Very highly recommend.Awesome, awesome guys and shop. I was passing through SLC and had a minor issue with my Jeep. I called N4x4 to see if I could swing by to get even 5 minutes of their time for a suggestion for a fix, and they told me to come on by. When I showed up the next day, multiple team members took time out of their busy workload to not just troubleshoot but also actually fix my issue. I enjoyed chatting with these guys who actually live the 4x4 hobby and was offered a very reasonable price. I got back on the road with peace of mind, and a pair of new hats. Thanks again, gents!

We have tried 4 different shops around the country to get our Jeep ready for moab. Those shops couldn’t get us in, didn’t have parts, etc.. We called northridge and we were connected with AJ. He was able to get all of our parts in a few days and had our Jeep finished in a day and a half. Aj is very knowledgeable and won’t oversell you. If you need your vehicle done right call northridge, they will take care of you!

Great customer service ordered floor mats and seats covers,floor mats where here with in three days, had to order seat covers from the factory, was here within a week, didnt expect them for weeks, great job,looks great,thank u.

I stopped by to look at some parts and ask some questions. I had not realized that they were working on appointment only due to Covid-19 precautions.While I was standing outside AJ came by and immediately invited me in and offered to help. He spent at least 15 minutes listening to my questions and helping me get on the schedule.Just like the other reviewers have stated, the customer service at Northridge 4x4 is excellent. Nothing but positive things to say. Had them do some work on my JK and it turned out amazing. They were super quick to respond and easy to work with. Everything they did was high quality. Ill definitely be coming back here again with future projects.

AJ and Andy are awesome! I can always rely on them for great advice, deals and service. Not much on a Jeep that I won’t tackle myself, but when there is something I need work done on, these guys are the only ones I’ll bring my Jeep to. I’ve had them fix many things that other shops in the valley messed up. Highly recommend coming here for anything off-road related.

I ordered a pair of Fox coil over shocks back in December. AJ informed me they were 4-6 weeks out on receipt of shocks from Fax. I called to check the shocks, AJ informed me they were shipped and he would text me when they had an opening to get me in within a day or two. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting. Going to take my business somewhere else, customer service isn’t that great when you can’t even get a callback.

Finally found someone that is intelligent in the 4x4 area. Not just someone that sells parts. Thanks again AJ for all your help in walking me through some updates for my Orange Jeep Gladiator.

For off road accessories, Northridge 4x4 is always my first choice. They have the best selection of quality parts and their prices are the same or less than other suppliers.I also recently required assistance with a return and their customer support is awesome. Outstanding customer service... AJ helped me with all my questions, he went above and beyond to help me find a light bar in my price range. Also helped me with here to get the wire I needed to install it. I will be returning there to get airbags for my pickup and any other accessories I need. Ordered a rear locker from these guys for a Jeep Cherokee XJ and received the wrong one. Was an honest mistake because apparently Jeep XJs that are 1993 and older have a larger diameter axle shaft tube. The XJ we needed it for was a 1996. All the 1994 and up XJs have a different part number Locker for this brand (Aussie). We received the part on a Saturday and was planning a trip to Moab the following Saturday, so we REALLY needed the correct part fast! I got in touch with customer service the following Monday morning explaining my conundrum and predicament and emphasised how I needed it ASAP... After giving them all the pertinent information they requested they told me that they would call me back most likely in the afternoon. That afternoon at around 3pm I hadnt received a call so I called them. I was put in touch with a person named Madalene (hope I spelled it right). Let me tell you... This girl wasnt the person I originally talked to, but she went VERY above and beyond to quickly find my case, research what needed to happen, and the made it happen!!.. She found a part at one of their shops in the city that I was in so that the next day all I had to do was swing by and pick it up, did not have to deal with UPS or any mishap that could happen there (and they DO happen). Madalene explained to me in the beginning of conversation that she was fairly new, but she did a FANTASTIC job of figuring out what to do, then calling me back promptly before close of business. Northridge4x4 needs to hire more employees just like Madalene that understands the customers needs and takes great pride in taking care of them even when there may be time constraints or complications. THANK YOU Madalene and Northridge4x4 for putting an emphasis on good customer service!! That means EVERYTHING to your clientele! :-)

I recently brought my Jeep in to get the differentials regeared and let me tell you I will be bringing my Jeep back here for future upgrades! AJ is super awesome to work with! Extremely helpful makes things as easy as can be! Andy even stayed past closing time to finish up this project for me to get my Jeep back that day he was also very helpful and went over all the breaking in info with me. Earned my business for life! We needed a simple fix to our XJs track bar. They were very accommodating, and we will be returning for sure. Northridge has our business from here on out.

AJ and his guys are the suspension whisperers. I could go to other shops, but I like my Jeep to work and work right. These are the guys to take your 4x4 to if you are broken or want an upgrade! I have never been disappointed with AJ’s advice or service.

AMAZING and fast service!! Took my TJ in and AJ helped me out when I was in a bind. They did suspension, shocks, tires and even built some custom pieces for me. Went from feeling every rock in the road to driving on a cloud. AJ knows his stuff and does quality work. I couldnt be happier!!

AJ is just awesome honest guy and not once did he try to up sell me on anything. Northridge 4x4 is now my go to in the Salt Lake Valley.

Bought a 2019 JLUS. Steering was super flighty and didnt want to track straight. Dealership said it was normal. So I called AJ at Northridge and he explained that I needed adjustable control arms and possibly an aftermarket stabilizer. He set me up to do the control arms and a small toe adjustment. Jeep now feels grounded and actually drives so much better. Awesome to work with, glad I found them.

Northridge is very knowledgeable, they install everything they sell, Aj walked me through my options, never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need, the install was quality and done right, they countinue to have my business for all my needs.

The Northridge4x4 location here in Salt Lake City is hands down the best place to go in the state for all your Jeep needs (and the best place online too). AJ is awesome and will bend over backwards to get you what you want at a great price, also his mechanic does a phenomenal job doing installs on anything you want to put on. Their inventory is massive, installations are fast and flexible, and the guys that work here are great. I cannot recommend Northridge4x4 enough!

I wish these guys could work on all my cars. AJ and Andy pretty much know it all about 4X4 suspension. I brought my 69 Jeepster in after breaking a control arm on the rear end (its a crazy modified floating leaf suspension). Andy fabricated two new control arms, pointed out and fixed design flaws with the original set-up and delivered everything on time. On top of that he figured out the source of a bump steering issue and fixed that with the simplest linkage modification. These guys worked with me and talked through options every step of the way. They do what they say they will do and worked with me to stay inside budget. I never write online reviews but this experience inspired me, cant say enough.
