Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Before I was even greeted the salesman already was asking me so many questions. I told him I didn’t know what he wanted me to say if I had already told him what car I wanted. Without even building the value he asked if I wanted to put 500 down for them to order a car. He gave me his card And I threw it away but I wish I had kept it just for this review. He was a tall, white, blonde guy.When we returned to the dealership after the test drive he was no where to be found so I just dropped the keys off with another guy. I told that guy about my experience and all he said was “ohh okay”. Little did they know I’m ready to make a purchase but will be going to a different Subaru dealer. I could not spend anymore time with people like that.

I was helped by Mike Johnston, he had the car I requested to look at ready to go as well as pulled together a number of other great options for me to test drive. It was a quick and painless process to get into a car I love! He was not a high pressure salesman that you find at other dealerships, but really cares I got into a car that worked for me

Ken Howe was our sales person and he was amazing! He was kind, funny and super knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and was flexible in the process. We took my car in after purchase for some additional add on’s and the service department was great as well. I have never owned a Subaru but I am sold. Overall it was a great experience!

We bought a used Subaru with 32k miles. This is a certified preowned car. Certified means they must make sure it is in excellent condition. You pay a $10k premium for it. At least they should have color imperfections taken care of. We did not realize that there was a long scratch in the front. Within a year the battery died. Ideally new batteries last for 3-5 years. They are nice people but again my trust for any car dealers is close to zero. They buy these cars for $15k and sell it for $34k without doing much work on it. They dont pay their sales agent a whole lot so there is no bargaining. If I had more time, I would rather buy a car from owner, have it checked by a good mechanic and be done with it. This car as I gather was really just like that with huge premium for CPO without new battery etc. They gave us 50% discount when we talked to the person who sold us the warranty. We should not have to pay any. I hope nothing else fails in the car.

Horrible experience here. My husband and I came here to look at an Outback. We had a sales person by the name of Carla help us out. She acted as though we were wasting her time. We told her that we were interested in buying the car but all she said was well thanks for your interest we will contact you later. Really...what, were we supposed to beg her to let us buy the car? This place definitely lost a sale that day. We were very interested in purchasing the outback.

While the ordering of the part and the following up with emails of the order was a good experience, the receiving of my part was not. I found the item said COMPLETE Strut for Subaru Legacy but when I received the parts they only had the replacement cartridge part. If you are only including that part there should be a disclaimer somewhere in the page because it was misleading. I had to take an extra 1.5 hours because instead of just removing the current part and replacing I ended up having to reuse the coils from my old struts..Less than desirable I should say.
