weeks later, i still haven’t received my parts. Their phones won’t answer and their emailing system takes a week to respond. If i knew it would take this long and be this bad i would have ordered elsewhere. They have my credit card information so i am nervous to go through someone else and end up with the same part twice. I really need my part or my order to be canceled. At this point in time i suggest no one purchase from this company until they get there situation together.

Orders from Canada. Impressive amount of items in stock that ship same or next day. Reasonable cost to ship considering they use express. Be careful some items will say 2 in stock but at check out it will say 5 days away or something. The 100% satisfaction guarantee should probably be called the 20% guarantee because it only applies to about 20% of the brands they sell.

I have been a customer of rally sport direct for a few years and anytime I needed anything I went to them first normally due to the cheapest price and availability.Not anymore.I am tired of being swept under the rug by customer service when I have an issue. Wether it be ordering an item that says it was in stock and waiting over a month to be told its on back order, or recieving defective parts and calling over 5 times for the phone lines to be off during business hours / waiting on hold for over 15 minutes and giving up.I will no longer be doing business with rally sport direct and will be letting those that ask me where I order my parts to avoid them.Across the industry this issue is a plague, people are settling for unacceptable/subpar service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I purchased multiple car parts for my 2010 WRX from Rallysportdirect including a; Grimspeed cold air intake, Perrin rear endlinks, and a Perrin rear sway bar. I received the intake and endlinks around 5 weeks after I ordered them, and about 4 weeks past the delivery date. And I have still yet to receive my rear sway bar at all. I have tried countless times to contact the Rallysportdirect customer service team in everyway possible, yet all attempts have seen absolutely no response. I was given a recipet for the sway bar nearly a month ago and have still received nothing with no communication. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS, THEYLL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU A DAMN SWAY BAR!!!!!!!

When you order something off the website it provides no tracking number. Good luck getting through to someone to find that out.

I came in here one day looking for some sweet Subaru parts and happened across this bald man whos name I cant remember but wish I did who completely changed my life. Definitely would say 10/10.

I placed an order on Wednesday 1/28, was PROMISED it would ship the next day 1/29, I never received any information regarding the shipment. In fact, to this day, 2/3, close of business, my order still says processing. When I reached out to customer service this morning, I was connected with Riley who told me that hed go check on it for me, he said that the order had indeed shipped but the warehouse failed to attach it to my order and thats why I never received an email and why the website still said it was processing. I spent all day, from 9 AM until 4:30 PM today, 2/3, with Riley, I was patient, courteous, and kind, however, not once did I receive my tracking number. All I needed was my tracking number, but he said that the warehouse was short staffed and was taking a little while to respond. Well Riley, the warehouse had over 6 hours to give me a simple tracking number and both you and your warehouse failed to even do just that. I had such a good experience with Rallysport Direct in the past, but this may be the last time I ever do business with them and will highly recommend people to shop elsewhere with more competent staff.

After a long story and almost giving up hope, I decided to stop by the store front while passing through Salt Lake during a work trip. I have a long story I want to tell. This company doing what is right for the customer.Short story. This company provided a great product at a great price.Long story: I order this product and it was the wrong part. Their system says it was right but it did not line up. So I was frustrated and I spoke with a customer service representative. He was nice and said they would have to verify everything. So I sent pictures and they realized they had messed up. It did take about 1 week but finally they had the manufacturer send me the correct radiator. Now they also refunded my original payment though I didnt ask them to. And I would not imagine they would normally do that so dont except it. Im just saying that the customer service team leader emailed me and told me what was going on. So at the end I got a great radiator that is working great! Its been a few months now and no issues.Thanks RallySport Direct!

The parts they supply are not always an exact fit, though they do carry some good standard and other fun products. If you’re going to order something relatively expensive, call their support service before ordering to make sure all the details are correct (there is no wiggle room for error). Once you have ordered it online, customer support will do NOTHING for you(seems absurd, but it’s true). You may have to jump through a few hoops to prove a part was damaged during shipping (UPS must hate Rallysport) or is defective in some way (they will not believe you). Most importantly, don’t purchase any parts that come without a warranty, because Rallysport WILL leave you hanging if something doesn’t work out, unintentional or not. Another thing, Rallysport will not, for the most part, post low reviews of their products - have you ever noticed how some of their products only have 5-star reviews? (That’s a RED FLAG)

Got my exhaust from them, the service was excellent, sales called me and double checked that I got the correct item.Today was a completely difference experience, I purchased 1 strut bar through their website, and I got order confirmations for 2 the same item 1 hour apart?? As soon as I got the email for the second order, I called them and told them that I order only 1 and I do not know what happened. I was basically told tough luck. The item was shipped 5 minutes after I received the second email???? And was told that I need to pay for shipping and the return shipping for this erroneous order. After having a good talk with the service person, he agree to recall one of the package from the shipper. And when I ask for his name, he hang up on me.... I ordered a set of floor mats for my 2002 WRX. They do not fit. They are clearly too small. The company doesnt care. They do not allow returns (well, after a lot of fuss, they said they would make an exception for me, but they wont pay the return shipping, or reimburse the original shipping, which together is more than I paid for the mats). They were at fault for misrepresenting a product. I do not trust these guys. They are predatory. Pic shows the original floor mats, and the OEM ones on top, too small to be effective at doing their job of keeping dirt, mud, and snow from the carpet. Also, the material is too rigid to conform well to the floor, and so has a floppy cavity underfoot for the driver.

Bought a few things over the years from these guys. Shipping has ALWAYS been blazing fast and their pricing seems to be one of the lowest around. Staff inside there physical location are friendly and knowledgeable. Wont shop anywhere else for my Subaru parts.

This is definitely one of my favorite places to shop for new aftermarket parts for my car. They have a huge list of inventory, and a very organized website. I have been shopping on the RSD website for over two years now and I am highly satisfied.

Their Policy stated product is listed on the Website at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, the Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.I Understand thatwhat did not click with me was when i asked her is there anything you can do so we can do business for your mistake, not directly but your mistake.she straight up no nothing, so you rather loose business then come to an agreement.other than that Great website, might buy again from them.

I Ordered a radiator that I was told would ship from utah, which would have made it possible for it to get to me in the time frame I needed. I called to verify and was assured that it would indeed ship from utah. Once the item processed and shipped I was notified via the tracking number that it actually drop shipped from Kentucky which added additional ship time to my location . If I had known this was the case I would have paid the extra 40 bucks for next day service gladly but now I will not receive my radiator in time . I attempted to cancel the current order and reorder with next day and was told there was no way and I would just have to front the extra money and also pay to ship the original back if I wanted to go that route. In the days of amazon 2 day shipping and excellent return policies Im surprised that a company with such strict policies is still around . Next time Ill use my prime account. Lesson learned . Buyer be ware

Placed a $1000.00 order on in-stock items, checked out with ground shipping applied. Have ordered dozens of times and is usually 2 days shipping from them. Did not receive an order 2 days later like normal so I contacted them and they said it had not shipped yet because one of the items was back-ordered. I asked them why they did not tell me and their response was We unfortunately have too many orders that come in daily to watch each and every one for parts not in stock. When the orders are placed it will list what is and isn’t in stock. Piss poor excuse if you ask me. I told them to overnight me the parts so I could take care of my customer like I promised him. They were not willing to split the cost of overnight freight for their mistake so I told them to use my UPS account in which they refused to do so. They were unwilling to work with me so I canceled the entire order. Its too bad, I have been doing business with them for well over 5 years and dont think I was asking for much here. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

Im trying to get a hold of customer service and they dont answer. You just get the music then connecting your call but after about 3 minutes they hang up on you.I guess they really care about their customers since they dont want to talk to you.
