The electric lift is a terrific design. Works great! The staff (Tobin especially) helped me modify their installation plan to fit my garage, and accommodated rapid shipping to let me get my truck into collision center on time. Great product, great people - highly comfortable.

I purchased a Lange Original Custom Hoist-A-Top (crank) for my 1972 International Scout. Product quality was above expectations. Install went as planned and as per documentation and installation instructions provided.I opted to use some additional lag screws (1/2 X 3) in the ceiling mounts just for added level of support. Very pleased with the product and ease of use after installation.

This man is absolutely the most amazing customer service rep Ive ever come across with in any category. The product is ok, I cant complain about it and I cant rave about it either, however, I will say that Ben Milligan is the best customer service provider that a company can ask for. This man took care of my issue with no questions asked and he was so on point and responded to my emails promptly. I would recommend this product just because you may have the opportunity to deal with Ben in the future and the guy deserves a medal. I mean that, I am so grateful for all the help he showed me and made sure that I was a happy customer at the end of the day. I guess Lange Originals takes their customer service seriously and actually cares about the experience. Im so thankful for you Ben, a million thanks to you Sir.

I bought a Hoist A Top from Lange Originals. Instructions werent very detailed. Pulled up the Youtube Video- that was much more of a help. I got the cart built in roughly an hour or so, I cannot wait to use it to remove my top this summer. Ordered from Quadratech - Very Fast shipping.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in the retail market place. Avoid this place at all costs. My order was missing parts and I made several phone calls to the company. None of them were returned and my parts were never received. After repeated phone calls I still got no answers. Five weeks after receiving the original shipment I still havent received my parts or any refund for the parts that I had to buy. Go elsewhere. They dont care about you the customer
