Went into their location the other day and the guy helping me was very rude. I could tell he was having a bad day so I was patient and let him take a call that seemed urgent. When he got off the phone he still was very rude and made me feel like me coming into their location was a pain for them. I have sent a lot of friends and family to AAA spring in the past and have used their service myself but will not continue to do either.I would have given these guys 5 start based off my experience a few years ago but based off my recent experience 2 stars is generous. The only reason i am not leaving a 1 start review is they were good to work with a few years ago, the people and mechanics i worked with in the past were all friendly and good people. I am disappointed this is no longer the case.

Very great place to have u bolts bent. They told me what to torque the bolts to and to re torque them after 300 miles

I have been a customer of AAA Spring for 32 years, and have always been very pleased with their product and service....until this last experience.I brought in two company trucks for upgraded (heavy duty) springs. After getting them back, one of my employees pointed out that the two rear lug covers on the custom wheels of one of the trucks were missing. I called Mark to inform him and see if he could track them down before they got lost. He asked his installer and reported back that for some reason they were not put back on the truck, but rather put in the back seat (??). He also told me that one of the cover screws were missing (I KNOW that was NOT true, because two days before, I had Discount Tire install (4) New Tires, and after inspection...I personally saw that all (8) were there. Mark told me that they would put the covers back on when we brought it back the next week to have the U-Bolts Re-Torqued. When I called to make the appointment to bring the truck in for re-torque, Mark told me to be there before noon, because he did not want to have to do it himself. (What?? if he was joking, it didnt sound like it). When we brought it back, we discovered that not one, but (4) of the cover screws were missing. HALF OF THEM!I asked Mark to please order me the missing cover screws, and let me know when they were in, so I could bring the truck back yet again. He told our employee that it was not their fault, and he was NOT going to replace the missing screws. REALLY???? I BROUGHT A TRUCK IN - WITH THE COVERS CORRECTLY INSTALLED ON THE WHEELS. I GOT THE TRUCK BACK WITHOUT THEM RE-INSTALLED, BUT IN THE BACK SEAT (NOT WHERE THEY WERE WHEN THE TRUCK WAS ENTRUSTED TO THEM), AND NOW PARTS ARE MISSING....AND YOU WANT TO LOSE A 32 YEAR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP BY NOT OWNING UP TO YOUR COMPANYS MISTAKE AND MAKE IT RIGHT???THIS COMPANY HAS DEFINATELY DECLINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICES SINCE MY EARLY DEALINGS. WHAT A SHAME.

I have a 1993 Dodge Dakota Extended Cab with an Alaskan Camper on it, and it definitely needed more stability. It already had Air Bags on it, but it needed more help. Took it to the shop and they quickly gave me an estimate for adding on another set of springs. The estimate was very reasonable and the work was pro. The results are fantastic, what a stable ride now.

These guys really know what they are talking about when it comes to any spring for your vehicle. Regardless as to what vehicle you drive. I was abot to get both rear leaf springs for my truck and all of the hardware for the replacement under 700 dollars. The springs are a better quality spring than the truck came with and will add more load capacity to my truck. What a Great place.

Great service and price. I needed a new leaf spring and they got me in the same day to fix it. They told me to expect about 2 hours for the repair but it only took about 45 minutes. Ill definitely come back to these guys in the future.

Been going here for 15+ years and have referred dozens of friends. These guys have been great and have probably the best springs in town. Also they see and do it all related to anything custom or whatever your needs might be for a truck etc. I even had them make some springs for my 68 Jeepster once. A++ for AAA Spring Specialist, Inc.

As a stranger in need of help passing through Salt Lake City, I mostly had a bad experience. I had suspension issues with my vehicle, and after taking recommendations from several Utahns, who sent me to several places that couldnt help me, I ended up at AAA Springs. My vehicle is a little unusual--a converted Chevy Astro Van--but Mark and Brad were able to get the correct parts. They worked me in as soon as the parts (heavy-duty leaf springs) arrived. They were friendly and helpful, allowing me and my two large dogs to hang out in the office for hours while the repairs were made. Salt Lake City is a city that seems to take joy in screwing over out-of-state strangers, but if youre in a bind, AAA Spring Specialist will not take advantage of you.

We were visiting from Az and damaged an air bag on our F350 that carries our truck camper. I called and was told to bring it in for a look. The job that had been done when they were installed was a mess. Barry offered a suggested fix with a product I had reviewed previously and knew it was appropriate for our rig and had a good performance history. AAA had the parts and they arranged for me to pick up the Ford OME that day. The next morning they got me in, tore out the previous mess and we were on our way in 90 minutes. Then they told use to come back before leaving town for them to check and torque down fittings if needed. This business is a class A act. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly did not try to sell us something we didnt need. Were sending all our friends in Az to them 😊. Talk to Barry, also appropriately known as the Oracle, a fitting title.

I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs suspension or spring work done. The quality of the work done on my truck was absolutely flawless!! When i called to set up my visit barry knew exactly what he was doing. Hes the one to see!! A young man by the name of JR. Worked on my truck, he had me out of there much faster than i anticipated but you wouldnt know that based on the quality of work done.If you are planning on going in for any reason ask for barry or jr, i guarantee theyll make it worth the while.
