Commercial account! THE WORST! ORDERED AND TOLD IT 2 DAYS! BEEN A WEEK! WHEN THEY FINALLY DID GET IT THEY KEEP SAYING IT WILL BE DELIVERED BUT NEVER DELIVER IT. WE ORDER 20 PLUS RADIATORS A WEEK AT THIS SHOP ALONE. WE FIGURED WE WOULD TRY THESE GUYS AGAIN AFTER WE HAD TERRIBLE SERVICE AND QUIT USING THEM A FEW YEARS AGO. THEY HAVE GOTTEN WORSE! THEY TRIED TO DELIVER IT NEXT DOOR (NOT THE RIGHT ADDRESS). WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT, THEY TOLD THEY HAVE NOT EVEN GOT THE PART IN YET SO THEY WERE NOT TRYING TO DELIVER THE PART YET. TWO HOURS LATTER A DIFFERENT PERSON CALLS ME AND TELLS ME THE PART WAS IN AND THEY WOULD DELIVER IT. WAITED UNTIL 6 PM AND NO PART OR CALL. CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD THEIR DRIVER WOULD BE BACK IN AN FEW MINUTES AND THEY WOULD GET IT RIGHT OUT. WAITED UNTIL 6 PM AND NO PART. THE NEXT DAY THEY TELL ME THERE DRIVER DID NOT RETURN YET. I ASKED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING HE HAS NOT RETURNED AND HE REPEATS HE HAS NOT RETURNED SINE THE LAST TIME i TALKE WITH THEM THE MORNING BEFORE. BUT HE WILL GET IT OUT AS SOON AS HE COMES BACK. WE PICKED UP THE PART FROM THEY 6 HOURS LATTER BECAUSE IT STILL WAS NOT DELIVERED. WE HAVE 9 SHOPS IN THE VALLEY. I WILL MAKE SURE WE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. UPDATE: THE PART TURNED OUT TO BE THE WRONG ONE!

AMAZING price for my radiator!!! Even sold it to me cheaper than over the phone quote. Give them a call first and dont waste your time calling around for the best price!

We were told by Farmers insurance that this company told them they had a radiator for a vehicle that did not have an internal trans cooler. After contacting this company and speaking to the manager he stated he could not provide a radiator without an internal cooler. Then he questioned why it mattered. My point was the heavy duty cooling this veh had would not be the same. We asked for documentation explaining that he could not provide the correct radiator. He said he could not. Then he asked for an e-mail and was very rude. The manner in which this was handled was very unprofessional.

I cant believe how on top of it these Guys are. We have been using them for our aftermarket radiators. They have everything in stock and the Prices are sort of astonishing.

So glad that I called these guys! Everywhere else told me it would be at least 2 day wait. Not only did they have the part in stock, but their price was $50 cheaper than the next lowest price that I had found!
